I’m extremely disappointed with the services I contracted for with Senske, and I was incredibly generous by calling back three times to give them a chance to fix the problem before I wrote a review.

I originally called to get a estimate because we have an apple tree that has a fungus problem, and when it was pruned by another company, we were told to call someone to treat it with a fungicide. I called Senske and the sales person came out and assured me it would be treated and he sold me on a year round treatment package of our four trees along with another package. I was also told they work between eight and five and the first person arrived at 6:40 AM while our dog was still out in the backyard. He put an organic granular treatment on two of the trees and left the other two trees saying someone else would come out to treat them, but they never did. I called three times to the office and was told someone would call me but it’s been more than two weeks and no one has. I am tired of continuing to call.

I was also told by the front office that they work between eight and five and the second person who came out to treat for spiders showed up at 7:40 AM. Both times I was told they would call and give a 20 to 30 minute window and each person gave a 3 to 5 minute window.

I honestly wanted this to work, but I have no more tolerance for calling or reaching out. Really disappointed.

We spoke with Chris Meginnis about outdoor lighting for the holidays. He was very professional and informative. While he “asked for the sale” he was not pushy in any way. We’re not certain about proceeding this year but if we do we will most certainly retain Senske for this service.

Ray is an excellent representative for Senske services, polite and has extensive knowledge regarding trees and pruning! Highly recommend Ray and Senske

Unfortunately I had to rate one star higher than they deserve.
We've used Senske for several years without too many issues, however this year we've experienced a dramatic increase in the amount of weeds in our lawn. I was assured by our service tech that he was going to address it on our last application, however the weeds are getting worse and no one at Senske seems to care enough to send someone out to inspect the problem, or even give us a call. It's been over a week that I reported the problem, but nothing has been done. I'm done with them and we'll be giving our business to someone local. Steer clear of Senske.

I think Allen has done a great job and Senske is always on top of their contracted and promised services - great communication and follow-up! Thanks guys for your great partnership!

Michelle was our Senske Holiday Lighting representative and she did a tremendous job explaining the program, covering the options available to us, and working hard to try and meet our vision for decorating our house. Great job and she was great to work with, thank you Michelle.

From start to end, Michelle from Senske who came out to assess my tree, Kevin from Senske (making the right calls in the background) Tech Ray from Senske and his teammate, (I never got his name) did an amazing job from scheduling my tree pruning service to making the calls to Avista, to going above and beyond and not only pruning my tree to grade level, but also took care of another dead tree as well as some small young trees growing on the other side of my garage that I did find to be a nuisance. I also would like to give a shout out to Chris from Senske who originally came out to my property 6 years ago to give us our original quote that gave Michelle the opportunity to work with at the beginning. Ray gave me expert advice afterwards to keep my pruned tree from growing back. Thank you so much guys for all that you did! Any future services I need, you will be the first I will call! :-)

They may have this fixed. But it did take years. Tried to give them 5 YEARS, yes YEARS to fix something giving them chances and asking and calling and yea, nope. I was told it was done so I would sign up more and more and never was done. SImple thing too, link all my account to one account number and login. Never could do it. Could not find my other receipts and work being done at my other properties. Many other options, staying local they just care more than groups like this. Also my lawn was never in great condition was better when I handled it as a non expert in the space.

Incredible over-the-top service… I would also say very, very good workmanship. So nice that’s why we continue to use your company, but this is the best crew I’ve seen ever! well done it made it even more! Thank you my kids and wife are so excited. We’re even leaving the lights on tonight.

