Chat was very polite and helpful he did a awesome cleaning job and was very quick and detailed. Would definitely use this company and him again as well as refer him to family and friends. I do think management should allow cleaning staff to wear appropriate shorts during hot weather conditions especially since they are wearing a mask due to Covid . Please take this under consideration. Thank you!

I didn't think the stains on my sister's bed would come out, it was bad. But they came out and seriously within a half hour he was done and the bed is so clean. Like a new bed. He never made me feel uncomfortable about the stains just did the job and was courteous and very professional. I will use them to do the floors next.

Joe showed up on time. He was very professional and explained clearly what he would do. He cleaned our kitchen floor tile and grout and sealed the grout. We are very happy with the results. Thank you, Joe!!

I called the Spokane Valley office at 8:45 pm, and was immediately helped by an actual person! Not a voice mail, great customer service! They came out the NEXT DAY exactly when they said they would, I didn't have to wait around (like you do with the cable/sat people!) The technician was very professional and personable, did a great job. Thank you Stanley Steemer! I will definitely recommend to friends!

I could have done a better job myself renting a machine. After the carpet had dried, the carpet was "stiff-sticky" so I got out my vacuum cleaner and vacuumed. I had to empty the dirt cannister twice with all the dirt and dog hair (a short hair dog) I pulled up and that was just from one of the bedrooms. So much for thinking I was hiring the best. It will be my pleasure to spread the word - DO NOT hire Stanley Steemer unless your carpet is brand new and/or already been cleaned by someone else. Their ads are all hype.

Stanley Steemer was at our house within the timeframe they gave us. Their responsiveness to our situation was very quick and with understanding to our needs. They did a quality job on the brand new carpet and for the value they offered. The service person who came out was very polite and very thorough. I would use Stanley Steemer again.

I appreciated their service and attention to detail. I have the combination of too many kids, 40 year old carpets that had only ever been vacuumed by the previous homeowner, as well as a new puppy. Still house-training the puppy, so we will be requesting their services again in a few months!

We wanted to have a couple mattresses and some furniture pillows sanitized. Our Admin Assistant reached out the 1-800 number on Thu Apr 6/23 and a lady who was taking our phone call was very rude, not delivering the information we required, even we were trying to explain what service our company needed. Again, in order to have the estimate, we reached out and left a voicemail asking for the estimate for the sanitizing service. Five days later, we have not heard anything from them. 1st red flag!

Again, 5 day later, and considering there are not many options to make a choice in Spokane, WA, I decided to call them one more time. This time was "Cody" the representative who took our phone call, the experience was kind of the same, rude, I had to ask if there were any special requirement for them to have the service made (i.e. permits from property management to run hoses, etc.), I had to ask him because he was not really accurate with the information, and even expecting to have a formal estimate sent by email, he just said how much the service was. 2nd red flag.

I felt that it was enough for me to be interacting with a company that does not even take care of the way their representatives are addressing to the customers.

Was needing a room steam cleaned due to cat pee. They were able to schedule me quickly and gave me a great deal. The guy that came was prompt, professional, and made sure I was ok with the work he did before finishing up. 10/10 would book again.

Wow! These guys (and gals) are awesome! The booking process was quick and easy, and the communication throughout the process to have my air ducts cleaned was exceptional. Besides arriving when scheduled, I also received a phone call letting me know the technicians were on their way, which added to the convenience of planning my day.

The techs were courteous, clean-cut, conscientious and worked diligently. They treated my house with respect and you can tell that they are very professional, and have a culture of doing things the right way.

With three dogs, I'm embarrassed by how much nasty-junk they found to remove, but the results are incredible, and it's as though my house is new again! The crew at Stanley Steemer exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them for any project, big or small.

