Stephen was great! Professional, skilled and personable. He was like having a friendly neighbor come to the rescue! Quick and efficient, he tackled five separate ‘fixit’ jobs easily.

Steve was excellent and super friendly. Should have called a lot sooner to get our broken door fixed. Will definitely be scheduling using Mr. handy man here in the future for more projects!

We had hired Mr. Handyman to rebuild the framing around our fireplace so it was no longer tapered in December of 2023. Essentially tear down the existing structure and build roughly a 6' x 6' square in its place and then hang a TV. This simple job took them almost a month to accomplish. The employee was the slowest I have seen. In addition, the work was of very poor quality - drywall pulling away from the wall, TV mounted incorrectly, TV mount damaged, and the fireplace stone damaged. They had at least 4 different employees out to fix the errors and damage that the original worker caused. They have come back in and remounted the TV correctly, patched the drywall and replaced the TV mount they destroyed - however they have not fixed the stone on the fireplace. After working with them to try to find a solution (2 separate employees came out to try to figure out how to fix the stone they damaged) and not being able to, I submitted a claim to their insurance. The insurance company did not get any text messages or pictures from me, rather called Mr. Handyman and asked if they did the damage, which they indicated they had not (despite text messages from Sheri saying they usually do better work, they will fix it, etc). Still no resolution to the damaged fireplace stone. Pictures show before work was done, work, and some of the error's and damage. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

I needed to get my starlink Internet Installed. I called and got two quotes from installers off of the Starlink Website. One was for $1000 and one was for $1100. I decided to call Mr Handyman because I’ve used them many times in the past for odd jobs. I asked them if this was something they could do and was told yes, Josh does them all the time. Well, Josh was nothing but a blessing. He showed up on time with a smile on his face, got right to work and did a top notch, quick and efficient installation. And the best part was the $500 invoice. Great service and outcome for half the price. Love these guys!!

Steve Bingham was the technician they sent, and he did a fantastic job. Had to open up drywall and fix a leak behind a shower head. He patched the drywall and put in two access panels at my request. The patched drywall looks fantastic. You can't see the seams and he textured, primed and painted it to match. I would recommend him highly if you have any drywall work that needs to be done. He cleaned the place up nicely, too.

Tony, the technician was super courteous and professional. He did a great job and didn't leave any mess behind. He was efficient and showed up in the beginning of the window, which I really appreciated.

The receptionist Sherry was very kind, and I want to thank her for that! Toni came out and did an exceptional job for me. He actually did a number of jobs. He is meticulous and very kind and knows what he’s doing in a number of different areas I was very grateful that Sherry sent him to me. He used his time very wisely, and was very informative about what he was doing and even made suggestions on how I could save money! I am very happy with the quality of service. Mr. handyman sent me. It was very easy to call and get an appointment set up for an estimate for mounting a mail box onto the side of my house as well as fixing a broken sliding glass door handle and lock.

Jose was friendly and professional. He had the estimate done very quickly and was able to mount the mailbox the very same morning.

He was thorough with explaining my options with the sliding glass door and is doing research to find the right replacement handle/lock as I purchased the wrong one.

They charge an hourly rate so I recommend filling the full hour if you can.

I would definitely recommend them to my friends and will have them fix my sliding glass door handle once Jose has found the right one.

Absolutely horrible and unprofessional experience from start to finish. The issues with communication and scheduling should have been the first red flag. They tried to cancel our appointment after my partner took time work off in order to be at the house for the repairs. Then, when they finally made it to the house they lied about fixing the sink. Unknown to us, the sink was never repaired (or was repaired badly) meaning it’s been leaking for weeks and causing water damage to cabinet and supplies below. Paying good money and time for a service should mean that the service is complete or person is at least honest if it’s something they can’t fix. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen and it looks like we’ve been scammed.

This guy was great!! Very friendly and unbelievably quick to assemble my outdoor furniture from Home Depot I plan on calling him again when my Garage Storage cabinets are delivered!!
