Love Spokane Tree Pro and their crew. Their bid was the best bid we received. They showed up on time, and took down a massive pine tree on our property that was right next to our house. The degree of difficult in taking this tree down was very, very high, and I'm glad I chose them to do the job, because it took true professionals to keep this tree from coming down on my house. Would use them again in a heart beat. Ben is the owner, and he's such a great guy to work with!

All the rave reviews below are true. Ben, Maria and crew were on time, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, safe, and on time every step of the whole process in taking down our Mulberry tree. They take great care before they even start to discuss the job, what needs to be protected in the yard, and they address potential issues and how they will address them. It was a breath of fresh air to have someone walk the talk.

They also cleaned up after making unbelievably quick (and I mean quick!) work of the tree. Not the "we'll clean up" like a lot of companies promise, they truly cleaned it ALL up. The price for the whole job was more than fair for the value they bring to the table. We will be hiring them again in the near future to come back and trim some larger pines. You will be more than satisfied with the work and your faith in decent hard working people that actually give a you know what will be restored.

Spokane Tree Pro has the most reasonable and fair rates in town. I have had tree work done by Ben and his crew for several years. Ben will set an appointment time and he is always there when he says he will be. The work is done promptly and the area is cleaned up. I can always count on them to get the job and exceed my expectations. I highly recommend them!

I am the manager at University MHP in Spokane Valley. This company is the best! I first met Ben 2019 for my mobile home community's annual tree trimming that hadn't been being accomplished by the previous manager. They were very diligent about meeting my expectations and their prices were very reasonable.

In October of 2020, I had roughly 20 damaged trees on the park due the the windstorm followed 10 days later with heavy snow. Ben and is crew responded immediately to my emergencies and have removed by crane 13 trees. I don't know how many trees in total, but they come back until all issues are addressed. I have had the best customer service and attention to detail from Spokane Tree Pro, and they are affordable.

I have used Spokane tree pro for years. I thought that one of the larger trees in my backyard had died and we're having wedding they're there in a couple of weeks so I called in a bit of a panic. Ben came out a couple days later and told me that the tree was indeed not dead and that it went back into hibernation because of cold nights. He reassured me that it would bloom out with the warmer weather ahead. Sure enough the tree came to life with a warmer weather. You got to love it when a tree cutter talks you out of cutting the tree down. The service is always good and my property looks great from the work they did a couple years ago. Kudos

Ben and his crew did an amazing job removing a very large maple tree threatening our house. Prompt, professional and knowledgeable from start to finish. Easy to work with and the job was done so quickly we were amazed. Cleanup was perfect. Without a doubt, my go-to guys for tree care in the future. Well done guys!

Tree Pro removed a large limb from above our son's roof. He said they did a great job and he is very pleased. They cleaned everything up, including branches that were of the ground from previous weather events. Their prices are very reasonable and we highly recommend them.

These guys are amazing and wonderful and any other words that say how awesome Spokane Tree Pro is. Ryan was incredibly supportive, knowing how difficult it was to finally decide it was time to cut my trees down. Spokane Tree Pro was there during the storm last year and was amazing and just as amazing when I made the decision to cut them down. The office staff are wonderful and kind. And the tree crew did an exceptional job with a HUGE tree, cleaning up and taking care of everything. We talked with several tree professionals looking for estimates. Bens estimate was fair and competitive. Bens crew showed up on time and were very professional. We had 73 trees that needed to be removed. It was done quickly and efficiently. I would really recommend Spokane Tree Pro!

Amazing, quick, professional and so easy to work with! We were left in a bad position when another tree cutting service ditched out in the middle of the job. Spokane Tree Pros came in and were very empathetic to our situation, bid and completed the job all in one day. I'm so grateful and impressed with their prompt and professional service.

Ben (the owner of the business) came to my house to provide me with estimates for a handful a trees around the house. As a new homeowner (less than a year) I had 21 questions to ask. This was my first time doing a big project like this and hiring a professional service to do a job I couldn't do. Ben understood where I was coming from and was patient, attentive, and elaborate when sharing with me how the process works. I could tell this was a family man and a family owned business. The pricing was more than fair and his crew was amazing. When his crew was at my house they took their time examining the tree and the surrounding areas.

The climber and cleaners were also very impressive. If you are reading this and you have experience cutting a tree down or taking care of a heavy labor job around the house, you know how easily agitated you can get, especially when you add blazing heat from the sun. Regardless how difficult the task, the climber and cleaners never took a shortcut. After the climber was done cutting a big tree (6+ hours of work) he was still out there helping his cleaning crew move wood and picking up branches!

These guys know what they are doing, they are methodical, patient, and an efficient team. If you are looking for tree services give these guys a shot. You will not regret it.

These folks are so Professional! Efficient, friendly, and they make their after-the-jib cleanup a priority. Probably not the least -expensive Tree service in the Valley, but the results speak for themselves. I wouldn't think of using anyone else!

Spokane Tree Pro did a lot of work for me, clearing 5 acres and leaving all the big trees and limbing them up. It looks like a park now. They did most of their work in the coldest part of the winter but that didn't phase them. Ben, the owner, came out several times to make sure it was done well and what I wanted. He was very honest with me.

I would recommend Spokane Tree Pro to anyone who has a yard job that needs to be done. They did an absolutely fantastic job of removing the 150+ foot tall pine in my front yard. I had the pleasure of talking to Ben at one point and let me tell you this is a high quality gentleman with an amazing work ethic. He really does what he can to take care of his customers. I will be using Spokane tree pro for any job I need done in the future and I will be recommending them to anyone and everyone who needs work done too.