Stanley Steemer came out to clean my Air Ducts and shampoo my dining room chairs (which hadn't been cleaned in years). The technicians showed up on time, walked me through exactly what they planned to do, and got everything done in a timely manner. It doesn't smell when it comes on and my chairs haven't looked this good since I bought the dining room table set. I highly recommend Stanley Steemer to anyone needing their services:

Have used Stanley Steamer here in Spokane for the last 4 years. I have always had great and quick service. I started with my carpets being cleaned twice a year, then had my air ducts cleaned. This year I also had my hardwood floors done. Very pleased with the quality of the work, and the fairness of the price.

The service person did an excellent job and carpet/rugs look great. The office performance was another matter. At initial inquiry and schedule for cleaning, name, full/correct address, phone number were provided and confirmed, repeatedly; allegedly of record with the company. On the scheduled date/time, service truck was directed -by the office to a 5-yr + old address, never before mentioned. The full address and apartment # provided and confirmed was not given to the driver until he called the office attempting to find the correct location. The service was excellent; the office unsatisfactory from customer experience (and presumably driver as well).

My dog had vomited huge amount of blood on an 5 X 7 area rug. After taking her to our local pet emergency and 12 hours later to our vet we were exhausted. The following day I called Stanley Steamer and they came out the next day. The technician was outstanding and very customer oriented. Initially he sprayed a biological destroying chemical on the blood stain and spots to beak down the elements in the blood and acids. He was extremely careful of my furniture and chandelier while taking rug out back to clean......because the rug lays on a hardwood floor as he explained that he had to use much water and did not want to damage my floor. He got the stain and spots completely out of my rugs. I was beyond amazed that he was able to remove blood stain and spots after 48+ hrs. He then put the dining table back on the rug with protectors. I highly recommend Stanley Steamer to all!!! I will definitely call SS again to clean my other carpeted rooms in the next couple of months.

Paul Jr and Joe cleaned out our ducting system. They took time to explain and show us how the process works. The equipment removed about two-gallons worth of grossness from the system and another bushel of lint from our drier vent. They reduced the original quoted amount as our system is a bit smaller than most. Very friendly guys, very efficient, and great service. Absolutely recommend Stanley Steamer and this crew.

John Mitchell, Brody Bean were awesome. Friendly, efficient and professional workers in uniform. The carpets look great and I am very pleased with the service. I love the online booking and when I called the 800 number it was easy and the real person on the other end checked into my question. Fair prices imho.

Absolutely satisfied with the carpet cleaning job Amos performed earlier this week. He was very, very thorough. He also cleaned an area rug, and took a second rug back to the shop, for more intensive cleaning, at no extra charge. Thank you very much! I highly recommend Stanley Steemer, Spokane.

We hired Spokane’s Stanley Steemer to clean our hardwood floors. We had some stubborn dirt in the cracks between each board. The technician tried a few different methods for getting those cracks cleaned. And that didn’t work. We were ok with that and really appreciated his work in trying to figure that out. We had him clean the floors regardless, knowing those cracks wouldn’t be clean.

The problem is that after he cleaned the floors, I noticed they looked blotchy and that the grooves of the wood boards themselves were really dirty. So I grabbed a paper towel and did a few spot checks. The floors were extremely dirty. The equipment just didn’t do the job.

I called Stanley Steemer the same afternoon. I got the call center. They said they could send someone out to re do the floors. I declined that offer since the service didn’t work - I’m not sure that doing the same thing twice makes sense. I asked that someone from the Spokane store call me back so I could explain and talk through the options. The call center promised I’d get a call back within 48 hours. I didn’t. I called again yesterday and asked to be connected with the Spokane Store. I waited for a few minutes, then the call center guy got back on and said the Spokane manager couldn’t talk but would call me back by end of the day. He didn’t.

I’ve paid over $200 for a service that didn’t work. Super frustrating - waste of time and money.

Update: after a few more phone calls I was able to connect with someone at the Spokane office. They sent out two more experienced technicians who were able to make the floors look great.

WoW! Latham and Jade did our carpets and they look AMAZING. Very Professional and did a Great Job! They were professional and thorough! My home looks brand new. Highly recommend :)
