We have had nothing but GREAT response and service from the Sprinkler and pruning department at Ron Davis Lawn and Landscape! Ron, Tristin, Reed and their crews do a professional job!

Horrible planning and even worse execution. They showed up and ruined my sprinkler system and then made me wait months before returning. Then they have to nerve to keep sending me a bill after I had to go with a different company.

Ron's crew have snow plowed at my storage facility for a few years now and have consistently done a top notch job! Now they are doing my lawncare. Hard working crew. Very responsive. I would highly recommend this business!

Had a sprinkler system installed by these guys. They had to come back out three times because of their poor workmanship and the 3rd time they tried to charge. Nothing but bad luck with their setup. A terrible waste of $3700

Absolutely unprofessional do not use this company for your Sprinkler or any services they offer. The unprofessionalism since they moved from Living Water to Ron Davis lawn care it’s unbelievable and I don’t understand how somebody can run a company like that. Please let everybody you know not to use this service.

Loved Living Waters but not Ron Davis Lawncare. Poor website for account lookup/payments, if you have more than one property (they want a separate email for each). Poor customer service ( the do not care attitude). Not the same as Living Waters in attitude. Sent a email question and follow up on a billing question that they never did get back until a did it a third time.
Lawn mowing was hit or miss for quality and at $100 per week did not expect hit or miss.

Living Water recommended this company and they came out to diagnose an issue with poor water pressure in one zone. I asked for them to call and let me know when they were coming - did not happen - although they did come. They said I have a 'root choke" which is pretty common with our area and all the trees. Then I heard nothing....so I called back and they said it was a special problem that would need extra attention (really?) and would get back to me...nothing again. I tried one more time and they said - for sure! - someone would call me back that day. No call, no message.

I, too, am a small business and know the value of good customer service - and returning calls, even if it's bad news, is important, so that the customer can move on, which I will be doing now.

Multiple calls and emails over several weeks to attempt to get sprinkler valves repaired/replaced. I was assured by Brittany that a tech would get back to me, and then later assured that a tech would come out the following week. Zero response. Zero follow up. Extremely unprofessional. Don’t waste your time trying to hire this company.

Called company at the recommendation of Living Water. The person who does the quoting wanted to come out and quote without me even showing them what I needed done in a walkthrough on our property. They wanted to come out and walk my property without me here and then get back to me with a quote. Sorry, but there is no way you can provide services or a pricing quote when you don't even know what I want done. I let them know I was no longer interested in their services as I expect to be able to communicate our landscaping needs in person, not over the phone. They only get a 3 star because I won't rate them negative or positive, but had to pick a star, so I picked a neutral rating.

I had been using Living Water and Ron Davis was part of them and split off. I had a quote for a backyard install given to me by the tech in October 2021 for backyard sprinkler install. Was told it would be done at the same time as sprinkler turn on in February. It’s now mid May and we are still not on their schedule for the install and they have nothing but excuses. I don’t think Ron Davis’s office people know what they are doing and that’s a direct reflection on how this company is being run. Don’t use!!

I have been using Ron Davis since they were with Living Water. They are by far the best Sprinkler repair and landscaping business. The attention to detail and professionalism is unmatched. We have a lot of issues with old sprinkler system and they always resolve them. Couldn’t give more than 5 star but I would if I could.

I called Ron Davis Lawncare before our services resumed in the spring to let them know that we only wanted our front yard done, as our backyard does not need maintenance. We use our backyard to house our dogs, so we will be removing the grass.

The day of mowing comes and the workers went into the backyard, which we told them not to do, and let our dogs out. They didn't knock on our door or attempt to contact us about this is any way. We're very lucky our neighbors saw our dogs and contacted us. On top of all this, they didn't bother to mow the front and STILL charged me. When I called about this they had nothing to say except their worker showed up, so they expect to get paid. I'm floored. They didn't mow anything, let our dogs out, and still had the nerve to tell us that we couldn't get a refund.

Neutral, also referred by Living Water, Jon stop this referral. Ron and landscaping staff made it sound like work was going to get done. Had a plan and staff was available to start work, very pleasant and good ideas in person. "Get me a quote and let's get started"...40 days later the quote arrives. In the meantime I already have someone lined up for the work and the curbing, over 1000 feet, is already done. Not impressed and cannot speak for the work that could have been accomplished. Thanks Ron Davis, I think you saved me money!