Jonathan, our Service Tech did a wonderful job of connecting with me as the customer and fertilizing our yard in a timely fashion. I believe the greenery of our grass is due to Senske’s service and trained technicians.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Hired them in March after explaining in depth to Dennis White (salesman) that I cannot have granular in my backyard, as one of my dogs would eat it. Dennis assured me the only granules they use are a quick dissolve ones. Well, after their first application in March, I went to water in the granular fertilizer, and it was not dissolving. I spent HOURS with my hose trying to dissolve it. Next thing I know, I get an emailed receipt from Senske stating they put a slow-dissolving fertilizer on my lawn that would take 3-4 weeks to dissolve! Of course, my dog ate it, and I had to spend thousands on vet bills. A manager from Senske called me and gaslighted me that it wasn't a slow dissolve fertilizer when I had the receipt from Senske stating otherwise, and saw for myself it was not dissolving! They claimed that going forward my account was noted in all caps that fertilizer would not to be used in the backyard. Fast forward to July, I was told at 9am the tech would be at my home at 11am. Took my dog for a walk, came back at 9:25 am, only to find the tech had been there and put granular on my backyard! Called Senske to complain and was told a manager would call me back. Nobody did. After the last August treatment, within days, major areas of beautiful green lawn were turning yellow and dying. I emailed the original salesman, Dennis White, photos, and he never responded. I then called multiple times, and finally someone named Miles said he would be at my house today between 10am-11am. At 10:51 am, I called him because he never showed and left a voicemail. Never got a call back. At 1:47 pm, Miles showed up while I was at the store, stating he went into my backyard, which I don't appreciate, as I was not home and have two dogs that are escape artists, to tell me the discolored grass was just going dormant. Really??? It's been well over 85 degrees for days, and the grass is not going dormant! Then, he changed his story and said I have creeping bentgrass, which is undesirable, and I should rake it out! Funny how my lawn was green and beautiful until a few days after the last treatment when Senske ruined it. Now, of course, they gaslight me that it's the type of grass I have or try to say it's going dormant. Well, if it's the type of grass, why didn't this happen before then? They clearly burned my grass and refuse to take responsibility or even give me a refund. They just make up BS excuses and think everyone is stupid. When I cancelled my account, I was told an area manager would call me back, which never happened. Shocking. Save your money and find an ethical lawn service that doesn't make you pay them to burn your lawn.

We have experienced dishonesty with this company and now will be switching to Living Water (much easier to contact and communicate with for the record).
This past summer Senske claimed to have serviced our lawn and charged us. I was home all day and our cameras even showed no technician present at our home. This happened twice.
More recently, my husband took work off as we had scheduled pest control with the company well in advance. Not only did they never show up, we kept calling and they reassured us a technician was on the way. Finally after waiting all day for them to show up, we received a text at 5pm stating they would not be able to complete the service.
Additionally, our grass has never looked so horrible and we’ve seen live spiders in our basement with no obvious resolve from the company.
I cannot recommend this company. Save your time and money and go with Living Water.

We love the Senske Christmas lights! We’ve had them for 3 years. There have been times where we’ve had to call someone back to make something more neat and tidy but they came happily and fixed it well, that was about two years ago. I feel like every year the crews get a little better! They look great. Thanks Senske!

We had an emergency when our very mature Mountain Ash had a deep vertical crack (about 4-5’ long) after a wind storm. One more wind storm and our tree could have easily fallen on our house or the neighbors house. Greg’s crew came out immediately and skillfully removed the tree paying special attention to not having any branches touch either home in the process. They cleaned up all the debris and the property looked better than before. We also have Treescapes do either a spring or fall once through on our property. They shape all the shrubs and evergreens and remove any debris in the perennial beds. What Greg’s crew can do in a few hours would take us weeks and weeks to do. Our property has never looked better! Big or small projects you can’t go wrong hiring Treescapes. We are glad they have taken care of our property for many years. Greg and his crew are great, professional, and reasonable.

Large pine tree removed, oak and maple trees trimmed and pruned, and arbor vitaes trimmed and tied up. Excellent job on everything, very impressed with the whole crew from start to finish!

The Crew was on time and the whole Treescape team was very easy work with.

Treescapes came to my rescue! I had several trees that were dead or dying. To start, Greg (owner) provided a very thorough and reasonably priced evaluation that preserved some existing trees but also lead to the replacement of others. I appreciated the pace and scope of this evaluation as it addressed my entire yard and provided many useful tips to achieve a healthier landscape. The Treescapes team was back on site today to remove three trees and plant two. The entire team was very effecient, careful to preserve existing landscape and sprinkler system and courteous! Such a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend.

Called to schedule someone to come out to look at our tree to assist with what could be the issue with our tree. The rep answering was rude and and unknowlwdgable. She acted like I was asking for brain surgery.
