Chase and Nevin were great. They were fast an efficient while being careful with my items. They came prepared with their own utility dolly, tool bags to help with assembly and disassembly if it was required. And a plethora of moving blankets and straps. The only negative thing I have to say is that the communication ,after scheduling it with Chase, wasn’t the best having only receiving a single text message the day prior.

Muscle moving saved the day. After weeks of talking logistics with another moving CO, they no showed morning of our move. I was connected with Muscle moving and within 2hrs they were at our house loading our truck. They were kind and efficient young men. Not one item was scratched or broken in the load and unload process. I would use them again.

These guys are AWESOME!! Great communication, prompt and reasonably priced. EXCELLENT customer service. They put our bed frames together, helped us set up, very friendly and great work with. They helped us with two multi-story moves in one day—all in record time. Highly recommend!!

I hired these guys through Uhaul. I left them a review on the muscle moving site of four out of five stars. I received a text message back from the owner or at least the lead guy that showed up to do the work. He was upset that I gave him four instead of five stars for my honest review. This guy says he was only on the phone twice, but I can tell you it was more than that or maybe it was just the length of the calls. He confirmed that he booked two jobs, in his complaining text message with me, while he was working my job. The only thing I shared with him was to take my review to heart, if you’re hired to do manual labor, then show up to do manual labor and not work your phone sitting in your truck. After my original 4 out of 5 star review, he shared that in 8 years he never had a review like mine, to never hire him again, it’s weird I would ask him to seriously consider the impact of his actions based on what he was hired for, and ended with a God Bless you. I guess it’s just me that expects to get what you pay for, be able to leave a review and not receive personal text messages complaining about their own performance.

Chase and his team were professional, timely, and awesome. They were very intentional, careful, and mindful with loading and unloading a truck for my elderly family members. Will always recommend Muscle Moving and Cleaning from here on out!

Fantastic service. Highly recommended. We decided to go with them based on the reviews and the price. What really surprised us was their customer service. We didn’t find anything damaged or missing; they even created aisles while unloading all the boxes for us to unpack. Thank you for making the move so easy and enjoyable.

It’s been a while since we had Chase, Nevin and Tate with Muscle Moving help move us into our new home but I can’t not leave a review because these guys were AMAZING. I can’t recommend this company enough. After having a not so great experience with another moving company who damaged our pricey sectional, I was really hesitant when looking for another moving company. They took such good care of our stuff and Chase took the time to meticulously pack everything in the truck carefully. He is gifted at this skill, seriously. Nothing was damaged and they did it all in the middle of August on one of the hottest days during the summer. They are all hard workers and a pleasure to work with. I would trust this company in the future with any moving needs we have.

These guys were great! They packed that truck like they were working a jigsaw puzzle! Everything arrived safely too! They were nice and fun and packed the truck at a great pace. I highly recommend this company

Highly recommend! Chase was responsive over phone and voicemail for scheduling. The Muscle team arrived on time, then worked efficiently and carefully after walk through to understand home layout. Also managed process with toddler and pets! Would hire them again for any future moves in Spokane area.

The Muscle Moving team showed up on time and did a great job moving my belongings down three flights of stairs. They worked fast and took great care of my furniture, boxes and other important goods. The two movers were kind, respectful and patient with me on a very stressful day. If I have to move again then Chase at Muscle Moving will be my first call.

Chase and his crew made my move to a new city as stress-free as possible. This was the second time I’d used his services, upgrading from a simple unloading of my truck to the full Monty: loading, driving across the state, and unloading at my new place. They were on time worked hard. Took time to stack all my belongings with care . Used moving blankets to protect my antiques. And we’re about the business. They knew what they were doing the minute I realized that , i had the confidence and I just got out of their way and let them be. Very friendly and the cheapest. My husband was so impressed with their expert moving skills he tipped 100$ and they deserved every bit of it. Chase the owner runs his business well. Just because I like that muscle moving I’ve already passed his name to my aunt and she said they were exceptional.

Chase and Nevin were fabulous! They were very professional and responsive. They were hard working and efficient, yet careful with my stuff. They packed our van and then we moved all the way across the country. When we arrived everything in the van was in perfect condition because of how well they packed the van. I would 100% recommend them to any friends or family.

Had a great experience with this company. They were extremely professional and so careful with my belongings. They stayed until they were completely done, even when it was almost 9 pm., and we had two trucks to unload as well as another truck at our son’s apartment to unload. Communication was great and they were willing to go beyond just unloading. I have never had unloaders who made sure everything went to the correct room. It has made unpacking so much easier. I would highly recommend this company and if we move again I will be calling them!

I used Chase and his team to help me move product from my parents house into storage. He was outstanding along with The guys working with him. Absolute professionalism very compassionate as we were moving out because my father just recently passed away. Took care of the product did an exceptional job moving and cleaning. I hired them for the next day as well to help finish moving the rest of the items that needed to be thrown out. If I could rate them 10 stars out of 5, I would.

This company was wonderful. They showed up on time and they worked hard. They were so careful with my belongings and they actually cared where I wanted each and every item. They were professional and courteous. I cannot say enough good about this company. After they were done, I called their boss and told them how good Alex and Carmen were. Chase and crew were great to work with. They communicated before the move and on the day of the move. They were even a few minutes early. They were amazing! I was recommended to them by a coworker and I’m so glad I took her recommendation. The process from start to finish was very easy and professional. When the two men arrived they were professional and polite and made sure to look at my apartment before starting to load. They were quick and efficient, and gentle with my items. These guys are GREAT! We have a few high end furniture pieces and they moved all of our belongings and furniture with extra care. They’re professional and friendly! I especially enjoyed their 80’s music, lol. I appreciated how they were using proper body mechanics, shoulder straps and back braces to protect their backs and move our furniture safely. They are very efficient. I wish I knew about these guys for all my previous moves. 5 stars all the way!
