Tree reviews in Spokane Valley, Washington

Treescapes has provided services to us a few times now. From total tree(s) removal to trimming up and cleaning up to make us safe during wind storms, thunderstorms, etc. these guys are very experienced, very professional, very courteous and friendly. They listen to what you want, perform the exact service and do an absolute phenomenal clean up. Their communication and timelines are the absolute best! They do what they commit to when they commit to do it. I wouldn’t use any other company. These guys have a proven track record with us so we are totally sold on only Treescapes, Inc!

I recently moved into a new home and needless to say the trees and shrubs needed some TLC. I contacted Treescapes, the owner came out to give me a quote. This was not a small job, as we walked the property, I advised what I wanted to have removed or trimmed. Greg, being an arborist had offered recommendations. I hired his company to do the work. It did take a few weeks to begin, as we were waiting on power company to trim trees out of lines. Devin and crew showed up ready to tackle this 2-day project. We walked the property to make sure we were on the same page…and I actually added a couple more removals, which was not a problem. I admired the crews teamwork, workmanship and professionalism. Even though they had to come back the next day, they cleaned up all debris from that day. Highly recommend Treescape

Gregory and his crew were fantastic. The team works as one unit so everyone is aware of the plan. They did an excellent job of removing the three trees we wanted taken down. I would highly recommend his company.

I’ve worked with Gregory and the Treescapes team on a few projects on multiple properties over the past several years and have always appreciated their service, knowledge, and care. They have been conscientious in performing their work, taking care to minimize impact to tenants and adjacent property, and keep me informed about all aspects of their work, short and long term. I will continue to use Treescapes on my properties and would recommend their services to others without reservation.

We had two large Ponderosa pines that were heavily fire damaged and needed to be removed after the Medical Lake (Grays Rd. Fire). Treescapes came highly recommended, and after speaking with Gregory (owner) I felt confident they could get the job done. His team of professionals just completed the job today, and we couldn't be happier.
Another outfit who shall remain nameless, did some tree removal for our neighbors across the street. The difference in the crews couldn't have been in more stark contrast. Sure, we paid a little more for the services of Treescapes, but knowing what I know now I'm glad I didn't compromise just to save a couple of bucks. Watching the precision and care used to bring down those humungous trees was nothing short of impressive, and after the job was completed I could barely find a trace of them even being here. Hopefully we will never again have a need to call them, but if we do I wouldn't hesitate. I cannot say enough good things about Treescapes!!

We hired Treescapes, Inc. in early April 2023 to remove 3 large trees and do general yard clean-up and trimming. The work crew did a fabulous job, were very careful with all of their work and safety, and went above and beyond what we expected with the job. We didn't have a leaf left in the yard/street, or around bushes. We would highly recommend them for tree and yard service.

Gregory and his team are incredible! We have worked with them a few times now and I have appreciated their timeliness, efficiency, and clear dedication to safety. All of our questions were answered and everyone on the team is so obviously knowledgable and skilled in their craft. They have left our trees in great shape and leave the yard cleaner than it was when they arrived. The crew is super friendly and my son loved getting to watch them work from the window (chainsaws and wood chippers? Best day ever for a 7-year-old!). Highly recommend Treescapes to anyone needing their trees taken down or maintained!

Been using Treescapes for years. Just had Thomas and crew from Treescapes trim a tall Locust and my beautiful Magnolia. They did a fabulous job. Fast efficient, friendly and a great price. These guys really understand how to maintain a healthy tree and how to leave a yard like nobody was ever there.

We have nine big arborvitae shubs that needed trimming and tying. Treescapes did the greatest job we've ever had in over 20 years!! Greg is totally knowledgeable about his work and great to work with. And his crew are awesome! Professional and friendly. Best ever!!!

Treescapes has been our only choice for our tree care for over 10 years. Greg knows his tree stuff, and his crews are fantastic. Never any mess when they are done. Most recently they helped us with a landscaping project, and we couldn't be happier.

From start to finish, Treescapes was an excellent company to work with. Gregory (owner) came out and spent a couple of hours giving us expert advice on our tree issues. He is friendly, professional and very responsive to any questions we had. He's all about great customer service. We felt the bid was fair and we scheduled the work. The team that came out to do the work were equally professional and great to work with. They did a great job muscling out 3 old shrubs along with working on our trees and old stumps/roots. And they cleaned up to make it look like they were never here. We are completely satisfied with the work they did!

Greg and team are very professional and know what they are doing. They are currently spraying and maintaining my yard and have been for 5 years. We met after I had to have a large silver Maple removed from my yard. Great job and highly recommended.

Great company. Answer calls, great estimates, very knowledgeable. The crew that worked on our project was amazing. Very professional and left the yard better than before they started. Highly recommend Treescapes.

We called Greg out when we suspected an infestation issue with some of our trees. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We ended up having them remove 2 trees along with a dozen or more arborvitaes and clean up a couple other trees. Him and the crew were friendly and professional. They were reasonably priced and went above and beyond cleaning up the mess and making sure our kids and pets were safe. A wonderful local family owned business.

4/25/18 - Initial estimate took about a 1/2 hr. Gregory gave a quote of $2000 for removal of a fir tree located in our backyard. I decided to pay an extra $275 to grind the stump down 12in below grade. The price is fair and Greg is a pleasure to work with. Will update with pictures once work is done.
5/8/12 - A crew of 4 guys showed up on schedule at 10am. It took them around 5 hours to fully chop the tree down and clean up after themselves. I was happy with their professionalism.

Bushes pruned and shaped- everything hauled away- really nice job

Greg does a great job walking you through your yard to talk about what needs to be done. Will give quality advice about options too. Crew shows up promptly and carries out the work well and cleaned exceptionally once they were done. I have used Treescapes at multiple different homes and projects and it always turns out wonderful l

Greg did an excellent job listening to the concerns we had and provided a very thorough estimate/invoice on the work we requested. The Treescape crew assigned to our project were both very professional and a pleasure to work with. They did an awesome job on our project. Highly recommend them for your arborist needs.

For years I thought by doing my own tree trimming and pruning, I was doing the correct thing - I WAS SO WRONG! Referred by a friend, Greg & Treescapes have: 1) Healed the damage I had done 2) Helped me understand why I need an arborist, and 3) Been on time with very reasonable rates and great clean-up after the job is completed.

I highly recommend Treescapes to for great work/price!

We had several trees and shrubs on our property that needed to be pruned. The consultation was detailed, he answered all our questions, educated us on what we could do in addition to the pruning to help keep our trees healthy, etc. Above and beyond service.
The team that came to perform the work were on time, familiar with the contract and what we were needing done, pleasant, efficient, and thorough. They not only pruned every tree and shrub on the property, they also cleaned up the area completely. Again, above and beyond what we were expecting.
We are very happy with Treescapes and will definitely be calling them again to continue to maintain our trees and shrubs.

Great people to work with. Every member of the crew has their job and they do it well, no standing around at all. They show up when they say they will and make a phone call to let you know when they're on the way. They clean up the job site probably better than what it was before they started. A fair price for what they do, wouldn't use any other firm in the future. They treat you as family and leave a great feeling with you when they leave.
