David visited our condo property yesterday for the first time for our quarterly maintenance. Not only did he call ahead to say he was on the way, once he arrived he asked if there were any special issues in addition to our regular maintenance. This technician represents Eden Pest perfectly. Congrats for having David in your employment.

Ryan did an excellent job! I absolutely love his friendly and kind personality. He was focused on his tasks and performed his job very quickly!

Pricing seems to be very arbitrary. Their initial quote of $170 per quarter was too high, so he immediately lowered to $150(?). I was told the initial service charge of $400 was to cover a comprehensive treatment spraying the entire home ‘facia to foundation’ which was misrepresented. They gave a normal spray around foundation & window/door openings, nothing inside. Nice enough folks, but would recommend pushing them on price. They advertise $30/ mo.

Juan from Eden explained what areas he was going to treat and what pests were being targeted. He did the work quickly and was pleasant to communicate with.

Tim performed my initial service this afternoon, & he was very thorough and represents the company very professionally. Very helpful and seemed to listen as I had questions/concerns, all were addressed. Thanks! Will continue with my services for routine abatements. (-;

David came out to help with my HUGE mouse problem and spent a lot of time looking for entry points and blocking them, setting traps, and explaining everything in detail. This was on a Saturday on his day off, but the company knew how bad it was after coming out the day before to evaluate the situation and he agreed to help. I was really surprised at how long he spent here and the meticulous way he examined every nook and cranny. The cost was very reasonable too. I will need a full crawl space clean out once the pests are gone and it won’t be cheap, but after today’s service I have no doubt they will do an extremely thorough job. I’m now signed up for their very affordable quarterly pest services. I wish I had done that when I bought 4 years ago and could have avoided the crawl space clean out!

Darren worked very hard to perform my service. He seemed to know what he was doing. Time will tell if treatment is fully effective, but I have no complaints about Darren's work or professionalism.
