We can’t say enough good things about Ben and the work he does. Not only does he offer the best pricing, but his work is impeccable.

He did a nice job grinding my one stump and made sure I was happy before he left. He even stated that after I got things cleaned up and I wanted it ground a little more that he would be willing to come back and tune it up. Well done sir, well done.

Ben did an excellent job, was very professional, and offered a VERY fair price. He kept in good communication throughout the process, and when a delay occurred, which was outside of his control, he still went out of the way to make it right. No notes, would hire again.

Ben answered the phone, worked with other contractor on site well, communicated easily, arrived on site early, and did the job as expected. Competitive rate too.

Ben is outstanding. Showed up when he said he would. I needed a stump removed that was crushing a sprinkler line. He got 12” below grade of my lawn. I thought I could dig the line out from there. Oops still too buried. Anyways he accidentally called me a few days later and asked if I got the line unstuck. After explaining I hadn’t he offered to come up and grind out more of the stump since my joints keep me from really being able to dig it out the rest of the way. Can’t recommend him enough!

Zachary did a great job with me. He explained things thoroughly and was very educated. Friendly guy.

Jason went beyond the call of duty communicating with us to make sure he had things correct before spraying the weeds. GREAT SERVICE!!

Tiernan, our field service technician is wonderful. His treatment recommendations have turned our brown yard into a sea of green lush lawn! We are very happy with his service.

The whole process was really easy. Michelle set an appointment for the next day, showed up on time, explained everything in detail, and was fast to get the paperwork done. I’m excited to never have to pull weeds again.

Alex did a great job today of putting down the granular fertilizer. He explained that the computer system is down is why we did not get a prior notice that they were planning on coming. And that the fertilizer was applied, but the weed portion of the weed and feed will be applied at another time. He was friendly and informative. He checked to make sure that the granular fertilizer that he put down would be safe for our dog to be on.

I have gone back and forth with Senske supervisors for the past month or so, trying to get them to make this right prior to posting a public review. We have paid over $5000 in the past year on pest, lawn, weed management, and tree management. Only to find out that our trees were not on a "fruit tree management" package and were instead on a total tree management package. 3 out of 4 trees being sprayed are fruit trees... I have no idea why they wouldn't be treating them as fruit trees. So all of our cherries were full of worms this year. When I brought this to their attention, I was told they could at least come out and spray the plum tree still to try to protect the fruit. That took three weeks before a supervisor came out and said that actually plums don't usually get worms in them... Which seems like a way to justify that nobody came out to spray it after they were supposed to three weeks prior. My other issue has been with managing the weeds. Our rock beds look terrible with 2' weeds popping up all over the place. And once again, I was told that this would be resolved and that someone would come pull the weeds. Nobody has, now a month later. The "offer" being made is for me to reactivate my account and commit to another $5000 for the next year, so that I can have services comped. Why would I continue to pay and assume that they will now actually do what they say they will do, when they haven't been for the past year? I am requesting that the tree and weed management services be reimbursed, and that has not happened yet. It seems like pretty terrible customer service. I will gladly adjust this review if a manager is actually willing to make it right and reimburse me for services I paid for that were not actually done.

Do not trust your property to Senske. Multiple gouges and deep scratches were made to different areas of my walkway with aerator. These were not edge or accidental. These show a lack of care. They also bent out the kids' jungle gym and left it in a state stressing multiple joints. Senske acknowledges one of their technicians caused this damage by not lifting the cutters. This issue is still ongoing over a month later. Senske refuses to repair damage because scratches are "superficial" and anything other than staining (which won't hide the damage) has been refused by Senske. If you value your property, pass on any Senske services.

"I received an email from the customer service department today that you are still not happy with the responses I have given to you. I chatted with my boss about it today and sent him the full chain of emails between you and I over the last few weeks. We have both agreed that we want you to get 3 estimates for staining the concrete and submit them over to us for approval. As much as this may frustrate you this is what we have decided to do and if that doesn't work we are not going to be able to move forward on anything else. As explained, these are superficial scrapes on the concrete and they will oxidize in time to match like they had before the service but will take a year or so if it is not stained.

UPDATE: 10/28/25 - Senske called to see if I wanted any services. When I explained about my past experience and that my sidewalk and driveway were still just as scratched as they were 3 years ago when Senke admittedly damaged the concrete. We discussed this post and he said he would have management call me. This was a couple of week ago and I still haven't heard from them. Just got notification that this post and pictures have been viewed over 5K times now. At this point their lost sales is greater than if they would have just fixed my walkway. I'll keep updating regularly so that more potential clients will pass up this bad service.

David does a great job. He is very caring. When we show up on Monday’s he told me he knows nobody is home to let him in the backyard and he will request a reschedule. I really appreciate that. The automated system seems to always put us on Monday’s even though it is marked no Mondays.

Paul is literally the best pest control dude I've ever encountered! He knows his shit and has amazing customer service. Usually you only get one or the other! Highly recommend Paul and Senske for bug and pest control.

Senske aerated my lawn for me today.Lisandro, the tech was on time, having communicated with us through text. He was polite and thorough. And the best part is, I did not have to wrestle that monster of a machine … the aerator!

Adam did a good job. When he arrived at my house he discussed the services he was providing and afterward he expressed that he did not see any issues with the lawn.

The tree and scrub services we have received from Senske has been excellent. Since starting the service, they've never looked better.

Jonathan was great. Gave a call ahead and even left a pleasant message of arrival time estimation and work being provided. Pulled up, got the work done, and guessing moved on to the next as I was his first appointment. Could not be happier. Thank you Jonathan for the hard work!
