Empire goes above and beyond. I've tried multiple places in town before Empire, and I've was disappointed by the quality and the expense of other services.

Empire's been doing regular deep cleans of my apartment. The cleaning is fantastic, my place looks amazing, the employees and owners and friendly, and I've never questioned whether it was worth the money.

Would absolutely rate it higher if I could!

Dana and Hailee did an excellent job! They got all the mold out of my shower and went above and beyond by tidying up my children's rooms and making their beds, which I didn't expect them to do. I've struggled to find good cleaners in the past. I'm very pleased with the job they have done.

Great company and one of a limited number of cleaning companies that provide service in my rural area. Quasar has been a big help and good at prioritizing tasks according to my requests and the time available.

I highly recommend Chris and his Team! They cleaned the house of a deceased loved one, who happened to hoard and was reclusive. The house was in rough shape to say the least. I had the house emptied out, and they went to town cleaning! I am very impressed with their work and grateful that this task was done with zero judgement! I had multiple other companies in the area turn the job down. Thank You!!!

OMG this cleaning group is AMAZING, professional, and went above and beyond in our situation. Our tenant left our unit in complete disaster. You would not even believe what Empire’s employees walked into! Piles of dog poop and urine on the carpet, the bathtub and every wall was caked with years of filth and what looked like blood, the fireplace was colored on with markers, the tiled floor needed mopped three times before the original color was visible. I can’t believe Empire didn’t take one look and walk away. Instead, they worked so hard with the time they were paid for (by the tenant). When we showed up for a check-out walkthrough the ladies were very apologetic for not having time to finish. There was probably another 8-10 hours of work that was needed to get the unit into a fairly clean condition.

Marie and Damika are amazing. They both do an incredible job and are also extremely friendly. We are so fortunate to have both of them taking such good care of our treatment center!

I have searched for a reliable cleaning service for the last several years. The owner Chris is very responsive to communication and makes scheduling easy. Most of all, our cleaner Bri has been wonderful. She is always prompt, efficient, and will tailor your clean to your specific needs by inquiring at the beginning of the visit. Bri is a pleasure to work with. The rates are also reasonable and on par with other smaller businesses but cheaper than larger scale franchises.

UPDATE: DO NOT HIRE IF YOU RENT I hired and paid this company $1200 to clean the kitchen, bathroom and floors when I moved out of my rental. After I gave a 3 star review due to slow speed and distraction, Chris Jordan provided my landlord a letter stating that my residence was "substantially filthy" and needed "extensive attention". The retaliation and lack of privacy is despicable! Also, they rubbed the button labels off the stove while cleaning and the landlord included the replacement of the stove in my damage statement. Beware!

I chose this company based on the reviews and availability for my rental move out cleaning. It was easy to get a quote online and schedule through email. I felt like $75/hr for two cleaners was very reasonable since I usually paid $40/hr for a single, reoccurring housekeeper. However, I was not impressed with what they got done in the time they scheduled. There was some confusion around my being the tenant moving out, not the landlord, and one cleaner was very unfocused with talking, making phone calls and even leaving for 20 mins during the clean. I felt like they could have saved at least an hour of my overall cost if they had been more focused. The job was well done (after the extra time I wasn't expecting to need) and received my landlords approval so I am still rating 3 stars. Overall it was an average level of service and experience. I probably won't hire them again since there is so much competition in the market that I could try instead.
