If you have never been here it is worth the trip. The Staff always seems to be working so hard. Even my last trip in, right at closing at both stores, service has won my loyalty. the only negative is now i have to wait for my tomatillos to grow up.

They don’t even have plants in their betta cups. If Petsmart is doing better you gotta step up your game. Won’t be coming again until they fix their animal care.

I love this store! Top 2 places in Spokane to buy fish. Perfect place to go get your animal fix, with with so many cute creatures on display for sale. And their plant selection is pretty decent as well!

Great selection for serious gardeners but loading up soil isn't a great experience, also no rewards unlike another garden store just up the road.

We have gone to this store for years and have always been very grateful for the excellent customer service we receive. If someone doesn't have an answer for us they will find someone else who does. They have helped us with so many areas, from identifying spiders we bring in, best foods for our special needs pets, assistance with natural pest control and lawn care. They have always been accomadating, even keeping special food ordered and on hand for our pets. Their pet food loyalty program, buy 10 get 1 free program is awesome. (Not sure if this applies to all brands) Tonight we went there for aquarium and fish care concerns and the gentleman (Chris, I believe) that helped us was very knowledgeable and patient. He went above and beyond trying to help us troubleshoot and find what is best and the most affordable for us. The fact that they will test your aquarium water for free is an added bonus. And of course, getting to visit with all the animals makes this a fun family trip, for all ages. I personally am a big Tucker fan, he always brightens my day...

I have been coming here for years. I actually enjoy it and have taken my kids here to see the animals for over 20 years. I love this store. But, today seeing the way the pet room looked and how dirty it was made me so sad. The turtle was literally coughing!! The rat had something wrong with Its skin and looked so uncomfortable. It truly broke my heart. Y'all do better and care for those poor babies.

Service was ok. I see a few other reviews mentioning that the employees were just standing around and I agree with that. I was not greeted upon entering and had to find someone to assist me, which was easy to do since they were both standing in the middle of the room talking.

Shelves were a mess, you can at least talk while organizing, lol

Prices are very high on some items, reasonable in others. Sad that locally sourced items are VERY expensive

Didn't see the animals, but wonder what's changed over the years when I see so many recent reviews saying how it used to be so great but now it's a mess. What's different? Why has it gone downhill?

I have gone out of my way to shop here for many years. Buy Local was the thought. The last time I visited when it came time to pay I offered exact change. The cashier was quite smug about it when she refused my cash. They no longer accept pennies. So if my cash isn't accepted here I might as well just go to the big box store. They also carry what I want and like my money.

if you’re a betta keeper, THIS is the store you want. they have fantastic prices, natural bettas, keep males in much larger cups than the chain stores and females in big tanks together, and overall such a difference in health and genetics compared to the ones at the chain stores. i bought 2 females that were already together from this store, and not only are they still getting along fantastically, they’re both very very healthy and active. highly recommend this place!

I have been coming here for years but the last couple months it seems like something has changed. The animal area is very dirty, the tortoise pen looks like it hasn’t been cleaned thoroughly in a very long time and he could use so much more space. Recently when I am there the staff seems to be standing around talking instead of doing anything when there is soooo much that could be done. This store is incredible and many people, including myself, dream of owning a place like this, it would be so devastating to see it fail. PLEASE step it up ownership!

Great place with 2 convenient locations. Helpful and friendly staff. Knowing that they carry my spoiled kitties there favorite food at a nice price is awesome. And looking forward to spring, there is a great gardening selection.

I had my first lawn care treatment with Trinity Lawn Care of Spokane, and while the service itself was okay, the payment process was a disaster. We never set up a proper payment option, and my wife encountered a strange online link that we didn't recognize. After we returned from vacation, we were hit with a $20 late fee. When I called to resolve it and set up automatic payments, the representative was extremely rude. Despite me offering to continue service for multiple future treatments, they canceled us over this small fee. I wouldn't recommend them based on this experience.

Soooo tired of giving my hard earned money to companies that are rude. I'm sure there are other companies out there that can spray some grass and still know how to treat another person with a little kindess. I suggest looking for services elsewhere if you are looking for these basics to be covered. A company to spray your lawn and not be rude while doing it....They are not it.

Great service and super simple payment methods.

Great service, great people. I reached about a yard clean up, and ended up getting bi-weekly mowing as well. Its early in the year but the professionalism and work ethic I've encounter is top notch. I recommend them to anyone who asks. Thanks guys!
