I had the pleasure of having Don, from Crazy Carpet come to clean my 2 bedroom apartment today. Don was not only on time, but early👏 It took him less than an hour and my carpet’s look amazing 🤩. I highly recommend Don from Crazy Carpets for his excellent customer service and a fantastic job🎉👏👏👍

I'm so happy with my newly cleaned carpets. I have used another service for a few years and had a build up of residue due to my very thick carpet. Randal worked hard on the thick carpet to remove the years of built up residue. I will be very happy to use Crazy Clean again.

I really appreciated how they were able to squeeze me into their schedule! The guy Don, I think was his name did a great job but didn’t move chair around so he missed some things in the back where the fabric lifts up on the bottom. But other than that; he was professional, nice, up front about service expectations and was willing to take chances to make it happen (Snow and icy conditions, we were concerned his van might get stuck but it didn’t).

Randall was very professional and friendly. He did a great job on my carpets! This is the 2nd time I’ve used Crazy Clean and they have done a great job both times! Highly recommend!

I have used only Crazy Clean to clean my carpets for the past 12 years! They are reliable, dependable, and I know that the work they do will be exceptional. They have been there for me through it all. From a teenager throwing a small party that ended up becoming a raging kegger in my basement with carpets soaked with beer (boy was she grounded for months) to new pets and grandbabies they have cleaned it all and my carpets still look as good as the day I moved in. Carpet was wet for 24 hours. Not clean once it dried. Had to call someone else to come clean it up.

Don’s definitely the person to call for carpets and couches. Our rental spelled so bad of cat pee I thought it was impossible to get rid of. He came in and got right down to business. Genuine man.
