Eric and his team were phenomenal to work with. He was communicative, professional, showed up on time and provided a clear estimate ahead of time. He walked me though various options, and ended up removing a dozen arborvitae, grinding the stumps, removing a tree growing too close to the house and trimming a huge maple! They also did amazing clean up work- also checking in with my neighbor that their yard was cleared properly. I would absolutely hire again for any tree needs!

Eric was exceptional, dependable, thoughtful and went above and beyond in what he promised. He was reasonable in his pricing… most important though was his trustworthiness. What a great guy! I will hire him again and recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Eric and crew removed a evergreen tree in the backyard near a sloped area and fence. I valued Eric's knowledge, and very much appreciated working with him. Their professionalism, efficiency, awareness of site conditions, and cleanup of site are attributes that come to mind concerning removal of the tree.
A couple of years ago Advanced Arborists trimmed a large fir tree, also in the backyard. Once again, thank you very much Eric and crew for taking care of my tree needs.

Eric was fabulous from start to finish. He communicated regularly, so we knew what to expect and when. He helped determine what needed to be done providing solid recommendations. When the power company wasn’t responsive to us, he followed up w them and got results. He made sure there was no interruption that disturbed our on-site business while the work was done. He even took care of extra things that came up after he gave the estimate. The work itself was fantastic. He left everything clean and neat.

In a time where you almost can’t get decent work done anywhere, Eric was just exceptional A*. There’s not one thing that could be improved upon. We are so grateful he took care of our dangerous situation, but did so w the utmost of skill and professionalism. I would recommend him 100 times over to anyone!

Eric and his team did amazing work! He met with me a couple times before to make sure we were on the same page with the work that I was wanting completed. He and his team trimmed multiple arbors that were starting to touch the roofline of my home and took care of our 2 Walnut trees that each had so many dead little branches everywhere. His knowledge and understanding of the trees and their health was a huge help! He and his team cleaned up the area and didn't leave any debris behind. Thank for a great job!

I have used advanced Arborist a couple times now. Eric is very knowledgeable in his field. I most recently had a complete tree removed. He and his crew are on point. They practice care of the surroundings of personal property and most importantly the safety of each other. The the communication during the time of the price quote to the final cleanup was top notch. Eric and his crew of 2 did an exceptional job pruning my 3 trees. Each was a different kind of tree with different issues, all addressed wonderfully. Eric was most professional, making sure he and I discussed my desires for each tree, as well as offering additional suggestions of his own. He did this when he came to give his estimate (very reasonable), then when he came to prune my trees. He even did an additional pruning job that I added when he came to do the job.
I was also impressed with how thoroughly he and his crew cleaned up the ground after they had pruned! I highly recommend his services.

My goodness. Eric and co. are absolutely phenomenal. I asked them to bring down 3 ~50ft maple trees that represented a risk to my and a neighbors homes. They REALLY went out of their way, and did a fantastic job. My situation was made precarious and complicated due to the lean of the trees and how they grew around a fence. Both myself and the neighbor are thrilled with the results. The price, quality, customer service: everything was above expectations. I raised an eyebrow at the 5 star ratings here, but now I see why. I will sing their praises to anyone that will listen. Great job guys! I'll be calling you back soon to give my other trees a health check and grooming. Cheers!

I recently hired Advanced Arborists to take care of some trees on my property, and I couldn't be more impressed with the exceptional service they provided. Eric trimmed a couple of trees for me a couple of years ago. So I called him, without hesitation, for a new project. He was able to come and look it over right away. Always professional and friendly, willing to please, He and his crew were able to fit us into their schedule and complete the job within a couple of weeks. Eric is great to work with, always communicative, and willing to do extra work for a very reasonable price. I would never bother with another quote, now that I have found him and his crew.

The arborvitae hadn't been trimmed in a while. Some things were overgrown really bad, and some things were on there edge of being dead. We removed those and we trimmed up the those that we still could. We are taking out several in the front to make the front cleaner looking. We are very pleased with his work, and the price.

Very professional!!! Reasonable price. Eric Cox worked with two helpers: Coleton and John who worked safely, with very courteous communication with each other and with me as the customer. They cleaned up everything and cut the larger branches into firewood lengths. I would not only use this service again, but I would highly recommend them!

Wow! Watching Eric and his crew take down a 17 year old sugar maple from our front yard this moaning was amazing.
