The company was professional to deal with. They provided an estimate that was spot on and showed up to complete the work on time. To say it was “spotless” is an understatement! Very clean windows, no streaking, and no mess. I would highly recommend this company for all window cleaning at your home. We will use them again!

We had Pane in the glass out to clean our windows and do some pressure washing. We live in the Spokane Valley and wanted a local company. It was wonderful to find out their office is in the Valley. The office girl gave us a bid over the phone then scheduled the windows first. There was a separate crew for the pressure washing. This concerned me at first because we have had company's that use a different one to do one service then do the other service themselves. This wasn't the case with these guys. Once they showed up I understood why they had to schedule different times. The pressure washing equipment is a completely different setup then the window cleaning gear they used.

The window cleaning came out marvelously and my wife couldn't of been happier. You know the saying: Happy wife, happy life. Needless to say my wife was delighted with the job they did. Thank you Pane in the glass for your awesome window cleaning service.

A Pane in the Glass have been cleaning my office windows in Newport and Hayden monthly for many years. I recently started having them clean my home windows as well. The crew that came this month were professional, kind, and thorough. Both wore masks due to the pandemic, removed their shoes when entering the house and checked in with me regularly. I believe there was a new crew member on the team as one of the guys was double checking his work and I overheard him giving feedback, I was impressed with his leadership. It speaks volumes to how the company operates when they treat not just their customers, but each other with professionalism and kindness. Of course the windows were nicely cleaned and they wiped up any drips as they went. Always recommend them to others!

They did a great job of cleaning our windows, they were professional and respectful of our home and time. My only complaint was that I didn't realize that the hard water treatments were extra and not part of the cleaning. I initially booked the appointment for that purpose and would have liked a heads up beforehand that that wasn't going to be part of the service. Regardless, I would totally hire them again.

Do your research before booking with this company. They will say anything to have your business.

Unfortunately for us, we booked with them without doing our due diligence.

We explained the service we needed was an exterior cleaning of our house which has never been cleaned before so it will require scrubbing on the sidings being we live on a very busy dusty road. Their office girl said they provide exactly what we are needing and scheduled us right away. Once again, we confirmed the service we wanted and the price and again she confirmed.

Well, to our disappointment, we did NOT get the service we were expecting:

After completion of the exterior wash, it was not scrubbed. The manager informed me that they do a soft wash with natural products which does not require any scrubbing. Again, we informed him what we were told by their office clerk but he continued to say that's the service they provide. They don't touch or do any scrubbing. So he said he will do another cleaning (which was 2 months later). They no-showed on second wash appointment and failed to inform us. I followed up with manager the next day and he said they were short staffed but he never called us. Than a week after that we get a call from the driver saying he was on his way to do our cleaning which we were never notified at all.
So second wash got done 2 months later, the results ended up the same. Again, the company knows house needed scrubbing but continue to use soft wash that didn't work the first time, what makes you think it will work the second time... They should have referred or sent another company that actually did provide the service that we wanted from the get go instead of creating the same unsatisfactory work by NOT listening to what the customers needs were.

Two days later, after the second wash was completed, we get an email from the manager saying he is sending us to collections by Friday for non-payment for a service done 2 months ago...Now doesn't that just added on to the whole experience with "A Pane in the Glass"!

I've used his company several times and always had a great experience! Unfortunately my last experience was different. The actual price ended up being $152 higher than what the bid was, after they said there were more windows than anticipated. I used them for 2 homes and a business, and this unfortunately now makes me feel I need to move on to a different company. Disappointing because they've done good cleaning for me in the past. I really wish they would have at least attempted to make it right...but they did not.

Update: I received a very welcome call from Justin the owner, and I'm happy to note that he was very open to doing the right thing and taking care of the issue. He explained how the communication should have worked and committed to following up with the team. As a business owner myself, I understand things happen, and that is why I put more value in the followup and resolution, than the actual mistaken. I will continue to do business with a Pain in the Glass.

I have used Pane in the Glass for several years now and have always been very pleased with the service. They do a great job and my windows always look wonderful when they are done. I like the way they keep in touch and let me know when they will be arriving. I think their prices are reasonable and well worth the money. Happy to have found them.

They were really quick to reply with any questions I had. They showed up on time for the appointment and were really quick while doing a great job. My invoice was the exact amount of the estimate I was given. Arbor did the interior cleaning, he was very professional and friendly. My windows have never looked better!

My daughter and son-in-law gave me a complete window washing gift for Mother's Day. It was a surprise and I could not have been more pleased. The outside windows had not been cleaned for at least 8 years and they now sparkle! The 2 man crew was pleasant, friendly and professional. I am so pleased with the job they did, never have my windows looked so good. The whole process took less than 2 hours and they did everything, including removing and replacing screens. I will definitely have them clean the windows again! Definitely recommend their service.

We have used Pane for 6 yrs and have noticed a steady improvement in their service. Our Spring Gutter Clearing and Exterior Window Washing was done professionally and safely. The Technicians were lead by the Supervisor Chris who accompanied Chase and Griffin. We were more than satisfied with the results of the work. All of them were courteous, attentive, and highly proficient in their work.
As an elderly retired man they displayed superb patience answering all my questions and explained each action they undertook easing my mind.
We will continue to use these Pro's twice a year to maintain the appearance and functionality of our home and it's increasingly market value.

A Pane in the Glass always does a fabulous job. I’ve used them for years and I will continue to use them. They’re always on time, great communication, and they also just very nice people! I highly recommend them.

I'd give zero stars if possible. Pane in the Glass demonstrated questionable business practices by initially providing a bid that almost doubled after they arrived to start the job, despite clear prior communication. The lead even admitted the initial bid was intentionally used to secure the project. Onsite, the three-man team spent excessive time prolonging negotiations and creating undue pressure. Save your time (and money) and hire someone else.

Overall, I experienced a lack of transparency and felt their pricing tactics were manipulative and unfair. For these reasons, I cannot recommend Pane in the Glass to others seeking reliable and honest service.

Pane in the Glass has been cleaning my windows each year for the past 5+ years. My wife didn’t think the windows were that dirty, but when the team was done, the glass sparkled. They even cleaned all of the screens. I would absolutely recommend these guys. Very thorough, fast and friendly.

Excellent customer service and professional in every way--they were really careful inside my home and did excellent work. I am so happy with the experience that have planned to have windows cleaned seasonally by them on a regular basis.

amazing people! the nice lady in the office called me the day before service to remind me and to make sure all the information they had was correct. the next day, once they got to my house, the lead technician was so respectful and knowledgeable! one of my windows had hard-water ( no clue that was a thing ) and they took care of it for me! left all my windows practically brand new! would definitely recommend!
