Rachel did a great job. Very quick, professional. She checked in before starting, survey the layout, and got it all done quickly.

In April I called them asking them to fix my sprinkler system, which had sprung a leak in the side yard. There was water fountaining out of the ground in a very obvious manner. Senske had no availability that week but said they’d coordinate to come help the next week. The coordination call never came and after a couple weeks I had to turn my water off. Then I left for a summer deployment. While I was deployed, my grass died and I asked my girlfriend to call again and get someone out to fix the system. A specialist showed up, dug a hole in my back yard, covered it back up, said there was no leak and left. When I returned, the obvious leak was still there. They sent her a 136 dollar bill nonetheless. Since then I called three times and was promised each time that a manager would get back to me to discuss this, but that never happened. Instead Senske is sending debt collectors after after my girlfriend, since she was the one that made the call, even though it’s my property. I sincerely hope Senske reaches out to me soon, or a small-claims court lawsuit is a real possibility.

I was not home during this service. Had I known it was to be done today I would have had the sprinklers identified. It looks like two of the rotary heads got nailed. It also looks like part of the back yard was not aerated. See photo. Other than that Adam did a good job as there is no torn up sod.

Great job! We chatted when he arrived and discussed the day’s services. He subsequently recommended additional services that we have authorized. Senske takes very good care of us.

The techs who come out for Senske are very professional, yet very personable. They are very flexible in adapting the service to my needs, and also have great advice and suggestions for things I can do on my own as well.

Zachary was quick, courteous, and communicated well as to what he was doing and why. He remembered to shut the gate so my "escape puppy" did not Houdini his way out to the front yard. He cares about the quality of his work. Great job Senske!

Even though I wasn’t home, I know all went well. One Christmas box did have paper towel shredded and mice droppings. Also, two holes in the outside table cover that was in the garage. Just to let you know.

Christopher A was very professional and thorough. He went thru the estimate carefully and answered any of my questions pleasantly.

After the run around for 3 weeks they should have been here TODAY even called to verify and was told they would be here I just can’t get a time. NO ONE SHOWED UP YET AGAIN. No communication either NOTHING. I don’t know how you can run a business like this. Will be canceling with them.

Derrick was knowledgeable and professional. He was able to answer all my questions and did what he was supposed to do. The last few “servicers” were not helpful, except a manager. A prior person used the wrong treatment of 110 evergreen trees planted two years ago. I requested Derrick to be my regular yard person.
I hope to update the post before the end of the season.

Eric was kind courteous and very helpful. I appreciate it that he close the storage door behind him. That was helpful. I didn’t have to go back outside. Thank you, Eric.

Christian did a really thorough job of aerating our lawn, over seeding and then applying the substance to help the seeds get off to a good start. We were impressed by his willingness to take the time to listen to our concerns and then went above and beyond the call of duty by taking extra care to keep the grass seed out of our shrub beds. He was especially helpful in seeding , a bare area in our lawn.

Adam came out and aerated my yard! Quick work and it turned out amazing. It always helps my yard when they take care of it each year.

I’m extremely disappointed with the services I contracted for with Senske, and I was incredibly generous by calling back three times to give them a chance to fix the problem before I wrote a review.

I originally called to get a estimate because we have an apple tree that has a fungus problem, and when it was pruned by another company, we were told to call someone to treat it with a fungicide. I called Senske and the sales person came out and assured me it would be treated and he sold me on a year round treatment package of our four trees along with another package. I was also told they work between eight and five and the first person arrived at 6:40 AM while our dog was still out in the backyard. He put an organic granular treatment on two of the trees and left the other two trees saying someone else would come out to treat them, but they never did. I called three times to the office and was told someone would call me but it’s been more than two weeks and no one has. I am tired of continuing to call.

I was also told by the front office that they work between eight and five and the second person who came out to treat for spiders showed up at 7:40 AM. Both times I was told they would call and give a 20 to 30 minute window and each person gave a 3 to 5 minute window.

I honestly wanted this to work, but I have no more tolerance for calling or reaching out. Really disappointed.

We spoke with Chris Meginnis about outdoor lighting for the holidays. He was very professional and informative. While he “asked for the sale” he was not pushy in any way. We’re not certain about proceeding this year but if we do we will most certainly retain Senske for this service.

Ray is an excellent representative for Senske services, polite and has extensive knowledge regarding trees and pruning! Highly recommend Ray and Senske

Unfortunately I had to rate one star higher than they deserve.
We've used Senske for several years without too many issues, however this year we've experienced a dramatic increase in the amount of weeds in our lawn. I was assured by our service tech that he was going to address it on our last application, however the weeds are getting worse and no one at Senske seems to care enough to send someone out to inspect the problem, or even give us a call. It's been over a week that I reported the problem, but nothing has been done. I'm done with them and we'll be giving our business to someone local. Steer clear of Senske.

I think Allen has done a great job and Senske is always on top of their contracted and promised services - great communication and follow-up! Thanks guys for your great partnership!

Michelle was our Senske Holiday Lighting representative and she did a tremendous job explaining the program, covering the options available to us, and working hard to try and meet our vision for decorating our house. Great job and she was great to work with, thank you Michelle.

From start to end, Michelle from Senske who came out to assess my tree, Kevin from Senske (making the right calls in the background) Tech Ray from Senske and his teammate, (I never got his name) did an amazing job from scheduling my tree pruning service to making the calls to Avista, to going above and beyond and not only pruning my tree to grade level, but also took care of another dead tree as well as some small young trees growing on the other side of my garage that I did find to be a nuisance. I also would like to give a shout out to Chris from Senske who originally came out to my property 6 years ago to give us our original quote that gave Michelle the opportunity to work with at the beginning. Ray gave me expert advice afterwards to keep my pruned tree from growing back. Thank you so much guys for all that you did! Any future services I need, you will be the first I will call! :-)
