I’ve had AllKlean come to my home three times in the past three years due to my dog having accidents on my carpet while I’m sleeping. Each time, the service technicians have been friendly and professional, and they were able to get the smell out completely.

We were referred by our plumbing company to Allklean restoration after we had a sewer pump backup into our home. Allklean was out within an hour and immediately got to work assessing the damages. Ryan was extremely thorough taking readings and making sure that the damage didn't extend to different rooms, even checking our under the stairs storage. Once he had done his final assessment he explained everything in great detail and once he got the go ahead from me called in additional colleagues to get to work. Josh and Collin then came out and got to work on cleaning and sanitizing the room, removing flooring and drywall, cleaning under everything and even sanitizing the items that were in the room. They were here well into the evening and didn't leave until the job was cleaned.

I was so impressed with how thoroughly they cleaned the room and how well they explained every detail of the job. They also work with your insurance company, which takes a lot of the headache out of the process.

They come out every day to check the fans, air scrubbers and take additional readings and one day when my hot water heater went out while Josh was checking the room, he was kind enough to help me attempt to re-light it.

Had a small flood from a drip that could’ve turned into a total ceiling collapse—thankfully we called All Klean! Cameron and Ryan showed up fast and were awesome to work with. Super friendly (great peopling skills), professional, and they got everything dried out way quicker than we expected. They made a stressful situation way easier to handle. Can’t say enough good things about their customer service and how on top of it they were. Highly recommend!
