Paul Jr and Joe cleaned out our ducting system. They took time to explain and show us how the process works. The equipment removed about two-gallons worth of grossness from the system and another bushel of lint from our drier vent. They reduced the original quoted amount as our system is a bit smaller than most. Very friendly guys, very efficient, and great service. Absolutely recommend Stanley Steamer and this crew.

John Mitchell, Brody Bean were awesome. Friendly, efficient and professional workers in uniform. The carpets look great and I am very pleased with the service. I love the online booking and when I called the 800 number it was easy and the real person on the other end checked into my question. Fair prices imho.

Absolutely satisfied with the carpet cleaning job Amos performed earlier this week. He was very, very thorough. He also cleaned an area rug, and took a second rug back to the shop, for more intensive cleaning, at no extra charge. Thank you very much! I highly recommend Stanley Steemer, Spokane.

We hired Spokane’s Stanley Steemer to clean our hardwood floors. We had some stubborn dirt in the cracks between each board. The technician tried a few different methods for getting those cracks cleaned. And that didn’t work. We were ok with that and really appreciated his work in trying to figure that out. We had him clean the floors regardless, knowing those cracks wouldn’t be clean.

The problem is that after he cleaned the floors, I noticed they looked blotchy and that the grooves of the wood boards themselves were really dirty. So I grabbed a paper towel and did a few spot checks. The floors were extremely dirty. The equipment just didn’t do the job.

I called Stanley Steemer the same afternoon. I got the call center. They said they could send someone out to re do the floors. I declined that offer since the service didn’t work - I’m not sure that doing the same thing twice makes sense. I asked that someone from the Spokane store call me back so I could explain and talk through the options. The call center promised I’d get a call back within 48 hours. I didn’t. I called again yesterday and asked to be connected with the Spokane Store. I waited for a few minutes, then the call center guy got back on and said the Spokane manager couldn’t talk but would call me back by end of the day. He didn’t.

I’ve paid over $200 for a service that didn’t work. Super frustrating - waste of time and money.

Update: after a few more phone calls I was able to connect with someone at the Spokane office. They sent out two more experienced technicians who were able to make the floors look great.

Extremely happy once again with the job Stanley Steemers did! David showed up on time, explained the duct cleaning service he was doing and the Dryer cleaning service. Very professional and friendly. Was quoted $360 for a 2 bedroom mobile! Guy shows up and says we have to pay an extra $60 for a 10x6 area! Our whole house is only 1320 s.f.! Not everything is carpet! Called and argued, gave the nice kid a cash tip and yokd him to leave! These people suck!!!

Stanley Steemer cleaned carpets for me twice over the last 90 days. Joe H. has been my technician both times. He is very professional and a good representative of Stanley Steamer. He took the time to go over the job with me and explain what he was going to do, he set expectations, then he went over the job with me when he was finished. I’m happy to say he exceeded expectations both times and I’m very pleased with the outcome. Thank you Stanley Steemer!

We called for an estimate, which turned out to be more than reasonable also to find out we were able to get same day service! We have used them before for hardwood and tile cleaning and were very impressed. They did an awesome job today cleaning carpeted areas and the guys that showed up were very professional and careful.

Do not use this company for duct cleaning. They showed up their equipment (compressor) broke down twice. They can not show you any pictures because their camera broke and the owner will not replace it. The service is nothing like they tell you. It is very disappointing.

I am very dissatisfied with the service that I received today. I chose Stanley Steemer to clean my air ducts.

• The technicians did not call or text before arrival and just showed up at my door.

• The technicians were not wearing masks at any point.

• One of the technicians used my restroom which I do not think is sanitary or safe during the COVID pandemic.

• It took them almost an hour to start working because they were moving slow and kept petting my dog without my permission.

• One of the technicians put my bathroom trash can on my bathroom counter instead of moving it to another location on the floor, which is not sanitary.

I have made multiple contact attempts to get this resolved to no avail. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they closed the case because Stanley Steemer did not respond to them.

I have attached photos of my ducts after the service and they were not cleaned properly.

In the past.. I have always had a great experience...
This vintage sofa is in my office in a basement... It has been cleaned before and come out beautifully (before i bought it) ...couple of years of 9 grandkids, and it needs a good cleaning lol
Called and scheduled for a Friday... Very clearly informed the lady that it was about 100 feet from the street and did NOT want to have a portable unit used...
I resell vintage and have dealt with a sofa or two, lol..

So..Cleaner gets here...tells me its a no on the truck cleaner AND he didnt have a portable on him..He came back the next morning and THIS is what i got for a discounted price of $160!!??
His card reader didn't work, so they emailed a statement...I was not present when the couch was being cleaned (a friend was)
Not only did it not come clean at all.. it is crunchy, and he pulled a button out from its tuft

The people that came today were very nice and seemed to know what they were doing so I am going to say this type of cleaning does not work. The first picture is of after they cleaned. The second is after I went over it with my home carpet cleaner after they left. It is significantly cleaner, but I will have to clean it a few more times.

The last picture is of the water after they cleaned. It was black so obviously this carpet cleaning methos does not work and I'll have to either do it myself or get a chem dry carpet cleaning. Sad because I was trying to either not have to do it myself or save some money. However this cleaning was a huge fail.
