TLC services all of the communities that I oversee. Kirk is prompt in replying to requests/needs and is always willing to help ensure the job is done right. They are responsive and timely with pest control needs and we rarely, if ever, need them to come back for quality control. I would recommend TLC for any property management needs and am sure they would do a great job on residential as well.

The landspace company does the grounds for the condos i live at and they do a horrendous job! They ran over a bird in the yard, leave tracks in the grass, dont dispose of any grass clippings i stead leave them on the sidewalks and in the yard.

TLC just might be the worst landscape company I’ve seen.

It’s pretty amazing how awful this company is. I know more about landscaping then these workers do.

I live in a new neighborhood that has been originally fully landscaped by this company, and this is just a few things they did poorly. I have provided pictures where necessary.

1. They set the sprinklers to grossly overwater the lawn. This results in extreme runoff in the form of dirt clogging up storm drains, and undermining curbing and other structures. The sprinklers are going off all the time at all hours of the day. Anyone with half a brain knows not to run sprinklers in the middle of the day, but they seem to believe that’s the ONLY time to do so. Makes no sense at all unless the goal is to waste water and kill the grass. This ends with the dead grass getting replaced with new sod, and the process starts over again. It’s asinine and a complete waste of water and money.

2. They clearly do not pay attention to the state of the sprinklers. There has been what looks like a broken sprinkler line in the rental behind my house for 2 years. If it isn’t a broken line then it’s clearly a low spot that is overwatered, and see point 1. There is also a section of the neighborhood that all year the grass has been dead, and they just, you know, mowed over it and never fixed it. The sprinklers are clearly not working in this location, and they just didn’t do anything about it.

3. They do not know how to plant trees properly. There are a ton of trees in this neighborhood that have not been planted deep enough and their roots are exposed, these will likely die. Also, most of the trees along the streets do not have drip lines ran to them so they’ve died. And the ones that do have drip lines are overwatered and have soooo much soil washing away into the streets and storm drains. Again, see point 1.

4. Weed control for them means spraying massive amounts of herbicides. There are several poorly landscaped hills in this neighborhood where all they did was dump rocks on the hillside. They will just take backpack sprayers up there and soak the hillside with herbicides and everything will die. Might be a coincidence, but every time they do this it seems to be followed by a mass bee die off in the neighborhood. Too bad they didn’t eliminate the need of this practice with real landscaping with native plants or something like that that doesn’t need any maintenance.

I highly recommend going with literally any other lawn care company. Heck, the kid down the street likely could do a better job. I’m glad I don’t pay for their work, because I’d ask for my money back and to be paid for the damage they would have caused.

TLC truck and trailer heading south on Pines between Mansfield and Indiana today (plate C85699). As usual, traffic backed up at red light so driver decided to speed in the left turn lane for two blocks instead of waiting and almost hit another car trying to actually make a left hand turn.

The TLC landscaping & snow/de-icing services are top-notch. Our organization has worked with TLC for over a decade and they are the best. Services are prompt; professional, and affordable compared to other providers. I would highly recommend TLC to any business or residential customers looking for high quality landscaping and winter services.

I just had a beautiful new cedar fence built by Team Green! They were absolutely delightful to work with start to finish. Highly recommended.

These guys are responsive and prompt. We unfortunately had weather and also a car accident damage our fence within a month of it being put up, but Mike responded very quickly and we had the repairs in a timely manner. The wind damage repair he honored with no charge. We had shopped around prior to hiring and they also proved to be the best price.

We had such a great experience using Team Green. They installed our new Vinyl fence. It looks beautiful. We had to have them take down our existing fence and install the new fence. They were professional, friendly, on time and the job site was kept neat. They were amazing.

Thank you Mike, Bill, Chris and everyone that helped transform our backyard into a lively one! Great work on the trees, bushes and flower planting and also with the pavers! They also helped build our fence so they can do it all. Communication was great throughout the process, would definitely recommend!

I had Team Green give me a new backyard. From just dirt and weeds they transformed my backyard including grading, landscaping, irrigation, grass, a new paver patio and needing to put in a French drain to deal with potential rain and runoff. They were professional and courteous. I was always dealing with the owners themselves and was always asked for my opinion before they just dove in. If I need to have anything done in the future, they will be the first and only people I contact.

Absolutely, horrible Business came to my house to do an inspection and was talking to my kid about being a transgender and saying it’s OK to be what you want. It’s absolutely horrible that he did this to my kid. Do not trust this guy

Mike and the whole team build an excellent fence. The price seemed a little high, but I'm old and all prices seem high. However the quality can't be beat.
I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I am the office manager of a small dental practice and we hired Mike and his team to put up a vinyl fence on the property. Mike made time to meet me the same day that I made the request. After receiving the quote, we found that the cost was about what we expected and they were able to get started right away. The final product is beautiful and we have lots of compliments from patients. I highly recommend!

Never showed up to quote our backyard. Texted us the same morning he was suppose to show to set up different time than originally set due to his grand daughter having to be watched which was ok. But left us sitting around at 1 pm for an hour waiting on him just not to arrive. I’ve called and texted and no response.

Team Green, Mike, Bill and crew, did a fabulous job on our new fence! They worked with me to design exactly the fence we wanted within a reasonable budget. They were friendly, professional and cleaned up well. We’ve already hired them for another job later this summer. Highly recommend!

Team Green is fantastic. We had a tight window between when we closed on a new house and when we needed a large fence installed so that we could move in with our two large dogs. Mike worked within our budget, including some cost-saving measures and a perimeter idea that we hadn't thought of. We contacted four other fencers who couldn't do the job. His crew worked through cold temperatures and very challenging basalt rock in the area to be fenced and got the job done. The fence blends in so beautifully with the landscape that it looks completely natural. They were responsive and very easy work with. I recommend them for any service!
