Your Arborist Representative, Michael Sanborn did an excellent job listening to our concerns and objectives and writing up the work order accordingly. Your work crew of Tim, Josh and Ethan showed up on time and went over the work order with us in detail, verifying that the work order was correct to our wants. During the job they were very respectful of our property and when a question came up would ask us for input. At the completion of the job, they reviewed the work completed with us to ascertain that we were happy and satisfied with their work. They did an excellent job also cleaning up the job. We are extremely happy with the work performed and happily recommend this Bartlett Tree Experts.

These guys are absolutely the best tree service in the Spokane area. I contacted them and they were very friendly and prompt to set an appointment and called the day before to confirm. They also arrived on time. Levi was very knowledgeable and professional. His advise was free and he undoubtedly saved my one year old tree. He did recommend some fertilizer to help the tree out. This company is top notch, and I'll definitely let a few neighbors have their card as they are outstanding.

The trees look wonderful, you all exceeded any expectations we had. Kevin Bulla is very knowledgeable and we so appreciated your recommendations and expertise but we didn’t feel pressured at all. I can’t tell you how much we appreciated working with someone who did everything exactly as they promised.

The crew today was delightful and left the property so clean you can’t even tell anyone was here. We couldn’t even see the cables in the olive tree at first :-) Victor who came to spray the trees was also lovely!

This is a detailed story and fact. I've been asking the homeowners association for many years. Do you have the trees cut?Because It could Dangerous. The limbs You don't order a contractor to come out the cut trees when there is 4 inches of snow falling Bartlett should've known better and they did it anyway and it was not a good idea when they cut the limbs. A lot of limbs were hanging and weren't pulled off. I'm not gonna talk about how bad the work was. Because all you have to do is walk by and. And it doesn't look bad now but surely looked bad in the winter of last year. No comment on recommendation of this company, but I wouldn't hire them lack of respect

The crew worked really hard. It was raining but they just kept going. The tree they trimmed up for me took 4 hours. It now looks great. Like its a different tree. They really know what they are doing. They cut down 2 trees in less than a hour. That included clean up. What a great company. The price was really competitive.

I have used Bartlett Tree Service for the last 3 years. Their work is always very professional and friendly. The gentlemen have always taken the time to answer my questions, even though I am interrupting their work! They have done tree removable, cabling, and stump grinding for me. I have worked with Bartlett Tree before and I will continue to use their services. Always fast to reply, kept me informed as to when the work would be done. The crew was very professional, efficient and a joy to work with. I would highly recommend (and I have recommended) this company to anyone needing work done on your trees. Cost was less than I expected! I especially enjoyed working with Jeremy Schmidt! He goes above and beyond to make sure you are a satisfied customer! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Bartlett is awesome, and Jeremy is amazing! They have helped us with 2 projects now. One was a tree removal that looks so good, I often forget that a giant dead tree was even there! Recently, Jeremy came out and shaped another tree away from one of our buildings. It looks fantastic! If you need work done, call and ask for Jeremy!

We had a huge windstorm in our area and our two huge fir trees landed on our house. The Bartlett tree crew was fantastic -- very professional and efficient getting the trees off of the house and taking care of the limbs, etc. They care about trees as much as we do. Highly recommend!

Levi showed and did a walk through, present a proposal in very quick order and then scheduled for the work the following week. The two guys doing the trimming and hauling everything uphill through a tough site was impressed. They texted me every time they finished a tree for my approval. Josh (Foreman) , Ethan and Nick were the crew who came out to trim some massive Elm trees that last winter dropped lots of branches due to wind storms and heavy snow. These guys were AMAZING at their job. Punctual, professional, and friendly. They did a fantastic job. This winter we will rest much better knowing these trees are managed. I highly recommend them and their prices were very reasonable! Great job guys!

We had 2 trees cut down yesterday that got butchered when Avista was cutting them away from the power lines. They did a great job and clean up the mess and stacked the rounds nicely. Avista paid for the removal, but I would use them again for my next tree service needs.

This review is for Bartlett Tree Experts we used for a fair amount of fall landscape care that had been neglected for quite some time - years. Bartletts came out to evaluate what we had on the property. They also inquired any specific concerns we had. During that visit, soil sampling was taken in areas where we had recently planted trees and shrubs to determine how to optimize their growth. A proposal was drawn up identifying areas that would benefit from soil improvement, cross-branch pruning and thinning several overgrown shrubs as well as treatment of disease affecting some aspens and Norway Maples. We then scheduled the Fall soil treatment. Some weeks later the extensive tree trimming, shrub pruning took place. Both visits were arranged by phone at an agreed upon date with a reminder call the day before. The young men arrived as scheduled, introduced themselves and went over the details of the project. They started the work, swiftly and completely. All debris was cleaned up and they checked with us before leaving the property as far as our satisfaction of their work.
I must say Bartletts hires top notch people. We used Bartletts in another state we lived a few years ago and were very impressed there, as well.

We had 6 large pine trees taken down in our backyard.We were so impressed with this group . The clean up the skill of the workers , all was exceptional. Very hard working nice guys. I highly recommend them.
