I'd give zero stars if possible. Pane in the Glass demonstrated questionable business practices by initially providing a bid that almost doubled after they arrived to start the job, despite clear prior communication. The lead even admitted the initial bid was intentionally used to secure the project. Onsite, the three-man team spent excessive time prolonging negotiations and creating undue pressure. Save your time (and money) and hire someone else.

Overall, I experienced a lack of transparency and felt their pricing tactics were manipulative and unfair. For these reasons, I cannot recommend Pane in the Glass to others seeking reliable and honest service.

The pair who washed our windows were both very professional and pleasant as they worked around our house doing the windows inside & out. Thanks again... see you next spring! Molly

Pane in the Glass has been cleaning my windows each year for the past 5+ years. My wife didn’t think the windows were that dirty, but when the team was done, the glass sparkled. They even cleaned all of the screens. I would absolutely recommend these guys. Very thorough, fast and friendly.

Excellent customer service and professional in every way--they were really careful inside my home and did excellent work. I am so happy with the experience that have planned to have windows cleaned seasonally by them on a regular basis.

amazing people! the nice lady in the office called me the day before service to remind me and to make sure all the information they had was correct. the next day, once they got to my house, the lead technician was so respectful and knowledgeable! one of my windows had hard-water ( no clue that was a thing ) and they took care of it for me! left all my windows practically brand new! would definitely recommend!

Had these guys out to clean my windows and they did a fantastic job! Windows so clean they looked invisible. They cleaned my screens too and so quickly I was amazed. The guys who cleaned them were very friendly and professional. Will definitely use Pane in the Glass again! Highly recommend!

We have watched Justin Monk's company grow into the most trusted and successful window washing business in our entire area. All of their employees have been friendly, professional and very thorough with great attention to detail! We appreciate that they ask us to do a "walk through" in order to catch anything they may have missed. We highly recommend "A Pane In The Glass".

Windows still had stains on them after being cleaned. There were water marks (actual dripping ones) left on my walls. Window dividers were left with black hand marks, and paint was chipped from my walls where they used ladders. I called and left a message, I sent pictures of the aftermath, and nobody ever reached out.

These folks were great, used them for gutter cleaning. They had sort of three packages to pick from, which is nice for anyone on a budget. The communication was top notch, and paying was easy. 10/10!

You won’t regret the service you receive. Professional, quick, knowledgeable and affordable are just a few words to describe these awesome individuals I will only use this company from here on out. As long as they are around I will always use them for all my cleaning needs. The field supervisor is wildly handsome as well so that helps a ton.
