They did a great job on our kitchen remodel. They were considerate and kept us involved all the way through the project. And we came in under budget!

I have already recommended 509 Design to my friends because I can’t say enough about how amazing they are. I had complete confidence in both Wendy and Alan throughout our kitchen project. Their end goal is to have their clients not just satisfied but thrilled with the final product. They won’t stop until you are happy. Wendy has a great eye for design and Alan is very detailed in his work. They are fair, trustworthy and reasonable. I highly recommend that you use them.

This is hands down Spokane's best construction company 2025. They specialize in all forms of construction to include finish work and custom kitchen cabinetry and bathroom remodel. They are the most trustworthy experts in the field.

509 Design, Construction Division. We felt the contractor was unprofessional and communicated poorly. Though in person he seemed ok most times, many of his emails and phone calls felt unprofessional. We had multiple problems come up during this large remodel project, and felt he responded with excuses, blaming someone else, or playing down our concerns. Multiple times I felt he was trying to threaten or intimidate me. He seemed, to us, more interested in doing what was easy for him vs. what was best. Multiple items were damaged or we felt were done poorly, with some photos attached: a cracked oven cabinet, a crack at the top of the bathtub tile where the tile and ceiling meet, a quartz countertop that was measured incorrectly and jutted into our dining room window moulding, damaged stair carpeting and a transition piece from a leveling compound that was applied in the entryway and leaked below it, a bedroom door that was improperly installed and has a gap between the door and the door frame near the bottom that you can see through when it is fully closed, and a brand new cast iron bathtub that was not protected during the tile work and is cracked and scratched.
We also felt he was nontransparent with his billing. When the final bill was more than expected, we questioned him about multiple items that increased in price. He did not provide the documentation we requested to support the increases. He did, however, state he would charge us $100/hr Administrative fee if he had to spend any more time working to justify his costs.

509 Design, Design Division. The lead designer was fairly easy to work with. She allowed us to provide input and incorporated our preferences into the overall design. She did authorize a painting change without our consent that we didn’t agree with, but overall we were happy with her.

We hired 509 Design to complete a major remodel this winter while we were away from the area. Alan and team delivered an outstanding result with beautiful craftsmanship and thoughtful fit and finish. Alan expertly guided us through the inevitable “bad news” discoveries remodels on older homes have through his clear communications and creative problem solving. This ensured our project stayed on track and budget. The final result has exceeded our expectations — something you never expect with a construction project..

Overall, we had a much, much better experience with 509 Design than with a previous Spokane contractor.

We highly recommend 509 Design for remodeling and construction projects.

We had 509 Designs remodel our living room. Our home is a Spokane brick rancher built in 1978. We had a particularly unattractive fireplace wall and an odd bookcase at the entryway as well as no ceiling lighting at all in the room. Wendy came up with a great design which did not require redoing our wood floors and used some of existing furniture. The design included matching a media cabinet with existing cabinets and converting an unusable wood fireplace to a new gas fireplace. Alan and his team completed the remodeling work on time and in budget. We really appreciated that Alan personally checked the work done by the team.
We will continue to work with 509 Design an Chase and Home to complete our living room
as our budget allows. Next up a new couch and curtains

509 Design was recommended by Gabriel at Elevate Tile who was installing new backsplash. They both helped update my kitchen. Alan’s crew at 509 Design installed a new range hood which also included some electrical changes and fixing the side of a current cabinet. I would highly recommend 509 Design, they were honest, great communication, and professional. Here is a little before and after picture.

509 Design, LLC is the company you can trust for any project large or small. They will to listen to you, provide advice that meets YOUR goals and objectives and they will treat you with the utmost fairness and respect throughout. 509 Design, LLC is exceptional to work with from initial consultation through project punch list and follow up. Wendy's eye for color and commitment to form and function while incorporating the owners' style and preferences is amazing. For example, we mention daily, how much we appreciate her advice on windows. They are beautiful, efficient and we likely would not have made the selection without expert advice. By listening carefully and asking good questions, she is able to short list the fixtures and finishes that accomplish your goals without overwhelming you with options. We were especially fortunate to be able to employ the exceptional talent of Wendy for our interior and exterior design as well as the impeccable services of the 509 Construction Division as our general contractor. 509 completed the construction portion of a total renovation of our large 30 year old home in just under 5 months (down to the studs, no room untouched, plus new exterior details and new deck)! All of this was completed with us occupying the home for the duration. The construction team is obviously well regarded as every subcontractor noted how much the appreciate working with Wendy and Alan at 509 Design, LLC. We would trust this company with any future project.

The gentleman that did the work was very professional and thorough. I just had a small patch that needed done. He came in, got to work and was out in 15-20 minutes. The patch was absolutely perfect. Matched my texture beautifully. I called all Drywall Repair on a Tuesday and he was out here on Wednesday. I will definitely use them again.

Did an excellent job repairing drywall patches left over from having electrical work done in multiple places in my home. They even matched the existing texture on the walls. Looks seamless! Prompt communication, swift service, polite and worked hard. Can't ask for anything better than that.

I am already planning on using them on additional projects I have in the works. Thanks guys!

Justin accurately estimated my job from photos, showed up as scheduled, completed the job with minimal disruption, cleaned up after himself and charged me less than anticipated. I had several different wall and ceiling textures which he matched to perfection. I highly recommend All Drywall Repair!

Justin showed up on time, laid out drop cloths and proceeded to repair the ceiling cut out area following the plumbing repair. He did an excellent job of matching the texture on my ceiling. The price was reasonable and he even repaired a couple other small areas and didn't charge me anymore than the original quoted price.

Justin and Donnie did a excellent job. You can't even till where damage was. Cleaned up after done. Very pleasant to work with

We received a fair priced bid to repair a couple of holes in our dining room ceiling (from moving a light fixture) from Joe via text and texted photos. The price was reasonable, so we decided to get a few more sheet rock flaws fixed in our older home. The bid was even better since the job was set, more work became less costly. The Sheetrock repairman, Justin, arrived on time, was pleasant, neat and efficient. The holes in the ceilings were repaired and textured perfectly. All the flawed seams (about 12 small areas) were corrected and all look great. It is nice to have professionals who care about their work and do an excellent job.
FIVE STARS plus for All Drywall Repair! Thanks Justin!

We just bought a home with popcorn ceilings that needed to be removed. We were fortunate to find Joe and Justin of All Drywall Repair. They are both so personable and professional and made a stressful project so less stressful. Their work was great and did a wonderful job of cleaning up after the job was done. Our house looks beautiful! I would highly recommend!!
