We hired Brandon to add a half-bath to our nearly 100 year old brick home and we are very pleased with his work. He was able to take our ideas and make them a reality. Other contractors had told us we would have to change a window - not Brandon! He incorporated the window with no changes. Brandon showed up regularly and worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. He had the walls built, the subbed out plumbing and electrical finished, and the tile floor in before we knew it. His finish work was impeccable. We love our new bathroom. As an added bonus, his pricing was very affordable. We highly recommend Brandon the Handyman for any job you may need done to your home.

We just moved to Spokane and bought a home. The home was 25 years old and everything was original. We hired Brandon to remodel the home. We had several bids and found Brandon had great pricing, was fair and most importantly he was honest. He was a pleasure to work with and was professional. The work was A+ quality. Besides doing the interior work he also put a fence up in the rear yard. I will definitely recommend Brandon to everyone that needs repair and remodeling. I’ve attached a few before and after photos. I also included the stairs because the wall was so uneven he had to hand cut each stair to fit into the wall. The detail to his craft is fantastic. Thank you Brandon! CleanCo recently cleaned the heating ducts in my 100-year old house. They don't get cleaned often! Everything, from scheduling to the professionalism of the two technicians to the price, was excellent.

We had our vents and air ducts cleaned and sanitized. The techs were good, professional and explained things well. The price for the service was competitive. The only thing that was unsatisfactory is that after paying almost $900, the company, not the techs, asked for a tip, which puts people in unexpected, awkward situation.

My furnace was "disgusting!" Particulates floating in the air everytime the furnace was running. No more! They did a great job cleaning my 20+ yr. old furnace. Doesn't smell like "dog" in my house anymore!

We had 21 vents cleaned. Clean Co did a great job. They were on time and got the job done quickly. They cleaned up after and left everything as they found it. Would definitely recommend.

They cleaned the air ducts, furnace filter, and dryer vents of our 3500 sq ft tri-level home for the very first time since it was built 30 years ago! They also sprayed all the ducts with an anti-bacterial mist. The 3-hour job came in significantly below the estimate that was given by phone. They clearly have the professional knowledge and skills to do a GREAT JOB! If you want it done right at a fair price, give them a call.

Great service, great people! The air already feels cleaner. Living in the middle of wheat fields, we have a lot of dust, and they helped us with issues we didn't even know we had. They answered all our questions and were very clean and courteous. I loved the appointment reminders and they called ahead and were prompt. Will use again!

CleanCo was recommended by my HVAC when they were unable to meet my needs. CleanCo was ontime, professional, courteous, reasonably priced and cleaned my ducting well. I would definitely recommend them for any duct cleaning needs and will use them again.

The prices were stated clearly up front and were reasonable. Joe was professional and friendly. The carpets feel great after a routine clean - we've got pets and young kids so dirt gets tracked in frequently. We'll definitely use CleanCo again

For the following reasons (pictures available, to be sent as able in separate emails due to MB size), I was less than completely pleased with the duct cleaning service I received:

1. When I asked your worker why he was taping over the ducts he advised me doing so improved the suction of the cleaning. At least four (4) of the ducts were not fully taped over.

2. The worker who removed a wooden shim from inside one of the return ducts did not replace that shim: I did that myself.

3. I advised your worker that my furnace filter had been replaced less than two months ago and that I was hesitant to have it replaced again. He recommended I nonetheless should have a new filter installed. Before he left he gave me a new filter: I discovered he had already removed my old filter when I went into my crawl space and replaced the filter myself.

4. The duct cover on one of the return vents was installed upside down: I corrected that.

5. The dryer vent cleaning resulted in quite the mess on my back porch and my grill cover: that mess was not attended to, and my grill could certainly have been moved before beginning that cleaning.

When we bought our home we had CleanCo clean our dryer vent, the lint they removed surprised us.
The CleanCo technicians were polite, professional and respectful of our home. Highly recommend.

Everytime I get to interact with these guys it's a good day. Their commercial grade hood vent cleaning process is bar none, the best in Spokane. If you own a commercial kitchen operation and are entrusting your cleaning services to anyone else... STOP, get CleanCo out there asap to ensure it's done right. I've seen kitchen fires ruin a businesses reputation and ability to proceed operating their restaurant. Don't let it happen to you.

Very professional and respectful. They did a great job and were patient with my dog. Which I appreciated. Showed me pictures of my vents before and after. Looking forward to less dust and cleaner air
