We have had Serene install and remove Christmas lights the last few years and customer service was great!! Our house looks so pretty and of course I recommended them to our neighbors. The lit up American flag in the picture is something we personally added. 🇺🇸❤️🇺🇸

Great customer service . Very friendly employees. Install was pretty quick. Love the lights ✨️ was very good on keeping me updated on when they were arriving.
Only issue is i like to be have them up all year round and change the colors throughout not just one design and have them be flashing also Would like them also in the back of the house too, not just front and yard. Somewhat responsible price for short few months .

Serene Window team does an amazing job! We have used them twice, once for cleaning and the other to put up holiday lights . From the intial call to completion everything was seamless and smooth. They did a great job of communicating throughout the process.Our windows have never looked so good and the lights are amazing! The crew onsite was courteous, effcient and very professional. We had called 4 different places (all 5 star businesses) to come clean our windows and Serene Window was the least expensive. They were able to set up an appointment within a week, showed up on time and were polite, courteous and efficient. We had Dylan and Wade as a team and they were hard working and listened to my concerns about certain windows. Would HIGHLY recommend this company and definitely recommend Dylan and Wade!

We just got our light hung and they look incredible. (Bluey was not included) our kids love it and we are so happy to chose this route.

They provided a mock up of what it would look like, were very transparent and easy to talk with.

Their light hanging service was a breeze. No contracts or yearly commitments. But if you stay with them they provide a discount for following year.

David quoted me to hang Christmas lights. When he arrived he was professional and listened to what I wanted. He was thoughtful about the process and walked me through the plan. Best of all he kept me on budget. He made the install easy and worked into the dark to get it done. The house looks great and I have had several neighbors tell me how good it looks! I highly recommend David. If I owned the house, I would probably use him for window cleaning too!

The window cleaners showed up on time. They were very professional, got straight to work. They did a fantastic job, windows look brand new! And the price was hard to beat! Will be using them again for spring cleaning.

They cleaned our gutters, power washed the house, and washed the windows, they did an excellent job on everything. They are very professional and personable and I feel like they are perfectionists when it comes to their work.
I felt that their fees were fair and reasonable.
I would recommend them and I will be happy to have them back.
