They were supposed to replace one of my 3 lights, it's cracked and doesn't work. Instead of ordering me a new light and installing it. They stopped by one day when I wasn't home. Came through my gate without permission turned on my light switch and decided to bill me. I guess they think turning on the 2 lights that work is good enough. Now they have turned me over to collections. BEWARE

This be very clear. You were to replace a broken light. I was promised a new light fixture that works. I'm aware of your door hanger and your multiple attempts to collect monies not owed to you. I consider this harrassment. I have reached out, left voicemails and letters. Just because you come out to a property and turn on a switch doesn't make me responsible for your lack of judgement. No diagnosis was needed. You were aware of what needed to be done. Side note, there is no iaqualink panel inside. It's obvious your company lacks experience with my equipment. I had to get my heater running because your techs didn't get it up and running for the season. Hmmmm, maybe I should have gotten a discount on my spring pool opening. I have nothing more to say to you or your company. I've spread and will continue to spread the word of what your company is about.

Spoke with Skyler about a new heater. Instead of trying to sell me on a heater I may not need, Skyler patiently answered all my questions and recommended some lower cost options that may resolve my issue. Great service, thank you so much!

I purchased my grandparent's home almost 10 years ago. When I did so my grandpa recommended using The Pool Service Company for purchasing my yearly chemical supply and pool maintenance equipment. They have been awesome they've walked me through everything I've needed to know about owning a pool. The Pool Service Company both installed our pool and have maintained it my entire life. I recommend them to everyone I know (who has a pool of course).
Our pool is going on 47 years old and it's still as beautiful as it was when I was a kid.

After purchasing a home with a pool we were completely unfamiliar with owning a pool and made the costly mistake of having a different company out to open the pool and give us a quote on replacing the heater and filtration system. After receiving an absurd quote on labor we called the Pool Service Company and they were able to replace the equipment in less than a week of calling and the install/labor charge was a fraction of what their competitor had quoted. Not only were these guys fast, reliable, and a pleasure to work with they also answered all of my questions and walked me through everything I needed to know. They now come out regularly to help me keep the pool properly maintained. This is one of the best locally owned small businesses! I highly recommend this company, especially if you value honest and reliable service.

We have been using this company for the past year since we bought a house with a pool. When we first went to purchase our home, we called them to do an inspection. Instead of just taking our money, they explain that since the pool was closed down, they couldn't thoroughly test the system and would have for us to pay for something that we couldn't fully benefit from. Once we got it opened up, Scott came out and gave us a pool 101. He was thorough and so informative. I have never felt pushed into any purchase that I thought I didn't need, which I love. They tell us of options available when asked but have never tried to upsell us on anything, and if anything, let us know of things we don't need to waste our money on. When we had them come to open up our pool last week, the motor had gone out. They were back out in two days to replace everything we needed! I would recommend this company to anyone I know that needs anything pool-related! Great people, excellent customer service!

We have had an inground pool for 18 years and used many different pool companies for opening, closing and maintenance. The Pool Service Company is by far the best Pool company in Spokane. They have always responded to my calls and are very honest with the cost of services. They have been extremely reliable and have done a great job with helping us maintain our pool.

We were given bad advice by another local pool contractor and purchased a pool heater from California. He scheduled installation and then canceled on us. He became very nasty which has not been unique to most businesses and contractors during COVID. I called several companies in Spokane and none would install a heater that I did not purchase from them. Pool Service Company was willing to help me out when no one else would. They scheduled.a timely install. Malcolm and Ray, the installers, were incredibly kind and professional getting our pool heater up and running. Everyone we talked to from the receptionist to the sales folks and the installers were helpful and provided quality service. I recommend them without reservation and plan to call them again for our future pool needs.

Have been using this company since moving to Spokane and have been happy with everything! Got me up and running with an old pool then replaced tile last year and this year painted pool….very professional nice people and my dogs love all the workers….a very personal company and always available for questions….don’t go to anyone else….these people care about customer relations!!!!

***Update; Skyer reached out and has been very communicative and apologetic for the behavior of the technician. He and Ryan came out and met with my husband and I to make it right. The next day Hunter came out and did an amazing job with my pool heater, trying to diagnose what is wrong. At this time I am impressed with the handing of a bad review, upset customer, and getting the issue with my pool fixed. Thank you for the attentiveness.
***I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication from this company. I spoke with the owner three weeks ago to schedule an appointment for today, he was nice and professional. Since then, I attempted to follow up multiple times—sending two emails, a text message, and making three phone calls—to clarify a change in the scope of work. I received no response.

Despite the complete lack of communication, two technicians showed up today. I began explaining the issue with our pool heater to the first technician when the second technician arrived. Upon entering the pool area, he proceeded to blow his nose directly onto the ground behind our pool house and fence. I expressed that this behavior was unprofessional, to which he responded dismissively, stating, “What, are you going to get me fired over a little snot behind the pool house? I don’t think so.” He then said, “I don’t have time for this,” and started to walk off saying "I'm going to wait in the van".

I informed the first technician that, given the circumstances, I no longer wished to proceed with their services. He apologized and said he would speak with the other technician. As they were leaving, I observed what appeared to be an argument between the two in their vehicle.

This experience was highly unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely lacking in basic communication or courtesy. I do not recommend this company and will not be using their services again.

We had a pool that had tile that was falling off, and chipping/flaking plaster. There was also a large amount of discoloration. I spoke with Phillip the owner and he was great communicating with me throughout the entire process.

I was really nervous getting the pool re-plastered and re-tiled but as the process went on I was put at ease by The Pool Service company. The guys doing the demo and tile were awesome-Josh and Robert. They were very nice and answered all my questions daily throughout the job. They even reset some tiles that I did not like the look of without question.

The hydrazzo plaster was done in a single day and the pool was filled immediately.

They were even able to match my bullnose brick's color perfectly.

My quote was accurate, the timing was accurate, and my phone calls and questions were always answered immediately.

I was so happy with the work I also switched to use them for my maintenance.

Skyler and his crew are top notch! They creatively brought my pool back to normal from being 6 inches out of level, full plumbing upgrade and near perfect liner replacement for a modified floor plan.
