I have used advanced Arborist a couple times now. Eric is very knowledgeable in his field. I most recently had a complete tree removed. He and his crew are on point. They practice care of the surroundings of personal property and most importantly the safety of each other. The the communication during the time of the price quote to the final cleanup was top notch. I would highly recommend this crew!

Eric and his crew of 2 did an exceptional job pruning my 3 trees. Each was a different kind of tree with different issues, all addressed wonderfully. Eric was most professional, making sure he and I discussed my desires for each tree, as well as offering additional suggestions of his own. He did this when he came to give his estimate (very reasonable), then when he came to prune my trees. He even did an additional pruning job that I added when he came to do the job.
I was also impressed with how thoroughly he and his crew cleaned up the ground after they had pruned! I highly recommend his services.

My goodness. Eric and co. are absolutely phenomenal. I asked them to bring down 3 ~50ft maple trees that represented a risk to my and a neighbors homes. They REALLY went out of their way, and did a fantastic job. My situation was made precarious and complicated due to the lean of the trees and how they grew around a fence. Both myself and the neighbor are thrilled with the results. The price, quality, customer service: everything was above expectations. I raised an eyebrow at the 5 star ratings here, but now I see why. I will sing their praises to anyone that will listen. Great job guys! I'll be calling you back soon to give my other trees a health check and grooming. Cheers!

I recently hired Advanced Arborists to take care of some trees on my property, and I couldn't be more impressed with the exceptional service they provided. They removed a few trees and crowned the some others, leaving my yard cleaner than when they arrived. Eric, the owner and his team showed up on time and completed the job with remarkable efficiency. The customer service was exceptional, they were professional and friendly and respectful. Eric provided clear explanations of the work to be done throughout the process. They provided great precision and care to the job at hand with a high quality of workmanship.
The services provided offered good value for the cost, pricing was fair and competitive.

Eric trimmed a couple of trees for me a couple of years ago. So I called him, without hesitation, for a new project. He was able to come and look it over right away. Always professional and friendly, willing to please, He and his crew were able to fit us into their schedule and complete the job within a couple of weeks. Eric is great to work with, always communicative, and willing to do extra work for a very reasonable price. I would never bother with another quote, now that I have found him and his crew.

Eric and his crew were awesome! Eric was very prompt in responding to my inquiry and he was able to give me a very reasonable estimate right away. Scheduling was also a breeze and he got me in right away. Communication was easy and efficient. Eric was very kind, professional and knowledgeable and he even gave my dog all the petting she wanted. They also did an excellent job cleaning after the job was done. I will definitely hire them again for the great work they did to my trees. Eric and his crew exceeded my expectations.

Eric and his team at Advanced Arborist worked on the maple in my front yard and did an absolutely wonderful job! It was full of dead wood and overgrown in many areas. Now it looks beautiful! I’m so happy with their work and will definitely be hiring Advanced Arborists again! Five stars!

The arborvitae hadn't been trimmed in a while. Some things were overgrown really bad, and some things were on there edge of being dead. We removed those and we trimmed up the those that we still could. We are taking out several in the front to make the front cleaner looking. We are very pleased with his work, and the price.

Eric and his crew did an amazing job removing and pruning willow trees; the cost was very reasonable and the clean-up was perfect.....would definitely hire again and highly recommend!

Very professional!!! Reasonable price. Eric Cox worked with two helpers: Coleton and John who worked safely, with very courteous communication with each other and with me as the customer. They cleaned up everything and cut the larger branches into firewood lengths. I would not only use this service again, but I would highly recommend them!

Wow! Watching Eric and his crew take down a 17 year old sugar maple from our front yard this moaning was amazing. Wow! I would give Eric and Colter 10 stars if I could and adopt them both! From beginning to end this has been the best experience. Starting with the estimate process (Eric was thorough and went above and beyond to understand my goals), through cutting down pine trees and reducing and shaping multiple shrubs, they were complete Rock Stars. Super friendly, very professional, and a great price (I’d gotten 3 bids and Eric’s was the best and most inclusive.) All debris was hauled away and the yard, street and common areas were immaculate when they were done. (A neighbor texted me and said "Awesome clean up job, I don't see a single needle.") Eric was a life saver and did everything I’d asked for and more. I absolutely recommend Advanced Arborists Tree Service for anyone who wants excellent, honest, friendly, reliable service. They removed our dead plum tree from in front of our house, then tackled the ugly willow tree in back. It had many dead branches clear up to the top. They are very professional and safety conscious about themselves and surrounding structures. Clean up was amazing as you wouldn’t have known they were there. On a scale of 1-10 they are a 20. Do yourself a favor and hire this team. You won’t be disappointed.

Eric was on time with his appointment to give me an estimate and also on the day of the job. He reached out to my neighbors letting them know that he would need access to their property prior to and the day of his scheduled work. They cleaned the job site thoroughly and left no trace of debris. I think he even pulled some weeds from my flower garden. I highly recommend Eric and Advanced Arborists. My hedge of arborvitaes has not looked this good in 20 plus years. He also gave us advice to help us maintain the arborvitas. Definitely a skilled craftsman/artist who took the time to make sure all the limbs were even and perfected the shape. He is someone who takes pride in his work.

I just had the world’s largest cherry tree removed from my yard. STP came to my home, safely and professionally took down my tree, and cleaned up like they had never been there. From the day I called them and spoke to Maria, to the end of our project today, I have enjoyed the most thorough and professional customer service I have ever experienced. Spokane Tree Pro is simply amazing. They literally had the tree in my front yard down in less than 30 minutes. The job in total was completed in under an hour. They cleaned up every twig and hauled it away to include raking the lawn. I have never see such professionalism and efficiency in a tree removal service. I generally don't write reviews, but this company merited the time and review.

Had a great experience today with the 4-man crew from Spokane Tree Pro. The day was off to a good start when they showed up as scheduled. Was impressed how the crew supervisor walked the property with me to review the work to be done. Two of the crew courteously moved my bbq and concrete yard art that I had overlooked in prepping the area. They all wore safety gear (helmets, ear protection, used harnesses and rope system). They had the right equipment for the job and they were done before I knew it. A cable line to the house was put back in place and tightened up. All the small branches and debris were raked from the lawn and the gravel driveway. It was like that motto "Leave No Trace!" When Ben came out to do the bid, I had such a good feeling like he cared about both me, the customer, and the health of my trees. The bid I got was comparable to another local company but it was his customer service, hands down, that tipped the scale. I am one happy customer!
