Wow! I would give Eric and Colter 10 stars if I could and adopt them both! From beginning to end this has been the best experience. Starting with the estimate process (Eric was thorough and went above and beyond to understand my goals), through cutting down pine trees and reducing and shaping multiple shrubs, they were complete Rock Stars. Super friendly, very professional, and a great price (I’d gotten 3 bids and Eric’s was the best and most inclusive.) All debris was hauled away and the yard, street and common areas were immaculate when they were done. (A neighbor texted me and said "Awesome clean up job, I don't see a single needle.") Eric was a life saver and did everything I’d asked for and more. I absolutely recommend Advanced Arborists Tree Service for anyone who wants excellent, honest, friendly, reliable service. Well done!!!

They removed our dead plum tree from in front of our house, then tackled the ugly willow tree in back. It had many dead branches clear up to the top. They are very professional and safety conscious about themselves and surrounding structures. Clean up was amazing as you wouldn’t have known they were there. On a scale of 1-10 they are a 20. Do yourself a favor and hire this team. You won’t be disappointed.

Eric and his crew did an excellent job for us. We have over 90 arborvitae that are tall and overgrown. Eric and his crew were easy to work with, they listened carefully, and worked hard for two days. I would recommend them highly

Eric was on time with his appointment to give me an estimate and also on the day of the job. He reached out to my neighbors letting them know that he would need access to their property prior to and the day of his scheduled work. They cleaned the job site thoroughly and left no trace of debris. I think he even pulled some weeds from my flower garden. I highly recommend Eric and Advanced Arborists. My hedge of arborvitaes has not looked this good in 20 plus years. He also gave us advice to help us maintain the arborvitas. Definitely a skilled craftsman/artist who took the time to make sure all the limbs were even and perfected the shape. He is someone who takes pride in his work.

I just had the world’s largest cherry tree removed from my yard. STP came to my home, safely and professionally took down my tree, and cleaned up like they had never been there. From the day I called them and spoke to Maria, to the end of our project today, I have enjoyed the most thorough and professional customer service I have ever experienced. Thank you to the whole team...the whole yard has been transformed! Highly recommend Spokane Tree Pro!

Spokane Tree Pro is simply amazing. They literally had the tree in my front yard down in less than 30 minutes. The job in total was completed in under an hour. They cleaned up every twig and hauled it away to include raking the lawn. I have never see such professionalism and efficiency in a tree removal service. I generally don't write reviews, but this company merited the time and review.

Had a great experience today with the 4-man crew from Spokane Tree Pro. The day was off to a good start when they showed up as scheduled. Was impressed how the crew supervisor walked the property with me to review the work to be done. Two of the crew courteously moved my bbq and concrete yard art that I had overlooked in prepping the area. They all wore safety gear (helmets, ear protection, used harnesses and rope system). They had the right equipment for the job and they were done before I knew it. A cable line to the house was put back in place and tightened up. All the small branches and debris were raked from the lawn and the gravel driveway. It was like that motto "Leave No Trace!" When Ben came out to do the bid, I had such a good feeling like he cared about both me, the customer, and the health of my trees. The bid I got was comparable to another local company but it was his customer service, hands down, that tipped the scale. I am one happy customer!

The tree cutting team did a great job but the stump grinders tore the heck out of my back yard and did not get all of the stump out. They came on a different day than what I was told so no one was home when they came. One of my neighbors saw it after they were done and said it looked like they were having a grenade war in the back yard. If they had come on the day they were suppose I would have been home and I could have addressed the problem right away. I could get NO cooperation in fixing the problem. They just wanted their money.
Their reply to this post was a lie. They did come out a couple of times but no price was ever quoted. I was told "We are not landscapers". I had to hire three guys and it took them aver 4 hours to fix it as best it could be. Now I have to wait until summer to finish the job.

Would not hesitate to recommend this company. The were quick to come out and give me a quote, they got me scheduled to remove the 5 large poplar trees that were in front of my house. They showed up on time and were able to leave the stumps as I requested. They left the street and my yard tidy. Thanks to everyone I spoke with, they were all professional and kind!

We had a dangerous situation with a large Ponderosa that was damaged and leaning over the street after the last windstorm. The crew at Spokane Tree Pro were AMAZING in action! They got to us quickly, knowing we were worried that the tree (which was shifting at about an inch per day) was going to fall on someone driving or walking underneath it. Their efficiency, professionalism, and quality of work were all top notch and I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with a removal. Fantastic job!!!

This crew absolutly rocked it, they knocked out three problem trees for us last year right after we moved in. The crew worked hard and fast, but safe. We will call them back for more work and look forward to the help they gave us cleaning up our property.

Maria and Ben take great pride with their business. They were very professional and diligent with explaining what needed to be done. They have amazing customer service and follow through. We ended up going with a different company ( we didn't have to pay our neighbors did, so they selected the company since it was their trees) We will be using them for the upkeep on the trees my neighbor kept. Overall an amazing experience kind people and you can tell pride themselves with their hard work and dedication to their customers.

We have had an amazing experience with Spokane Tree Pro.
Their crew came to our house and cut down a big Maple Tree in our yard and worked so hard and worked as a team to bring this Tree down safely, this Tree had a fence just a few inches behind it and they did a great job and didn't even have to take the fence down.
It has been a great experience dealing with them, they will be our Tree Company from now on.

STP did a great job removing 4 trees from my backyard. They were very professional, and finished the job much faster than I thought would be possible.

Love Spokane Tree Pro and their crew. Their bid was the best bid we received. They showed up on time, and took down a massive pine tree on our property that was right next to our house. The degree of difficult in taking this tree down was very, very high, and I'm glad I chose them to do the job, because it took true professionals to keep this tree from coming down on my house. Would use them again in a heart beat. Ben is the owner, and he's such a great guy to work with!

All the rave reviews below are true. Ben, Maria and crew were on time, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, safe, and on time every step of the whole process in taking down our Mulberry tree. They take great care before they even start to discuss the job, what needs to be protected in the yard, and they address potential issues and how they will address them. It was a breath of fresh air to have someone walk the talk.

They also cleaned up after making unbelievably quick (and I mean quick!) work of the tree. Not the "we'll clean up" like a lot of companies promise, they truly cleaned it ALL up. The price for the whole job was more than fair for the value they bring to the table. We will be hiring them again in the near future to come back and trim some larger pines. You will be more than satisfied with the work and your faith in decent hard working people that actually give a you know what will be restored.

Spokane Tree Pro has the most reasonable and fair rates in town. I have had tree work done by Ben and his crew for several years. Ben will set an appointment time and he is always there when he says he will be. The work is done promptly and the area is cleaned up. I can always count on them to get the job and exceed my expectations. I highly recommend them!

I had a great experience with STP! Ben and crew were on time, courteous, protected my property from falling limbs, and cleaned everything up! They even saved a squirrel who fell in my pool! I am the manager at University MHP in Spokane Valley. This company is the best! I first met Ben 2019 for my mobile home community's annual tree trimming that hadn't been being accomplished by the previous manager. They were very diligent about meeting my expectations and their prices were very reasonable.

In October of 2020, I had roughly 20 damaged trees on the park due the the windstorm followed 10 days later with heavy snow. Ben and is crew responded immediately to my emergencies and have removed by crane 13 trees. I don't know how many trees in total, but they come back until all issues are addressed. I have had the best customer service and attention to detail from Spokane Tree Pro, and they are affordable.

I highly recommend Ben, Maria and the whole gang!
