They were very responsive and did a great job with spraying outside of my home. We were doing work under our front porch and wanted it sprayed prior to doing work. The catch is that when I paid the bill ($216.91) it was tied to an annual contract. I did not catch that part. When my credit card was hit the first month ($38.15), I didn't catch it either. It was when they wanted to schedule an appointment to spray my home again that I realized something was off. In order to cancel, I had to pay off the contract ($183.12). No one ever told me I was signing up for an annual contract. But they did state it on the original invoice. Pay close attention to whatever paperwork they send you and you'll probably be fine.

Troy was wonderful!! I had sleeping kiddos this morning when he arrived, and he was so polite and quiet as not not rile up my crazy dogs. Got everything checked, and used texts to communicate any details so he didn't have to knock on my door. I appreciated the quiet time very much and look forward to working with him again!!

They reached out to us within about an hour of our contacting them through the website, and squeezed us into a full schedule the following day for an assessment and estimate — which was much appreciated. Josh, the technician, contacted us in the course of the day to make sure we knew that we were not forgotten, and when he arrived gave us a thorough, courteous, and thoughtful assessment of what the best option might be to address the large wasp population in our well house. Unfortunately the estimate put treatment out of reach for us at the moment on our very tight budget, but I would not hesitate to call this company back for assistance at a later date.

Josh always contacts us when he goes to our cabin. We aren’t always at the cabin but he makes sure to contact us. He does a great job and has been reliable. We appreciate him and Eden.

Great company, our tech Josh did a great job. He was very informative and gave us plenty notice before he arrived so we could put our pets inside. He did a very detailed application to the property and addressed all our concerns.

Aiden took the time to go through my house and see where my main pest control concerns are and helped evaluate the problem and where Eden could help.

Joshua arrived promptly for his maintenance appointment at our home Because we had a puppy on the premises, I could not open the door to interact with him He advised me that I would receive an email summary of the service he performed. He also sent text alerts to advise me of his arrival time, and updated his progress periodically throughout the appointment. He also advised me where to find the review. Lastly, he was very polite, cordial, and professional throughout the process.

Introduced himself, explained the work he was doing and told me when to expect their next visit. He was kind and respectful.

I had a bad hornet problem with nests in several spots in my yard, and people in my house being stung. Andrew was courteous, informative, and overall awesome, and since having him out the hornets have disappeared! Great service, and would use again for future pest problems.

David from Eden Advanced Pest Technologies was amazing! He showed up on time, was super friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain the issue and the treatment plan, and made sure we understood everything before he got started. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and his customers.
