Tree reviews in Spokane Valley, Washington

I highly recommend Stump and Grind LLC. They were professional from the first phone call to the final cleanup. The communication was clear, they showed up right on time, and the equipment they used made quick work of some difficult stumps. It’s rare to find a local company that is this efficient and easy to work with. If you’re in the Spokane area and need stump removal done right the first time, these are the guys to call.

Exceptional work and phenominal customer service! Ben is honest and showed integrity! Gave a price and stuck to it. Was done with the work pretty quickly and was easy on my lawn. I’d recommend Ben with Stump and Grind LLC to anyone needing stump grinding services! Thanks Ben🤘🏻

Owner is incredibly friendly, highly recommend Stump and Grind!!

This guy was great! Quick and affordable!

Small job, but came on time. Price was very fair. Would call again.

Ben came out in less than 24 hours and did a great job! Thanks!

I hired Ben to grind some big stumps at my property. He did an excellent job! I would defiantly hire him again.

He did a great job getting rid of all of our backyard stumps. He was professional and prompt; we will use this company again for stump removal.

They did an awesome job for all the stumps we had ground. I fully recommend them if you need stumps ground. Prices are ery reasonable!

Repeat customer. Every time we reach out, Ben is very responsive and prompt to get us taken care of. His bids can't be beat and the quality of work is outstanding.

Guy was great. Fast response time, kept undated with his arrival, and very fair price. Nice as well. Kind of jealous he gets to use the grinder all day.

Ben is a great guy and does amazing work. Very thorough. I would hire him again. I will also recommend him to anyone needing stump grinding.

Ben is a stand up business owner who takes pride in his work. 5 stars all the way with no disappointment, look no further because he has the tools and knowledge to get the job done right.

He did a great job grinding out 3 stumps that were causing me issues. Very responsive to texts, super fast service and competitively priced! One of my stumps was so large that he couldn't get it in one go due to the crazy amount of chips it created... Once I got it cleared out, he came back free of charge to finish the job.

We can’t say enough good things about Ben and the work he does. Not only does he offer the best pricing, but his work is impeccable.

He did a nice job grinding my one stump and made sure I was happy before he left. He even stated that after I got things cleaned up and I wanted it ground a little more that he would be willing to come back and tune it up. Well done sir, well done.

Ben did an excellent job, was very professional, and offered a VERY fair price. He kept in good communication throughout the process, and when a delay occurred, which was outside of his control, he still went out of the way to make it right. No notes, would hire again.

Ben answered the phone, worked with other contractor on site well, communicated easily, arrived on site early, and did the job as expected. Competitive rate too.

Ben is outstanding. Showed up when he said he would. I needed a stump removed that was crushing a sprinkler line. He got 12” below grade of my lawn. I thought I could dig the line out from there. Oops still too buried. Anyways he accidentally called me a few days later and asked if I got the line unstuck. After explaining I hadn’t he offered to come up and grind out more of the stump since my joints keep me from really being able to dig it out the rest of the way. Can’t recommend him enough!

We had an emergency when our very mature Mountain Ash had a deep vertical crack (about 4-5’ long) after a wind storm. One more wind storm and our tree could have easily fallen on our house or the neighbors house. Greg’s crew came out immediately and skillfully removed the tree paying special attention to not having any branches touch either home in the process. They cleaned up all the debris and the property looked better than before. We also have Treescapes do either a spring or fall once through on our property. They shape all the shrubs and evergreens and remove any debris in the perennial beds. What Greg’s crew can do in a few hours would take us weeks and weeks to do. Our property has never looked better! Big or small projects you can’t go wrong hiring Treescapes. We are glad they have taken care of our property for many years. Greg and his crew are great, professional, and reasonable.
