House Cleaning reviews in Spokane, Washington

Cleaners were Misty and Rine. First time cleaning my home. Only a couple of things to talk about. There was a damp rag left on my wood console table. Wetness warps wood. Luckily it wasn’t there long enough to cause any damage. Also, there were two clumps of dirt mopped and dried on the kitchen floor. I scraped the two spots up off the floor.
My usual cleaning team is Crystal’s team #9.

We've had The Cleaning Authority in our home for almost eight years now and we are very pleased with their service and the people we've met over the years. One of the things I like about them is that every time they come they have a plan - and they work that plan. Not only that, but they tell you what the plan is for the next time they're coming.

For the past few years, we've had a team led by Carter, I believe it's Team 4, who comes over every other Friday morning. He's a genuine guy who really minds the details and is fun to chat with for a few minutes as he and his team get started. All of the team members he's brought with him, some of them in training, have been terrific. I appreciate the great work they do and we'll continue using their services for a long time to come.

It was wonderful to come home to a sparkling home. Thank you so much. The mirrors shine as does all the chrome. They even got the water marks off the shower doors. The extra plus was being able to have a nice afternoon with my husband, out of the house. Now we can have a "Special Date" every two weeks.

Team 4-Carter and Val are absolutely reliable and thorough! I love coming home to a clean house after working all day. Additionally, the Cleaning Authority does a great job communicating with me about any changes in arrival time. They also accommodated my request to switch cleaning days.

Today was our first clean and it was GREAT! The team was very thorough and efficient. It took 3 hours and when I saw how much they accomplished I was impressed and judged their price to be very reasonable. Their quality control manager dropped in and it pleased me to see the positive rapport between her and the cleaners. A feel-good experience all around.

Always do a great job! Everytime I’m home when they come over, everyone is really kind!

Team 5 showed up again today just to find that I really wasn't ready for their work today. I asked if we could change the cleaning schedule today. They got my changes done, quite happily. So far, everything I've thrown at Team 5 has failed, Mr. Powers....

TCA has been cleaning our home every other week for quite some time. Crystal and her team always do a great job. Recently we have had some combination of Rine, Kawyn, Bethany, and Chili. They are all conscientious and hard workers.

They are prompt and efficient. Definitely recommend them!

Great job team Brayden! The third great cleaning for this team. I really appreciated the review and updating of my specific cleaning needs before they started. They arrived in the agreed time frame, and worked efficiently but did not rush the job (unlike the teams I have had in the past) Would appreciate having this team regularly during my once monthly cleanings.

Nicole and her team are always great. Besides being super sweet and just genuinely good people, they always take special care of our home. I never need to ask them to pay attention to the little details -- they just do it! :-) We love this team!

Sammy and Leah did a great job cleaning today. It was harder than usual due to the two new kittens we have who make a mess.