Horrible service. They came out and did a sprinkler blow out in the fall. Spring is now here and we just turned on our sprinklers and we have whole sections that are totally ruined and won’t turn on. We never received a bill for the blowout in the fall and today (about after a week of us turning on our sprinklers) we get a debt collection notice! We called Ron Davis L&L and the lady on the phone said “they sent and reached out numerous times”. Not once did we ever get anything from them. And when asked if she could provide some sort of proof to us that they actually tried to reach out she said no. Don’t use them. Very unfortunate that businesses like this give legitimate small businesses a bad name…. Go somewhere else. Please.

I have only EXCELLENT things to say about Ron Davis Lawncare & Landscaping! I called on a Friday morning; had an estimate set up that same day and they scheduled our yard service for the following Tuesday. They pruned over 15 of our trees/shrubs and the work was efficient, thorough, and completed above and beyond expectations. Reed and Ron were so professional, kind, easy to communicate with, and did a walk through at the end to ensure that I was pleased. I am extremely satisfied with their work and will use their pruning service every fall. The cost was comparable to our previous pruning service: A Cut Above (which has since been retired). Based on my personal experience, I would recommend them to my friends, family and neighbors!

Would never use them again there communication is very poor I had my first mowing a week ago fantastic mowers but the next week comes around and it's Wednesday and my lawn has not been mowed I call the company Thursday nobody knows why they didn't show up. Ron called Thursday night and said we lost our other contract near you and we no longer can do it I had to call to find out they were never going to reach out and tell me that if I could I would get this company a zero stars for communication and for not showing up when they're supposed to be scheduled with no phone call being if I saying hey we can no longer mow your yard so therefore I had to find another company super quick

Excellent service. I had called so many companies that were booked out so far and my system was a mess. They were booked out but not as far and when we had a little miscommunication for the first appointment, they made a concerted effort to get back out right away and brough out 3 guys who fixed all the problems in like 2 hours. They were very good and professional, and I would highly recommend them for any sprinkler work you need.

My husband and I had 5 companies give is an estimate on placing a sprinkler system in our front yard. They were the only one that tested the water pressure for the sprinkler system which I have to say was impressive... The estimate we got was not the lowest nor the highest, but we felt comfortable with how knowledgeable the gentleman was that came out. About a week after the sprinkler system was in, we had a few questions about how to work the "brain" of the system and Tristin was more than happy to come over to show my husband. I would highly recommend this company for any sprinkler system.

We had to call out Jones Sprinklers to fix a huge mistake/mess up, from your previous work. The lack of knowledge/experience is very apparent now. I should've known better with the shortcuts you were taking. They were absurdly bad & lazy, to say the least (after talking withthe Jones Sprinkler Tech). It should've been a huge red flag for us when you leaned heavily on saying your grandpa/family owned the company (so you knew what you were doing).

I knew what you originally did appeared to be wrong when you first put in our lines, placed a rotating sprinkler right next to another one & simply capped it off even after we pointed it out to you.

It gave our Jones Sprinkler Tech a headache after digging up what you did. Not a good sign when they have no idea what the previous techs thought process was.

Secondly, your company was extremely flaky with the dates and times you would come out, (if) you even did before canceling. Extremely disappointing considering our 3-4 hour job is now turning into a 7-8 hour job.

Do not recommend & I suspect that other recent/previous customers will have issues sooner than later.

I used Ron Davis services to trim our shrubs, mow our grass and blowout our sprinklers before winter and they do a very professional job- I would recommend them to anyone

I called Ron and had him come to assess some pruning/bush removal at our house, as well as contract a weekly mow service. While at our home, he quotes me 3-4 hours of work with a 3 man crew for the pruning, and tells me to call the office to schedule the work to be done. We were pleased with the mowing service provided and were looking forward to getting the front area of our house cleaned up. When it came time to the pruning service, two people came to do the work, and it took almost 6 hours of work total. I was not contacted to ask if it was okay to go almost $700 over what I was originally quoted, and the crew left behind a mess of chicken bones and cigarette butts that my wife and I cleaned up after they left. When I raised my concerns about my estimate being within the $900-$1200 range and being billed almost $2000, I was met with hostility from not only the management in the office, but Ron himself called me and left a voicemail, threatening to "send me to collections" because "obviously you didn't want to do it yourself, you wanted us to do it and we have all the proof we need to send you to collections". To be clear, I never threatened to not pay our invoice, was simply confused on why the owner of the company allegedly forgot his crew was only 2 people, and that no one checked to see if I was okay paying way over what I was quoted. All in all, a very inappropriate response to a client raising concerns, which sucks because the crew is actually fairly good at the lawncare.
