Ark has been our carpet cleaner for 25+ years. They have always done an excellent job. Very friendly, detailed and thorough. The few times we tried using those "coupon deals" you find in the newspaper, have been absolutely worthless. I highly trust and recommend these guys!!

They were amazing and easy to work with. Very professional, and very down to earth and kind to me. They even helped me load a few really heavy garbage bags up into my truck just to be nice. The carpet turned out great in my place. I am super grateful to have found them! Reasonable pricing. But most important to me, a family business I can trust, and will use again in the future if I have needs to carpet/upholstery cleaning. Thank you so much Ron and Travis! I've used Platinum Carpet Cleaning for close to 20 years i'd say for my rentals. Don has always done a great job and I have never worried about having to be there to make sure the job is done correctly or worried about security. I feel the same way with Cameron too. I use Platinum for my carpet and chair/sofa cleaning several times a year (I have a dog) and they are always on time and do an excellent job. It's so convenient to be able to schedule the appointment on-line. A highest quality firm!

This is the second time we asked Platinum Professional to clean our carpets. This time we had the upstairs done as well. Not only was the price very reasonable, but Donald did an awesome job again. He went the extra mile to get rid of the awful mystery smell in an area of our living room (the kids most likely spilled something there). Carpets look and smell renewed and we are happy. I highly recommend this business!
