Ben and his crew were phenomenal. Timely, professional, clean, and efficient. The crew to mend the fence were just as professional and quick. I would only recommend Spokane Tree Pro to anyone who needs their trees handled.

We recently had Spokane Tree Pros guys remove a tree that had fallen on our property that landed in a precarious position between a shed and another structure. As always, they professionally and carefully extracted that tree, without causing any further damage. In addition, they also skillfully cut down another tree that was threatening our property. Pretty amazing to watch their skill and care while doing the job. We've used them several times over the years with great results. Thanks Mike, Mike, and Ben.

In providing an estimate, the owner drove all the way to Nine Mile Falls to walk our property and answer all our questions. Because of the extent of the work required, he provided multiple options to try and manage the cost. During this initial evaluation, he indicated one particularly large tree may be in danger of falling and to move an RV that was parked in an area where it may fall. Within two weeks, before any work was done, the tree actually fell! While damaging powerlines and the roof of the house, all vehicles were spared any damage because of his sage council.
When his team arrived to work on our trees, they were very solicitous to us concerning our property and landscaping. At every juncture, the crew chief would pause and ensure that the work planned was the same work that we had anticipated. Cleanup and debris removal was meticulous. Bottom line, after two days of hard work, we were very happy with the results. It all reflected the fact that they were knowledgeable, courteous, and hard-working.
Following all that work, the owner returned to our property, ensuring that the crew had done all that was expected. He then offered advice on caring for other trees on the property in the years ahead.
We have found a service provider for our trees that is an expert in the business, thoughtful and courteous; we will be his customers for years.

Emphasis on “Pro” for Spokane Tree Pro. These guys have the best crew and the best equipment. The value (vs price) was amazing. We had a large dead pine tight between our Post Falls home and the neighbors - not an easy job. These guys showed up with a crane and the equipment and literally made it disappear within a couple hours. Five guys running the equipment and up in the tree - they got after it. Then they cleaned up the yard and street like the professionals they are.

We had all the neighbors coming out to watch this “show”. I should have charged admissions… I was getting texts the next day from my neighbors about how amazing these guys were.

We had an extremely tall Ponderosa Pine tree in our back yard on a downhill slope into a wooded area. The only way to get it out was via crane in the front of the home and hoisting large sections of the tree across the house to de-limb and throw into the chipper. The crane was placed perfectly without any yard damage, and the tree was gone in just a few hours without dropping anything on the house. The lumberjack in the tree maneuvered skillfully in and around the branches. The entire process from estimate to clean-up was done on time as scheduled. The last hour of work was done during a light rain and the crew proceeded as if it were a nice sunny day! I could tell that the men were extremely safety conscious and did not cut any corners. I highly recommend Tree Pros to anyone in need!

A1 Tree Service was professional for our entire experience. They took a total of 2 weeks, from my initial call for a quote all the way to the service they provided. Their communication was stellar and reliable. Their work was high caliber and exactly what we discussed. The price was appropriate when quoted, and they stuck to it based on the work they were able to do. They also left my yard exactly as they found it. I will use them again and highly recommend them for tree service in my area.

Lewis with A1 was quick to call me back to schedule a free visit and quote. They came in close to other bids but seemed friendlier, honest and professional. They were able to come the following week too which surprised me based on so much being delayed. The crew showed up on time, were professional and friendly and were honest about the scope of work. For example, they told me upfront some of my shrubs would get driven on by the grinder due to proximity which was unavoidable. Minor damage. The other companies did not give details like that. They were fast and cleaned up as promised. I would recommend them.

A1 Tree Services did a fantastic job of removing a large dead pine tree from a tight space our backyard. The crew showed up right on time, got tree down and cleaned up all the debris faster than I thought would be possible. We couldn't be happier.

A1 Tree Service was very professional, showed up on time with a large workforce. They were very efficient and effective. One minor problem - they did not apply for a permit to block our street (this should have been included) and they tried to charge us for a portion of the permit cost when they were caught by the city without the permit. But overall, they did a very good job and cleaned up reasonable well.

I moved into a house within an arboretum, surrounded by trees! Two monsters in my yard that were out of control. My neighbor recommended Lewis. He arrived in a timely manner, trimmed these huge trees, left no mess and did an excellent job. Then two out of control arborvitae in front of my house were trimmed and thinned. I wasnt happy about them as they were a little uneven. I called Lewis he came out immediately and fixed them himself.
Excellent service, I will be using him again and highly recommend you use this company, you will not regret it. Price was super reasonable also.

This was our first experience with A1 tree service and they will be our go to in the future! The crew showed up and removed one tree and pruned another large tree. They were courteous and professional. They made what would have been a very large job for us, look like a breeze! They cleaned everything up, answered our questions and went above and beyond . So I felt like A1 did a great job, they were efficient in their work, cleaned up and were extremely professional. And now, after watching my neighbors use a different service because it was “cheaper,” I really can recognize and appreciate now how wonderful this process was for me in comparison. I had 2 giant pines in the front of my house and a smaller tree in the back that needed to be removed. Lewis’s team came out and had the whole process complete in under four hours, they cut down the trees strategically, there were no loud booms at any point that shook our house like the people at our neighbors, they were polite to our neighbors, conscious of their driveways and such, and ultimately were just super wonderful to work with. A 5-6 man crew came in with two trucks and shredders. They trimmed a hedge, took down a medium plum tree, and a 50 year old blue spruce in no time. They were very efficient and personable. They did a good job cleaning up and putting the chain link fence back up that they had remove to drive their snazzy robot shredder through. This is the second time we've used them and we've been very happy.

A1 took down 2 trees for us last year. They did a good job, cleaned up the yards ( one tree in the front and one in the back}, ground the stumps and were done quickly. As a senior citizen I wish the price would have been lower but they had a large crew, which made the job go quickly. The 4 stars is because of the price. The work was 5 star.

With his prompt reply, his experience working with the city and his reasonable bid, Lewis made it an easy decision for me to choose A1 Tree Service for the removal of a decaying Black Locust tree and the pruning of two others in my yard last fall.
