Paul just came to my home and cleaned my love seat recliner, carpet, area rug as well as my wife mini have and was a reck due to three kid he was able to clean them all as good as new I will only use Stanley Steemer due to there friendly and professional staff they always do a great job and communicate along the way I highly recommended them to every one I know

After SS cleaned our carpet yesterday we used our 25 year old Rainbow vacuum today to fluff up our carpet before putting furniture back. The water was very dirty wewere shocked. Needless to say we won't call SS again.

Terrible customer service. I spoke with 4 different people and they all told me different things. We got our carpet ready for the shampoo service, they told us they were on their way, only to get a call 30 minutes later saying they couldn’t come. I am very disappointed with this company and will never recommend them to anyone. You guys should work on communicating better, your customer service is a joke.

After being disappointed by ZeroRez i called Stanley Steemer. The level of service was far superior and the crew was extremely helpful. They provided me with lots of information about how to care for my carpet between cleanings and spent ample time working on some of the tougher spots we had on our carpet. I would highly recommend Stanely Steemer.

I was disappointed by ZeroRez too--they came out on the pretext of a coupon and then upsold me a bunch of services and it cost me almost $200 to do 3 rooms. To make matters worse, the carpets were filthy again in no time. Stanley Steemer kept to the terms of the coupon, did a way better job, charged less, and the carpets were clean for a LOT longer. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately not happy at all with them, the crew was very nice and explained what they were going to do but the actual service on the carpets and hardwood left much to be desired. The website says they move furniture and put up on blocks to get under furniture except for beds. Only furniture moved for the carpet cleaning was one cat tower, and one jewelry case, nothing else so they basically cleaned the carpets around my furniture not at all under it, so won't be moving my furniture around any time soon. I was "upsold",much to my disappointment with myself, "carpet protection" which was quickly sprayed on just those easy to reach areas...also, this is my fault, after they cleaned the hardwood floor, I was "upsold" for the "maintenance coat" to be applied. BIG MISTAKE, I told the serviceman, I liked the way the floor looked after he cleaned it and didn't want it but he was a good sales person and sold me on it. They had to come back the next day as I noticed a spot where the streaking was very visible and another spot that looked like too much of the product was just left on and had smudged. He redid the streaky area but didn't do anything to the other spot.
I called the main number listed so I never got to talk to an actual person on location about it. Now, I just want to learn how take off that maintenance coat as the floor looks really awful. Hopefully they will call me back to let me know how to remove that layer of whatever they mopped haphazardly onto the hardwood.

Chris and Brody did a great job! I am very happy. They were courteous and answered all the questions I had. They worked around my schedule so it was convienant for me. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Very HAPPY customer here! Not only did Jacob & Amos do a GREAT job, but they were also very friendly, personable, & professional!!! I highly recommend Stanley Steemer and I will be calling them again!
