Had Dependable Carpet Care return again after a great job 5 months ago. This time with a different person, Trevor I believe, and once again did an outstanding job. Definitely recommend this company.

Matt is very professional and cuteous. Helped me with a flood situation and made three separate trips out to my house three different days to be sure the job got done right. Will use again and would highly recommend!

Just had Spencer out to clean our carpet and he did an awesome job. Our apartment smells so fresh now and the carpet in the rooms and on the stairs looks practically new. They are very affordable as well, I was quoted $100 and that was all I had to pay.

I was totally pleased and completely satisfied with the work that was done for me. I had my carpet stretched and it looks wonderful. Reasonable pricing along with prompt service is a winning combination. that reflects well upon Matt and the organization as a whole.

My carpets look brand new!! I have light beige carpets in my apartment that had some severe stains from massage oil...not anymore! Dependable Carpet Care was very professional, friendly and efficient. They did the job very quickly and better than any other cleaning companies I have had in the past. DCC puts Zerorez to shame, and they have a great pricing structure that is straightforward. No hidden fees and no pressure to buy other add-on services. I will definitely be using them again for future cleaning and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Matt was so respectful & sincere! My carpets look amazing, I was so embarrassed by my dogs mistakes and thought that I had waited too long to get them treated. I got a quote from Zerorez and the quote was almost double what Matt had quoted me... not including any upcharges they would have tacked on due to pet treatments! My carpets look brand new, just like when we bought our house! I'm so happy with my results & will recommend DCC to anyone! Matt takes such pride in his work and you can see it in the results! Right away, I spoke to a "real person" and Matt was enthusiastic from the start. Gave a no hassle bid and held to his word. Showed up on time, excellent communicator! He digs right in and moves fast. He worked hard on the "old" stains and did an excellent job overall. I added extra rooms and he had time and had no problem with the extra work. THANK YOU MATT!!! Keeping your card handy and will gladly refer my friends!

The best part about having Matt and Spencer here is not matter what the job they are here to do, in example to clean carpets, pet stains and or pet treatments, or here to stretch a carpet is I know that the work will always be 100% done. They do not cut corners, but rather they take the above steps to make sure their work is done correctly. I do not think I have experienced carpet care professionals who exhibit the knowledge and over all pride in the work they do. Absolutely easy to work with, answer in a prompt manor to schedule. Over all AMAZING company !! Thank you Matt and Spencer I appreciate your work !!

We needed our carpets cleaned as part of our rental move out. After we received military orders to move within 2 weeks, we rushed to find a good, affordable company to clean the carpets. Dependable Carpet Care did an excellent job. The carpets looked as good as new. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

Matt and his team just cleaned the carpets at my physical therapy business, and they did an amazing job! We have a lot of traffic, and the carpets now look as good as new. We’ll definitely use them again in the future!

These guys really do a good job at very reasonable prices. Every time I think that I just need to replace the carpet, I call them and they come clean it and it looks brand new again! Thanks to them, I may never get new carpet!

Spencer came out today and did an amazing job! We had them do two couches, a loveseat and two fancy chairs +3 bedrooms. I can’t be more happy with the results my old couch in the man cave looks brand new! And to top it off they don’t overcharge like some of the other more well-known companies out there. Dependable carpet care is the only one to call when you are looking for that just cleaned fresh carpet.
I have used Matt and Chris for my own home and apartment cleanings and they never disappoint.
Matt has also been there shortly after calling when one of our apartments had flooded and did an amazing restoration on the unit!

These guys we're the best !!! I had them clean my carpets and apolstrie in my RV and it was an amazing job. I didn't expect it to look so good but it did. I have used other big name companies just to have my stains resurface a couple days later but not with these guys. Don't loose out on an experience of awesome customer service and clean carpets.

Every month that we have apartments to turn they are our go to for not only carpet cleaning, but also repairs if needed as well. They are always up for the job and it gets done right every time.

Needed our carpet stretched. After scheduling service with someone we found on the local Craiglist site and had a no show, Matt at Dependable Carpet Care came to our rescue! Matt was very informative and obviously very experienced in his field. We are very pleased with the work Matt did on stretching and cleaning our carpet! We recommend this business and will be calling them again for future carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning.

Just had them come out and clean our carpets and rugs. We are preparing our house to sell and had to bump up our timeline. This company was able to get us in under short notice and did a through job. He was also very punctual, polite, friendly, and efficient. I would recommend and use them again.

Dependable Carpet Care responded quickly to our request a quote for carpet repairs, but upon selecting them to perform the work, they did so within a couple of days! They are extremely professional, friendly, and provide excellent customer service. When it comes to the quality of work, Dependable Carpet Care is top notch. My wife and I are very impressed and will certainly recommend them to anyone needing carpet repairs!
