They were great: did a very good job and were efficient while doing so. The price is very competitive. I plan to call on Home Wizards again.

Horrible customer service. Had a scheduled drop off date and time. When we showed up to drop off no one was there and we had to call and wait 20 minutes for someone to show up. Was told it would be 7-10 days and it was well over two weeks. They never contacted us letting us know it was even ready for pickup, we had to call them. They asked what time works for us to pickup, then only gave us one option. And finally we got our area rug back. And it STINKS!! It made our entire living room smell so badly. Not of chemicals or cleaner but just bad. Worse then it before it was cleaned. So now we get to find a different company to re clean it. This company is a joke and I will never be using again. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I called Spot-Tech today to get information regarding repairing carpets versus replacing carpets before selling. After describing the types of repairs and current carpet age and style, I was advised that replacing my carpet would probably produce a better return for money spent. I truly appreciated the honest appraisal and will look to use this company in the future should need arise.

This company is absolutely amazing! They helped me move my mama out of her apartment, she was on the 3rd floor ! They carried everything down and into my grandmothers for us! These gentlemen are very proper and have great manners! They only took one 5min break because we told them too 😆 they are very polite hard workers ! Nothing broke! Very timely! One gentleman even offered to help me get my sons changing table up my own stairs after the move. They offered to help set my moms bed back up too. 10 out of 10 definitely! Family friendly!

Your biggest mistake is if you waste your time and look for other movers for price and review!! We moved out of Spokane and I wish I could ask their help for unloading!! IDK how these two guys fit all of our house stuff in only half of the PODS container!! I filled the other half with basic stuff!!! lol Just ask for their help, they honor your time and money!! they did everything for us in only 2 hours!! No, One hour and 59 min!! Seriously! BIG THANKS TO CAMRON AND TAYTE!

Chase and team confirmed their arrival timing the day before, showed up right in the window promised, and smashed out our ABF trailer unload (which included some truly random heavy things like a vintage soda machine) without a hitch! And all within the time frame estimated.

We also used them for a move in clean the month prior and were super happy with the experience. This crew comes in and gets it done!

My girlfriend found this company for our move. They were affordable and had what seemed to Be overall better rates / reviews. We decided to use them to unload our pod to our 3rd story apartment. It was no easy feat as we were In The middle of the complex/buildings. I knew I am burnt out on moving. The two movers showed up on time and were eager to get started right away. They were beyond accommodating to any need I had and were great workers. They had it done really fast, and were still eager to help ensure things were placed where they needed to go. I will always use them and refer this company. The price is beyond fair and the service to me is spectacular. Every step of the way I kept hearing how they wanting /were being careful to not damaged anything they moved. Thank you again! Until I see you next time! You should use this company!

The Guys are Absolutely, amazing. This is the second time I have called on their services. The first time was to load and unload When we bought our first home. The second time They squeezed us in last minute when our home closed 2 weeks early. They are on time. Very cautious with your belonging and Didn't waste any time trying to milk the clock. I would give them 12 stars if it would let me have nothing Bad to say I would use them again if we hadn't moved to montana. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

We have used them for two moves, one local and one 6 hours away and I would happily recommend them to anyone. They were consistently courteous, conscientious of their surroundings and very fairly priced.

Quality work for a very fair price.

I used their services to move my son and his family into their 3rd floor apartment as they welcome a newborn baby. Chase and team made it look easy as I knew it was very hard work going up and down those stairs. Thank goodness for them. They were respectful, professional and worked their butts off. Now it’s 6 months later and I am moving into a new home and will be reaching out to them for help as they are the best in my book.

Chase the owner was great! I needed help unloading a U-Haul trailer last minute on two separate occasions and these guys did the job they were on time and efficient. If I ever need help again, they’re gonna be the ones I call!

These guys fit us in borderline last minute, even after they already had a job in the morning, on the same day. They showed up ready to work and did just that! They were mindful of placing things that needed dropped off at a different location, before the final destination. Also very mindful of placing breakables! They even rearranged things we already loaded, to ensure our things were in a safe position to be transported. When they unloaded, they made sure things went where we wanted them, and were willing to do what it took to get our belongings where they needed to be. They were fast AND efficient! Their prices even outweigh the competition too! We will always recommend them and will definitely be our first call when we need some muscle. You won’t regret choosing them!
