Very, very unprofessional! One of the employees was very nasty to my 73 yr old father about weeds they missed with their weedeater (not the first time), that my dad pointed out. We called the office to report this employee and the office just made excuses. The customer is NOT right with this company.

They were wonderful to work with and responded very fast! Defiantly my new sprinkler system/ lawn maintenance company that I will only use now in Spokane!

A lot of way better lawncare companies out there. Wouldn't recommend.

Deaf people in town kind courteous professional knowledgeable have the same crew doing my yard so I don't have to sit there and watch to make sure it was isn't done right they know what they're doing my lawn they keep complaining after more twice because it's on steroids they also spray my lawn fertilizer and weed killer so it's great they mow their hair every Friday it's fantastic if you have a situation that you need to talk to them about their more than happy to talk to you come out look at the problem shirt for you and they want to do what they can to keep you as a customer they don't just say oh well we'll get to it it's not like other so so all you professionals at Green Pro Lawn thank you very much

GreenPro is a great place to get all your landscaping needs no matter the size of your project and they can do irrigation lawn mowing tree pruning

Very dissatisfied. I made a mistake signing the papers. What we were promised was not was delivered. And to be told for them to correct some issues and be told we would be charged again. They don't back up their work. Poor customer service. . Many excuses for lack of employees gee I wonder why if they berate the customer I would hate to work for them

GreenPro has mowed my lawn for many years now, and they've always gone above and beyond. They take the extra effort to roll up my hoses when they have to move them, and the lawn always looks fantastic! Thanks GreenPro!

We have been using Green Pro for a number of years now. They spray, mow and did landscaping for us. They always do a wonderful job

Terrible company! Had been using this company for lawn service. They are a “no show” outfit. They schedule a date for service, but never show up. Their company motto is, “Sorry, we made a mistake”. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, several times, but they are unwilling to work with the customer. The manager, Ryan, does not care if you are a client or not. Very unprofessional company. I terminated service with Green Pro. I called a competitor and they are doing the first service at 1/2 price, because they are aware of Green Pro’s terrible customer relations and poor service.

This is the second season that I have used Greenpro. I have no complaints. My lawn is green and lush. Reasonable rates. Very courteous and professional staff. They also spray my shrubs and spray my foundation. Highly recommend.

Poor services and forgot to turn off faucet after blowing out and make my yard flooded and still send Two man for doing nothing and want to charge me $110. after I called to explain still ask for $55 fir their knowledge to close the faucet they forgot to closed. The worst customer service I have ever had and irresponsible in their work quality. they are not getting our next year businesses fir sure.

Had them out to spray for aphids. There equipment is not able to spray taller trees. The chemical they used did not kill the aphids after 6 weeks. Demanded payment or would turn over to collection. Paid them and they never came out to respray. Terrible customer representative. If you want to be abused call them. Got there name through Home Advisor and they woul not help. Worst experience I've ever had.

We have been working with this company for a little over a year. We contracted with them to perform yard clean up and regular mowing and driveway blowing. This company continually made mistakes. Their follow through with commitments is terrible. Many times throughout the year we travel and are not around to manage the employees. They would only do part of the job and claimed that it was completed and then we would get billed for it. Every time they would offer up a $5 discount as a resolution. The last billing there were repeated visits that we were shorted on the work performed as agreed by the contract and again they offered $5. We informed them that we would not pay the entire bill and finally after a great deal of hassle they agreed to a lesser amount. This company needs to be closely monitored if you plan to use them. With all the options in Spokane I would suggest that you contact a company with more integrity.

Great business to work with. The products are great and the customer service is phenomenal. I will not only continue to buy supply’s, but also I will be looking into landscaping help on my yard. It’s great to have an awesome local business so close and willing to work with a homeowner.

We recently had a tree removed and another one pruned by GreenPro. They did an amazing job! The tree we had removed had grown into to other tree and caused it to be very lopsided. With the problem tree gone, GreenPro pruned the remaining tree beautifully! We highly recommend them.

They are working on the landscaping around my work parking lot. They have taken over 3/4 of the lot with their trucks, tractors and debris. I just wanted to snap a photo so my boss would know why it was so slow today with barely any parking accessibility, and their employee started yelling obscenities at me for taking a picture in a public area. Then they all grouped together and were pointing at me. Then the guy who yelled at me moved his truck to take up one of two parking spaces left in front of my workplace. I would never hire a company that made me feel so unsafe and threatened at work for a home job. Appalling, unprofessional behavior.

I have used GreenPro for the past three years and have been extremely pleased with their quality of work and service provided. Bill is the worker that cares for my yard and he takes great pride in the work he does and it shows.
