Have used this company the last few months and they are great. Also have been very understanding if needing to skip a week.

Great service, prompt communication, and they do a really great work at keeping the bins in great shape.
My bins are not collecting any nasty residues or smells anymore. Despite the fact that in our family we throw everything away in bags, there are times that leakages occur and Octowash's cleaning takes care of that very efficiently. Highly recommend.

The Handyman was efficient and experienced. He took extra steps to ensure the job was done right. No supervision on my part was required with him although I periodically checked in to answer any questions and ask a few of my own. He was courteous and hardworking. The pricing was in the middle of the low and high bids I'd gotten from other painters.
A very pleasant experience.

Adam was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and we enjoyed his happy personality.

Caleb was an amazing hire. He came to fix some peeled back trim above my garage door and replace some sealant above an upper window. He was extremely helpful and professional, even giving me advice on other projects at my house. On top of that, the workmanship was great and the trim looked good as new after.

They responded promptly to my request to repair a roof leak. Technician appeared quickly, gave an estimate, returned and completed the repair for less than the estimate. I appreciated being notified when he was on his way and his photo so I would recognize him. I don't see how the experience could have been any better! Highly recommended.

Nick was super professional and knowledgeable. Our special request was accomplished by obtaining parts in Post Falls, ID & returning to Cheney, WA. We definitely appreciated some suggestions Nick gave us for continuing our project.

A real rip-off. They were supposed to put three windows back on their tracks. They only did two. The third had missing/damaged parts and the guy didn't know where to get parts so it's not done. He wants to come back when we get the parts. He kept trying to upsell and do drywall work that we didn't want done so he could get up to two hours. In the end it was $230 for 10 minutes work. No doubt it will be another $230 to do the third window once we've managed to source the parts. Won't be hiring these people again.

We had gotten several outrageous estimates on a door repair but Mr Handyman to the rescue. The job was done in a thoughtful manner. We are so happy with the results and the technician David.

I am extremely pleased with Mr. Handyman of Spokane. My tech. was Jose M. with Adam, trainee. The both were pleasant, gave good information, respectful of persons...just all around pleasant to work with. Will be using them on future projects. Thank you two so much. You made the job for a senior citizen less stressful.

I called an made an appointment with Mr. Handyman this past Friday. On the call, the woman told me that they would send out a technician who would take measurements of the broken window, and then, in most cases, they'd be able to fix it right then and there with a quick trip to Home Depot. They then called me on Friday to say my appointment was cancelled, after I had carved out a large part of my day to make myself available to meet the technician. They did manage to get me another appointment the following Monday with an arrival time between 9:30 and 11:30 AM. As of 12:05 that day, I had not received any texts/calls stating that they were even on their way. Again, I'm taking off work to meet with the technician. Finally, 45 minutes late, the technician showed up. He said all he could do is put a board up, but he did suggest that I call a window company for a faster repair of the window. I shared I was frustrated that that was all he could do, but felt I was left with little choice. It's winter, and I needed the window at least covered. After he left for 30 minutes and returned with a board, he took a little over an hour to complete his work. To his credit, he did a good job. However, the bill was for over $425. I asked how much of that was for supplies. He said $110. So, he charged me over $300 for a little more than an hour of labor and a trip to the store 2 miles away.
I asked him why I was told that he'd most likely be able to fix it. His excuse was that the women answering the phones didn't know much about contracting. I simply replied that's not a good excuse. That's just another thing wrong within the company. He shrugged his shoulders.

Basically, the only positive out of all this was the quality of work. The price and customer service I thought was terrible.

I believe the gentleman’s name was Jose. He came and did some work for us at the Spokane Valley Good Feet. He did great work was fast and efficient. The work was done properly. He was also friendly and personable.

Tony did a great job fixing some paint on my door trim and patching a hole in my bathroom. He was kind, efficient, and super easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Nice guy who came to fix our dryer vent. But over $700 for 2.5 hours of time and some basic parts.

We had the pleasure of working with Tony at Mr. Handyman and he has been an absolute delight to have around while we do several projects on our newly purchased home. He is wonderful with my daughter, and always makes us feel safe and comfortable. He hung a few doors for us, put up a new wall, venting, and fixed a few random things here and there. Always showed up to work with a smile and a kind word and always left with the best attitude and clear expectations. Can't say enough about how much of a pleasure it's been working with Tony and all the other team members at Mr. Handyman! Didn't have to worry about coordinating the other contractors needed to really make the new house shine, including new paint, clean windows and a great electrician. Thanks so much Mr. Handyman!

Dave and Adam showed up on time priced the job quickly and were right in the middle of the other bids. The BIG DIFFERENCE was they were ready to start the job right away and I didn’t have to wait 3-4 weeks. They worked fast and were extremely competent completing the job perfectly👍
Not only that the final bill was LOWER because they used less time than expected they offered a veteran’s discount❗️
