UPDATE: DO NOT HIRE IF YOU RENT I hired and paid this company $1200 to clean the kitchen, bathroom and floors when I moved out of my rental. After I gave a 3 star review due to slow speed and distraction, Chris Jordan provided my landlord a letter stating that my residence was "substantially filthy" and needed "extensive attention". The retaliation and lack of privacy is despicable! Also, they rubbed the button labels off the stove while cleaning and the landlord included the replacement of the stove in my damage statement. Beware!

I chose this company based on the reviews and availability for my rental move out cleaning. It was easy to get a quote online and schedule through email. I felt like $75/hr for two cleaners was very reasonable since I usually paid $40/hr for a single, reoccurring housekeeper. However, I was not impressed with what they got done in the time they scheduled. There was some confusion around my being the tenant moving out, not the landlord, and one cleaner was very unfocused with talking, making phone calls and even leaving for 20 mins during the clean. I felt like they could have saved at least an hour of my overall cost if they had been more focused. The job was well done (after the extra time I wasn't expecting to need) and received my landlords approval so I am still rating 3 stars. Overall it was an average level of service and experience. I probably won't hire them again since there is so much competition in the market that I could try instead.

We used Empire Cleaning after moving from a rental house we lived in for 7 years. We were very impressed with their ability to fit us into their busy schedule on short notice. They were very professional and did
a phenomenal job cleaning the entire house, including the garage.
Their rates were very reasonable.
The landlord was so impressed he refunded our full deposit and thanked us for taking such good care of his house.

I am very impressed. They had affordable prices and they didn’t screw me over like Better Cleaners did. (See my review.). She was nice and adorable (kind of looked like Joey King). More then anything they did as I asked! I needed my bathroom deep cleaned and they got the door, hinges, fan!!! Soooooo impressed. Use them they won’t disappoint.

We use Empire Cleaning Services for a range of things…new construction clean up, and in between cleans when building a home, new listing deep clean on homes and move out cleans for clients. My wife and I are really picky and careful about having folks we aren't familiar with in our home. Our home is our sanctuary. This company has worked hard to keep us happy. When there has been a hiccup (RARE!) , they are quick to make it right. The employees work hard and the supervisors are really really picky about the job being done. Usually we haven't gone with companies but rather individuals but I must say that this is a good company, as far as we can see and they care about keeping clients happy.

We live in the country and fight dust constantly. So when it came time to take care of the china hut, windows and ridges on the log walls of our house I called Frontline.......the young lady who came was very thorough and professional. I was very pleased with the results!
