Was an absolute delight working with Blend Outdoor Design. Owner Chris was professional, engaging and extremely talented in his work. I work in the construction world and know how stressful projects can be for homeowners, but Chris made it seamless and easy in all aspects. He brought drawings to my house giving me multiple options and allowing me to see what the finished product would look like, then worked tirelessly to complete the project.

Blend did an amazing landscape overhaul in our backyard. Collin & Chris were easy to work with and communicative during the process. Possibly the most clever and creative outdoor designers I have worked with and I own HDG architecture, so I see a lot of cool, everyday. His work ethic is the other amazing trait that stands out. In readying my house for a Dwell magazine photoshoot, he worked about 24 days straight sometimes showing up before the sun and leaving after it went down. So yes, I recommend Blend Outdoor Design and have since hired him for numerous other design projects through our firm.

Chris and the whole crew from Blend did a great job on creating my rock beds, clearing my lot from overgrown weeds, shaping, planting shrubs and setting up my basic watering system. Great folks to work with. The work crew had expertise on all facets of the job.

We have worked with Blend on multiple projects to update the landscaping in both our front and backyards. We have a large double lot on Spokane's South Hill, and what we needed was a complete refresh. What we received from Blend was a transformation.
Our goal was to have a simple, natural landscape that was easy to maintain, but was also beautiful with all season interest. We also wanted to keep the pollinators happy. We worked with both Chris and Colin, who are decidedly plant people. Half the fun of working with Blend is talking plants, trees, and landscaping with people who really know their stuff. Listen to your landscape designer!
Blend excels in landscape design, plant and tree selection, and planting placements. The pièce de résistance for our project were the free form flagstone walkways we added between the front and backyards, and the flagstone patios in the front and backyards.
Blend also excels at project management. Their landscaping plans are detailed and easy to visualize, contracts and bids were provided promptly and pricing was reasonable (especially considering the results), and can't say enough about their landscaping crews. The projects started and were completed on time, with exceptional results.
How beautiful is our new landscaping!? Just ask our neighbors who have witnessed the transformation. Can't tell you how many compliments we have received.

Incredible design and build service. Chris met with me multiple times to understand my vision for the yard and then drew plans that perfectly met my expectations. A few weeks later he was back with his project manager and installation crew to build what was designed. All Blend employees were courteous, professional, and skilled in their craft. They did an amazing job. As a long-time contractor myself, I know the difference between the good, the bad, and the ugly in the contracting world - Blend is definitely one of the good ones. Can't recommend them enough.

Terra Garden Svcs is a company you can count on! They went out of their way and graciously squeezed us in last minute when we needed a sprinkler system blowout before the freeze came. They were very responsive, showed up when they said they would, and got the job done! Thanks!

I got ripped off by Francisco and his company in Aug. of last year. In fact he has 2 pictures of his work from my walls. He build 2 40 foot long retaining walls for flowers and vegetables. they buried the sprinkler heads in one area. When I notified them they elevated them and removed one. Now it only waters 2/3 of this garden area. WHY? I have no idea. I live in a very rock area. I tried to dig a hole to start planting and found rocks. Some big, Some small.
I notified them again, I left a message and asked why they put rocks in my (suppose to be) garden soil. No response. But they rocks I dug up and left on the wall disappeared.
I have read the rave reviews. I can't believe he did this to me. May it was my age, Maybe it was the fact that I am alone. No man to contend with. I would suggest ANYONE USE THIS COMPANY EVER! Especially if you are elderly person alone.

Went above an beyond what I expected for my backyard. Work was fast and everyone in the group was friendly. Guys were even nice enough to pause weed whacking when I had to walk past them a few times. Backyard looks better today than it did when I bought the house 2 years ago.

Edit:
Had them back again to take care of the front half of the property. Work was done quickly and my yard looks presentable.

Terra Garden did an amazing job refreshing our upcoming listing, we needed that curb appeal boost and to tighten up the beds/landscaping.
