There is a great location there for all your gardening and landscaping needs. You can even see the infamous goat tower. They have lots of interesting treasures inside and also a great coffee stand that is on the property. Super worth it

Environment West took on a major project with our new construction. Our building, Quality Auto Trim at 8710 E Appleway Blvd in the Spokane Valley was to have complete landscaping with trees, flowers, bushes, grass, rockwork and an impressive waterfall. Environment West designed and constructed the entire project. It is now 4.5 years later and I want to say the landscaping is really coming into its own and I am so very pleased. We have flowers that bloom throughout the summer into the fall. We have a beautiful variety of trees and bushes. And the waterfall.... is beautiful and draws the attention we had hoped for. We start to give directions to people over the phone and we mention the waterfall and the new customer says, "Oh, I know right where you are." Ken (the Landscape Arhitect) and Environment West also have stood behind their services and backed us up occasionally if we had questions about the operation of the waterfall. I would highly recommend Environment West for their integrity and also their abilities. Stop by and see their work at our location, especially in the summer.

My social security number was stolen by someone working for this company for employment. When I contacted the company about this, I was told "no one stole your identity" and "do not call back", before they hung up on me. Not only will the employee face charges from me, but this leads me to believe the company may have been in on the theft. They have been reported to the proper, applicable federal authorities, as well as their local law enforcement. Do not do business with these criminals.

Although a slightly shaky start to project, Ken at EW worked to insure our project was completed correctly and insured all my requests were accomplished. After a year after the project, my plants look great and I get a lot of positive comments from my neighbors. Call these guys, they do a professional job that you will be proud of. I have another project I anticipate calling these guys to do in the summer.

We've had the pleasure or working with Environment West for our home's landscaping and irrigation. Their landscaping met our creative vision to the last detail. With a new construction we had a few quirks to sort out with the irrigation system but every time I've called with a question or to ask for help Ryan and his team have responded immediately and willingness to educate me for future reference. We have been amazed working with Steve and his crew, Brian and Johnny. Everyone has taken the time to listen to what we want and our vision. Steve enhanced that vision with his expertise and experience.
We have had 4 previous landscapers who could not comprehend what would be an excellent compliment to our house.
The courtyard is amazing, it is even more than we could have imagined, it is now warm and inviting not simply the “the front of the house”. Steve’s vision is not typical nor the run of the milll landscaping ideas.
we found that I could call or email Steve whenever there was an issue or something we didn’t quite get
and we had a response immediately. At times Steve would drive out to our place and look to see what the situation was, very hands on.
The crew, Brian and Johnny are just as focused on all aspects of the project.
When we had questions, they would take time to explain, show us how to winterize a fountain, what to do with newly installed plants and trees and just general information on why some of the project was completed the way it was. Steve, even took time out of his schedule to show me how to trim deciduous trees

We would use Environment West any time we have landscaping needs.

Scheduled an appointment to have a sprinkler zone moved to a new area and some other small issues to be taken care of. They cancelled appointment day of appointment for a week later and when asked, said they would not cancel again. I was ok with this. No call a week later the day before or the day of service. When I call I am told I am not a priority. Apparently if you don't have a huge project for them, you are not very important to them. They are more interested in padding their bank account then keeping their word or providing outstanding service to all their customers regardless of the size of the job. Now flashback to 3 or 4 years ago. I have a new home and need a half day of excavation done in my unfinished backyard. They come out and look at the job and say they will e-mail me a quote soon. Several days pass and I call the guy and leave a message as a reminder. Still no quote to this day. In both cases I hired someone else who did what they promised. They have a problem with keeping their word and are only interested in profits, not people.

I scheduled a sprinkler check-up because I was worried my plants were tall and blocking water from each other and I had spots in the center of my front and back grass that weren't getting adequate water. Ryan And Victor checked every station, changed heads, opened up sprinklers to my satisfaction. I am so happy with their response and results.

I purchased a new home in the spring of 2015. Environment West did the landscaping and spent a fair amount of time showing me where the sprinklers were laid, how the timer worked, explained which zones were which and made sure I knew where the location of the shutoff valve so they could blow out the sprinklers in the fall.

Jon and his team always showed up on time and answered all my questions regarding the new system in a patient manner.

Based on their professional demeanor, I asked Environment West to bid on a project at a rental property I owned. Between my property and the one below it, the retaining wall built by the original owner had begun to breakdown and it needed shoring up or a full replacement. I had an estimate in the low five figure range as provided by a different landscaping company recommended by the property management company I use for the rental. I asked Jon to take a look and provide an estimate for the retaining wall work. His estimate came in several thousand dollars below that provided by the other company and Jon carefully walked me through the entire process explaining what each part of the bid represented and why it needed to be done. I gave Environment West the project. Much to my surprise they came in under budget and a few days ahead of schedule.

Based upon the work done at my own home and the retaining wall repair work, Environment West has earned my trust and they will be my go to for any future landscaping needs.

I work for a general contractor and have worked professionally with Environment West on many commercial projects over the years. Had a $ 50,000+ project including hardscape, lawn and sprinklers. Hardscape went well, the lawn fair, and the sprinklers horrible. Real poor work on the sprinklers, they just did not care and, I had to fix myself and spent more money. Made a mess of things and never took care of us. Never to use again. Be careful, and do not listen to the smooth-talking non listening salesman.

Environmental West did a fantastic job digging a trench for running conduit at my business in the valley. They completed the project quickly and did a terrific job cleaning up. The crew even helped utilize a boulder dug up during the work by placing it in some existing landscaping. Highly recommend!
