We had a leak in our basement. AllKlean was recommended by the plumber and it was a good recommendation. Tividor and Ethan took care of the bulk of the work very professionally and completely and Patrick did the follow up and monitoring. We look forward to the reconstruction phase of the work but the the first stage was beyond expectations.

From the moment I greeted Joe at the door, he was friendly, kind and eager to get started (to set-up & begin cleaning & disinfecting heating ducts/vents). He was patient in explaining the process, and answering each & every question, I had in the process; even patient for people to get off to school & work, in order for him to have a place to park his truck for access into the house. This was our first time using ALLKLEAN and we will be scheduling with them again in the future. Jake was the gentleman that cleaned our carpets today and he was Incredibly polite, thorough, and knowledgeable. His attention to detail was so appreciated. Our dryer had a blockage of dryer lint that was forcing the lint outside and onto the ground and it was taking about 3 hours to dry a single load. After submitting a maintenance request someone was here literally the next day which was great and I really appreciate the urgency to come fix our problem. Joseph was great, very professional and friendly and knowledgeable about the situation and how to fix it. He was able to clear all of the lint from the vent and also cleared it from inside the dryer as best as he could without having to take the whole thing apart. I would also like to give Joseph extra kudos points because my toddler immediately liked him and she usually doesn’t anyone, especially strangers in our house! So I really appreciated that.

We needed our air ducts cleaned and someone referred us to Allklean who scheduled Joseph to come out around my busy schedule. Joseph texted us when he was going to arrive which was exactly the window of time he said he would be there. Joseph was very friendly and discussed everything he was going to do and how much it was going to cost before he started. He was able to work around our busy household without much distraction. We had very dirty ducts and showed us each vent before and after photos which were amazingly dirty and perfectly cleaned afterwards. He also cleaned all the dust out of our furnace burners which were also very dirty. Joseph left the house the way it was before he left. Our family is very happy to have a house with clean air and thankful for the great job Allklean and Joseph did for us. We will recommend to others.

Cameron is great with the work he performed in quick manner. I have the water heater pipe burst this early morning and my basement was flooded. The crew arrived so quickly and began working as soon as the water heater installation completed. They got everything stabilized. Patrick and Davin work hard to clean my basement to the point I couldn’t believe that it looked like nothing ever happened. Vince, the supervisor is a great person who answer my concerns and walk me through each step of the restoration. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Joe came out to clean our dryer vents and did a fabulous job. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He showed up on time and explained everything he was gonna do and did the job quickly and efficiently. Tibi and Mathew were wonderful. They were very professional and explained the issues and processes step by step. They were careful to ensure our home was well taken care of after a leak from the upstairs bathroom soaked our ceiling in the downstairs den. I especially appreciate the way they rolled out mats to ensure our carpets were kept clean and that they were respectful in always putting on work slippers before going through the home.

When we had an issue with our roof, Vital showed up right on time. They were professional and very friendly to work with. They did an inspection, took photos, and explained what the problem was and how to fix it. Their quote was on par with the other 5 roofers we spoke with but Vital just felt like the best choice and we couldn't have been happier with the results.

We had a leak from the flat part of the roof.
Yesten explained why shingles are not the best choice for that area. He used Melarky material, replace the rotted wood, chimney flashing and vents the were not installed correctly. . Yesten was polite, on time, answered our questions clearly, responded to calls and text on timely manner.
There company is small but they are roofer family for a long time. I trust them 100%

Outdoor Cedar Structures is a wonderful contractor, both in their skill level and in their customer service. BJ and his crew stood out from other contractors we interviewed (and have hired before), because they actively listen to their client, follow codes and manufacturer requirements, and complete all work in a professional and timely manner. When we started our deck teardown and rebuild, the contractor we initially hired, let his licensing and insurance lapse without letting us know. Part way through our project we found out, we chose to end our contract, and search for another contractor. We interviewed nearly a dozen contractors and were surprised both in the varied skillsets, knowledge of building codes/requirements, focus on the customer, and communication. So, we were absolutely thrilled to find BJ and Outdoor Cedar Structures.

Many contractors were hesitant to pick up a job that was “in progress,” but Outdoor Cedar Structures stepped in and saved the day. They took time to fix errors that the previous contractor left behind and to really work with us to find great solutions for every issue we encountered. Our deck was permitted and BJ and his crew followed the code to the letter. They happily worked with the County inspector. We had many compliments during our final inspection, which can be attributed to the exceptional work that Outdoor Cedar Structures completed.
