I can’t say enough good things about IK Moving services! Moving is usually so stressful, but they made the whole experience easy and even enjoyable. The crew showed up right on time, were super friendly, and treated my things with so much care. They worked hard but never made me feel rushed, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up just the way I wanted in my new place. I was connected to Igor through thumbtack and he was immediately responding and able to offer a date on when he could help me move and set up furniture for 10 apartments that I rent for corporate housing. Really a fantastic guy! He and his team were so responsive, respectful and able to work, they went above and beyond what I initially asked of them. They built 10 sturdy beds in 3 hours! They aren’t hourly which I find better because some people take too long to jack up the price! They were in and out. I can’t gush about them more. Their rating speaks for itself. A star team

Colton cleaned our windows on 7-27. He not only did a good job but was a polite and very clean cut young man. Excellent work!

This guy Justin the owner , had came into my residence with one of his employees . They seemed nice at first but 30 minutes into cleaning my windows . Justin fell off the ladder and broke one of my windows and did damage to my table. He refused to pay for the damage and I tried taking it to court but he never showed up . Do NOT trust this guy . Very crooked and dishonest .

This was the 2nd year they came out and did our windows. The crew was fast and professional. We're very pleased with the job and their guys. Will definitely be using them again.

Terrible job cleaning the windows, terrible customer service, unorganized and unresponsive!!

Not only did the crew do a terrible job cleaning my windows (streaks, drips, smudges), but they were very unorganized (went to the wrong house, came to the appointment at the wrong time) and didn’t bother to call me back when I complained. The crew even went so far as to lie about a “construction cleanup” conversation that never happened!

Finally the next day, Justin Mock, the owner, called me back. Shockingly, he was the worst of them all deal with! There is truly no question why this company is infested with negativity and awful customer service.

I was upset about the terrible service I received from the crew and his office staff alike. He was defensive only wanted to make excuses. And just plain mean.

The conversation ended with him telling me they wouldn’t charge me (I already put a stop payment on the check because they wouldn’t respond to me!). I didn’t ask for a freebie, I asked for clean windows and at the cost of $8/pane I would expect them to have no streaks or drips.

I will never do business with them again and I recommend you stay FAR AWAY from this company and it’s awful employees.

I have used this company for more than 5 years to clean my windows in and out. I have also hired them to clean out my gutters the last 2 years. They always do a great job for me. I will continue to use their services in the future.

First of all, they have an awesome company name. I saw one of their trucks in town and had to call to get a quote. I was pleasantly surprised, so we made the appointment. They called the day before to provide me with a 2 hour window for arrival. They were on time, communicated great and were friendly through out. Will totally use them again and have already referred others to them.

My windows are so clean!!! First time I've hired a window cleaning company and this crew of 6 guys did an excellent job. Very quick and professional and careful both inside and outside. I highly recommend them.

I used this company for washing my many windows inside and out. I am a 72 year old recent widow - I am moving from my home, downsizing- the two young men did a decent job on the windows, but they did not replace any of the screens they removed! I was to exhausted from a trip to unload a trailer at my storage unit, and I didn't do a walk through with them when I got back , that's on me! However! How can you not remember to replace window screens when you're doing someone's windows?? And it was over $700! Disappointing.

We were very pleased with our window cleaning by Pane In The Glass. Colton arrived at the specified time and announced his arrival and went to work immediately cleaning the outside glass and window screens. He was masked according to COVID guidelines and was courteous and professional. He removed his shoes while in the house and told us exactly what he would be doing. He was fast and very efficient and our windows look great!. We will definitely be having A Pane In The Glass doing our windows again and will highly recommend them!

Can't say enough good things about these guys! Showed up on time, were professional and left all of our windows looking like new! I even miscounted a few windows and they didn't charge for the ones I left out. Would highly recommend!

A Pane in the Glass is the best. I've used them for years-they also clean my gutters.
The owner is a true gentleman-he once arranged to get my cat down from a telephone pole on a Sunday morning and wouldn't accept payment. The windows always sparkle and rates are reasonable. All his crew are people you feel comfortable having in your house.

Had them clean my mother’s windows.They showed up on time and did a amazing job.They were extremely professional and polite my mom said which makes me feel good that nice professionals were in my moms house. Also the people in the front office Angela and Andre are great and made the whole scheduling process so easy. I tell everyone about these guys and all the services they provide.

Not only are these folks some of the nicest people I have met in years, they do a terrific job. My windows were cleaned quickly and professionally with attention to detail. The staff took off their shoes before they came into my house! Who does that anymore? They also were patient with my dog who is neurotic. This is the second year A Pane in the Glass has cleaned our windows and we will be contacting them again next year.
