Clean quick and a good deal

Creative Edge is the best! They've done two houses for me. The curbing adds so much to my backyard. It gives it such a finished touch.

Very unprofessional one of there employees started off yelling and screaming at my wife because he was ripping out plastic edging that was supposed to stay in. They ran over sprinklers that where marked. The finish on the curbing has holes in it and has already cracked, even though we followed there guidelines. They spilled concrete in the driveway and left a big mess in the street that wasn't cleaned up. When I talked to then and sent them the pictures for a chance make it right and that was the last I heard from them. Go somewhere else if your going to spend the money.

Very disappointed......1) they installed curbing on part of neighbors property which included digging up his yard. 2) the concrete cleanup i was left with - there is overflow concrete on both sides of the curbing - I can't imagine that is how they leave everyone's yard - not sure it can be cleaned up now. I am waiting to hear back from them re: a resolution. I was unable to add photos but Seth was to call 3 days ago - have not rec'd a phone call or message.

Clam chowder was good but the food could have been hotter. They were having to manage call-in orders with those of us eating in. I would go again and hope they have the serving/ordering issues worked out. Liked the atmosphere.

"The office staff were very unprofessional, they thought I was on hold and were bad mouthing me for calling back. I had called to get am estimate, but never received one. I called a total of 4 times, with my last call being the one where the office staff was trash talking a prospective customer.
Their loss, I ended spending just over $5000 for the work and that was only a portion of my yard. I'm having the rest completed next month and definitely won't ever consider this company."

We were 100% planning on using creative edge as we have read some great reviews. My husband took the day off from work so he could be home at anytime for someone to come out for our estimate today and NO ONE showed up or bothered to call my husband back. They did not specify a time to him, they just said Wednesday someone would be out, so we made sure that someone was home all day. That is extremely inconsiderate to just no show on a customer. My husband called and left voicemails today as well to confirm the time, with no response. What a bummer and waste of day. Thank you!!

I tried to contact them several times for a quote for concrete edging, I'm ready to purchase now but no one will answer the phone or reach out. If you're reading this review maybe don't waste your time?

I had these guys put edging in my front yard last year. I was so happy with it I had them do the back yard this year. They showed up on time, got to work and about 1.5 hours later I had 225 feet of beautiful edging to replace the old ugly black plastic. They are neat while at work and clean up after themselves on the way out.

You can't ask for much more than that. The stuff is not cheap, but it is clearly worth the money.

Creative Edge's entire team was fantastic and the finished product makes our DIY landscaping so professional looking! This team came in & completed 240 ft of edging in a little less than 2 hours! We highly recommend Creative Edge to anyone ~ in fact, we're sure there will be some additional work here in the months ahead!

Very unprofessional service, and poor customer service. Started with damage to 3 different parts of our sprinkler system, which they told me that it was not their responsibility to fix, we insisted they fix it, which they did. They also provided us a quote, which apparently they got the pricing of the quote incorrect because it was a new staff member who quoted us. So after the job was complete they charged us a higher rate than the quote. In addition they forgot a section of our property and when we called them to let them know they missed a section of our edging, the office staff named Jenna yelled at me, talked over the top of me and escalating to a point of screaming at me, and then she called my husband to yell at him while he was at work. After all that the owner Jason came to our property with 4 other men to "negotiate" on how to solve the issue of the missed section. In the end they charged us a premium price for the missed section, in addition to the extra pricing they charged because of their new staff member's error. Their business does not use their systems and check points and a lot of things were missed. For instance the scheduler Melissa called twice to say that once the date was confirmed that she would call to go through what needed to be ready for the day, but this information could have been provided on the two phone calls she made to me. I could not recommend this service to anyone.

Jason and the entire Creative Edge team are remarkable. They showed up when they said they’d show up and had enough people to complete laying 142’ of concrete edging within two hours. This was my second time using this company as they did my front yard last fall. A great company — highly recommended!

Great communication from start to finish. I was booked earlier than expected, given plenty of heads up from the management, the owner and even the installation crew. Felt involved in the process and my front yard was done within an hour. Looks fantastic! I would HIGHLY recommend Creative Edge for your lawn edging!

Awesome!! these are hard working and efficient men. My yard looks great! I left an email for contact and within 2 weeks from start to finish my project was completed on budget. Very impressed. You won't be disappointed hiring this team.

I worked with them this past summer and couldn't believe how clean and tight they made my yard look. I am in the process of looking at next years project and so a chance to say something about this company. In terms of contracting, I thought they raised the bar and couldn't have been more pleased with the organizations handling of us as customers. It was a busy time in the season for them but they kept us informed and once they arrived....... it was worth the wait. Thanks Creative Edge!!!

Under new ownership and after 2 failed attempts at faulty concrete curbing installation, I am grateful to the staff of Dundee Concrete, who removed the curbing installed the second time and replaced it with flawless edging. I did take the owner of Creative Edge to Spokane County small claims court (case 24005670)and despite his dishonesty, I was awarded damages in the amount of $2,000.00.

We've had this product for 27 years. It is a wonderful product .
