We have used tlc for about 3 years at our complex and are very satisfied with the service they provide. They pay attention to detail and are quick to respond when special situations arise.

These guys mow the apartment complex I live at. They always show up at sporadic times, and mow for hours upon end around the entire complex, because they don't have a good system. The edging is always horrible, and patches/slivers of grass are left everywhere. Not quality at all.

I recommend this company to anyone who wants things done right!! They do great work . Very clean work !! Always clean up at the end of the day don't leave anything for tenants to complain about and when they were done it looked fantastic!!

Great service and professional team! You know you can count on them to get the job done when you need it.

If there was a zero I would give it to them they block people in when they remove now and block Garage is out of cars parked in them. When you pay for the parking and have a Disabled son that have lots of dr appointment and don’t have time to remove snow being a single mom with 2 kids it’s Ridiculous they can move snow outside the apartment complex where there is the End of the road where it’s just a Field.

This Lawn company does not mow worth crap always missing spots will run over anything on lawn This is Spencer Place Apartments they mow a commercial property shitty job! Everything!

Had a great experience with TLC this summer and fall. They were here every week like clockwork and trimmed and mowed and did all fall cleanup in a professional manner. Would highly recommend them.

My wife and I are Amazed & Thrilled at the Superior landscaping outcome that Jerome and his crew performed!I am a retired WA State Supervisor and after watching Jerome lead his team workers I feel that he is a natural leader!! His crew respected Jerome and followed his directions without hesitation. Jerome would explain each morning what would be accomplished that day and my wife loved that he was able to explain what plant was and why he chose each plant in different areas!! The finished landscape was totaĺly awesome and we recommend TCL to anyone who wants a great looking front & back yard and further more I suggest that you ask forJerome and his crew!! THEY ARE THE BEST!!

We've been using TLC for the last 4 years and have always been satisfied with the work they do.

Just got screamed at and flipped off by one of your "professional" employees this morning on Sullivan for turning into the turn lane heading south after dropping my kiddo off at kinder care. Hope you're proud to have employees out there that conduct themselves like that in company vehicles!

We hired TLC to do our landscaping project and are very pleased with the outcome. The project went very smooth, all timelines were met and our project was just as we had envisioned. We were able to be involved and informed throughout the process. We highly recommend TLC.

Their employees are horrible drivers. One passenger was hanging his head out the window saying profanities to my vehicle. Great for my kid to hear. Never support this business

The Landscape Company takes care of tge apartment complex next door to my daughter's single family home with a 6 foot vynil fence around the back yard. A worker from the landscape company opened the gate to my daughter's back yard a walked into the back yard. This worker ran off when the dogs went after him.

The manager of the landscape company told us the worker thought the fenced backyard attached to the single family home was some how part of the apartment complex and thought it was funny. This is a classic burglary tactic...run from these people

I live at copper river. Today I watched your guys work. Well one of them the other two wouldn't last a day on my concrete crew. The guy with the tattoos was the worker the other two weren't worth a darn in my opinion. Might offer tattoo guy a position. Its may 21st he just left the job site.

One of your trucks got on I 90 from Argonne headed west and branches and debris were flying everywhere. Please tie down your loads!

I wrote a bad review about you guys last year but had to come back to say wow I'm totally impressed with the hard workers you have working for the company this year - our entire neighborhood has taken note of their nice work and appreciates the better communication between the company and the hoa board. One of their drivers involved in an accident, they all blamed me even though it was clear when the driver said he had "no idea that i was there, and couldn't see me." and that's why he swerved into me.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I would NEVER USE this business! Just based on the way I was treated by the receptionist. She was EXTREMELY RUDE & BELITTLING. She had no interpersonal & customer service skills. Trying to tell me how to do my job & that she had been doing this a lot longer than me, well she doesn't do my job! She had no clue what or how to do my job, since she never worked for my company. She is a nasty person. No customer service shills.

Fantastic company with an owner who truly cares! They take pride in their work and, if anything isn’t perfect, they’ll go the extra mile to make it right. Professional, reliable, and dedicated to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend!
