I needed new tiles laid in my bathrooms and new toilets installed… these guys were very communicative with me the actual guys that did the jobs were so polite and clean!! Would call them in a heartbeat to work for me!!! Very happy!! Jose and the plumbers that are brothers were excellent and fast and so polite!! Love them!!

Josh White did a great job working on a small foundation project for us. He also took the time to explain the processes he used. He was polite and professional. It was a blessing to work with him. Thank you!

Steve did awesome installing our kitchen light! Working to schedule more work with him because he is so kind and professional.

Mr Handyman was on time (even early), incredibly professional, efficient, effective and flat out did a beautiful job!! Clean up too!! In addition, the price ended up being 30% cheaper than what was quoted. Very happy and they have a huge list of how they can help!

I contacted this company over a week ago, sent them pictures of my device and never heard from them. I called three times and got excuses of why no one has contacted me. I decided to call them a 4th time and was given a quote of 400.00 plus to fix a toggle switch. This company obviously did not want my business.

Jose from Handyman came to install a wall tv mount for me. From the first hello and handshake, he was 100% professional and gave me the impression he knew wheat he was doing. While he was setting up for the install, he found that the hardware I had purchased would not work for the job and was very up front about that which I appreciated. He offered to go get hardware that worked and set it all up quickly and efficiently once he had what he needed. He kept the work place clean and made sure things were neat and tidy after the job. I was very pleased with the completed job. I would highly recommend Jose and will definitely use his services again in the future when needed.

Johnny came and was very upbeat, punctual, and made what most would consider a "hard job" look so easy. I'm very pleased with the work and my overall experience. Just sent the info to a friend who needs a few things done around the house. Thank you!!

They did it correctly to our specific requirements perfectly.
I've use Mr. Handyman several times for house repairs before this with complete satisfaction.

This is what we got for $500… It is far short of what I would expect for $500, and the material cost doesn’t add up to what was installed (they charged us almost $100 for materials).

When I first called to see if they could come out and install the handrail, the customer service rep said the worker (who supposedly has 10 years experience) would come out, give a rough estimate of the time it would take, and start “immediately.” Sounds good, right? No.

He didn’t start “immediately,” he charged us the time it took to go get the materials. If I had known that, I never would have hired them. My mom said that the worker also took a long time to build the handrail (my stepdad was a carpenter, so we have a good gauge on how long this SIMPLE job should have taken).

I was unable to be there due to work, so it was just my 80 year old mother. We feel very much taken advantage of.

I contacted them to see if they would make it right (take some money off or improve the quality of the handrail), and at first they were answering my emails but then they stopped. I guess we chalk this up to: lesson learned, but I would definitely NOT recommend this company.

We watched an employee in a branded van pass a semi truck on the shoulder of I-90 when the middle and left lane were completely clear to pass properly, my sister called in to tell a manager that he jeopardized his safety, that truck driver's safety, and the safety of others on the road. The receptionist that answered the phone was extremely rude and said we'd get a call back. 4 days later and apparently the manager didn't care to deal with this. Road safety should be non-negotiable to any company that has employees driving for them. Very disappointed that this isn't being taken more seriously.

I needed help modifying a cut out for a new oven and microwave combination. My existing cut out wouldn't work. A friend refered me to Mr. Handyman and I'm glad he did. John from Mr. Handyman was dispatched to my home. He really did an outstanding job. He was very clever and told us what his plan was. He also asked us how high we wanted it. My wife and I were stunned by his results. Thank you John and Mr. Handyman.

We received a quote a little over a month ago, the tech that did the quote was very nice.. I started receiving text and calls asking if I wanted to proceed. After a couple text I responded back that I was on vacation for Thanksgiving and would reach out when we were ready. After another 4-5 voicemail I answered today. She wanted to know if we wanted to proceed, I explained I was on vacation and then my husband was in the ER and I would call them when we were ready. She persisted asking if we wanted to proceed even though I had said we were dealing with something. Though I understand year end and wanting to get things on the books, this was harassment. Even when I said this was harassment she continued to ask if I wanted to book. I guess vacation and health issues don’t matter, just getting on the books is what is important. I am so angry at the complete disregard for my situation.

I had a towel bar and small vanity installed. Technician (Jose) was on time, knew what he was doing, and very pleasant. Not the cheapest option, but I was pleased. I was able to get in pretty quickly.

My husband and I would like to thank Chad, Daniel and Caleb from Mr. Handyman of Spokane for their outstanding work in installing our new tub and shower surround. We have a small bathroom so there was many upsets in regards to this but the outcome was excellent. We also had no window but they installed one and it turned out perfect in and out. They were all very professional and pleasant to work with. Would definitely recommend Mr. Handyman for your projects. Very happy with them.

I just wanted to take a moment to give a shout out to this amazing company. We have had two of their techs out (both Jose’ and Johnny) and I have to say, hands down, these two are absolutely incredible. They are insanely friendly, super knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, and their work is superb. I literally cannot recommend these guys enough - thank you all for the great work and professionalism.

We also have a very energetic dog and both of them handled his presence professionally and kindly. If you have a dog, rest assured these guys will be just fine.
