Michael arrived on time and was Super helpful blowing out my sprinklers. He was very friendly and gladly walked me through the process. I will definitely be using them again and for future services.

I recently had issue’s with bugs this summer coming into my house, crawling all over my windows just everywhere. I then called ALP to schedule service and after Jeff showed up promptly on time for my scheduled appointment, he identified the type of bugs I had issues with right away. He was polite, knowledgeable and made honest recommendations on what needs to be done to eliminate this concern in the future. Sprayed my house very thoroughly but very quick. I will be a recommending ALP to all my friends and family and also inquiring about lawn/sprinkler maintenance this fall as well. Thank you Jeff & ALP Staff!!

Recently moved into a new house. Sprinkler system was installed but no zones were identified and no instructions were provided with the timer. I did find a manual online, but was not familiar with this particular timer and needed help getting things up and running and figuring thinks out. Josh, with Automated Lawn & Pest came out and was extremely helpful. He walked me through the programming process, helped identify all the zones, and explained some of the features of the timer. In addition, he went around and adjusted many of the sprinkler heads for better coverage, found one that was clogged with dirt and gravel, cleaned it out, and found another head that was leaking and fixed that. He went way above what I was expecting. I will be using him for all my sprinkler system needs. Highly recommend.

Jeff came out to treat for ants along the drive way and a yellow jacket nest that was in the ground at my mailbox.The mailman was afraid to deliver my mail. Thank you Jeff for being so professional and for taking great care of us in such short notice.

Don has so much knowledge from his many years of sprinkler work. He is so interesting to talk with him about his task at hand as well as everything else we chat about!
My system is extremely old and he has worked to maintain it perfectly. When he has to dig up grassy areas when he is done you can't tell the grass was ever disturbed. I hope he loves his job and continues working as he is a great ambassador for your company.

I called this company after having another company (who I had been a loyal customer of for 9 years) make unneeded repairs and misdiagnose what turned out to be a very simple issue. I ended up with a hefty bill from them and still a non-working sprinkler system zone, and then told they couldn’t return for 8-10 weeks to make another misdiagnosed repair. I called Automated lawn and pest/Marko’s sprinklers, and they were able to come out the very next day! Jeff quickly figured out the problem, and was able to return in a very timely manner to get the job done at a reasonable price. I was very impressed with them all around! I will for sure be a returning customer.

I have been a customer of Jeff's for over a decade. When I learned he had branched out on his own, I was thrilled. Jeff has put together a honest, hard-working and dedicated team. They care about everything from meticulous lawn care, proper spring clean up, fall pruning and winter snow removal. I cannot say enough great things about this company.
