If you don't want to waste your time, call right here. I spent an hour and a half looking for a crew for now. Here I was guaranteed a crew at the time I needed. These guys are great. Showed up on time and did everything I needed. I was more than satisfied with the result.

I booked a general (deep) cleaning, and I’m so impressed with the results! Really fast and efficient work, with excellent communication throughout the whole process. The team was very professional and cleaned even the hardest-to-reach spots.

They use high-quality, non-toxic products — no strong chemical smells or allergic reactions, which is super important for me. I also have a dog, and after they finished, there was absolutely no fur left anywhere — everything looked spotless and fresh!

I was in an emergency situation and needed cleaning services ASAP. This company was outstanding in the services provided and I would not hesitate to use them again and I’m sure I will . A very fast response To my request. They were extremely professional and hard-working I could not have asked for more.

The cleaners did great the first few months. After that, they would not show up on the scheduled day and did not call. This happened on 3 occasions. I am pretty sure they were not washing the floor and never cleaned around the bottom of the toilet. I left a note about the floor and there was no improvement. They never wiped down the switchplates or baseboards. Not satisfied at all.

We have relied upon Amaculate Housekeeping over more than 15 years. Each service was reliable, thorough and fairly priced. They are aptly named, and I am grateful for their TLC for our home.

I’m always so impressed by this crew. Theresa is super clear and communicative and every person that’s come out has been personable and super efficient. Amy Lee was fabulous, tending to the “little touches” around the home that just made me feel like she cared about every detail. I’ll be requesting her from now on.

I love that you don’t have a huge commitment, I can do once a month or even less with no pushback. Just quality all around.

The cleaners we had today were Cheyenne, Chey for short, and I can't recall the girl's name. They were superb . Chey's height afforded him the opportunity to clean higher areas and he took full advantage, cleaning areas that hadn't been cleaned for a long time, if ever. Five star cleaning today. Extremely pleased!

Krysten and Cassie always do great work cleaning my house. Very friendly and efficient. Have recommended them to my neighbors to use the Cleaning Authority

Customer service is terrible and their cleaners seem incompetent 10/10 would not recommend

I saw the pictures of your cleaning and heard your customer service skills via phone and email. I would absolutely not recommend your services, and hope others read this review and avoid your business. It's sad that as a small business owner your not more willing to fix your employees mistakes and take accountability for your downfalls. Small businesses are the heart and soul of spokane it's sad to see when they aren't operating honestly.
