This is the second season that I have used Greenpro. I have no complaints. My lawn is green and lush. Reasonable rates. Very courteous and professional staff. They also spray my shrubs and spray my foundation. Highly recommend.

Poor services and forgot to turn off faucet after blowing out and make my yard flooded and still send Two man for doing nothing and want to charge me $110. after I called to explain still ask for $55 fir their knowledge to close the faucet they forgot to closed. The worst customer service I have ever had and irresponsible in their work quality. they are not getting our next year businesses fir sure.

Had them out to spray for aphids. There equipment is not able to spray taller trees. The chemical they used did not kill the aphids after 6 weeks. Demanded payment or would turn over to collection. Paid them and they never came out to respray. Terrible customer representative. If you want to be abused call them. Got there name through Home Advisor and they woul not help. Worst experience I've ever had.

We have been working with this company for a little over a year. We contracted with them to perform yard clean up and regular mowing and driveway blowing. This company continually made mistakes. Their follow through with commitments is terrible. Many times throughout the year we travel and are not around to manage the employees. They would only do part of the job and claimed that it was completed and then we would get billed for it. Every time they would offer up a $5 discount as a resolution. The last billing there were repeated visits that we were shorted on the work performed as agreed by the contract and again they offered $5. We informed them that we would not pay the entire bill and finally after a great deal of hassle they agreed to a lesser amount. This company needs to be closely monitored if you plan to use them. With all the options in Spokane I would suggest that you contact a company with more integrity.

Great business to work with. The products are great and the customer service is phenomenal. I will not only continue to buy supply’s, but also I will be looking into landscaping help on my yard. It’s great to have an awesome local business so close and willing to work with a homeowner.

We recently had a tree removed and another one pruned by GreenPro. They did an amazing job! The tree we had removed had grown into to other tree and caused it to be very lopsided. With the problem tree gone, GreenPro pruned the remaining tree beautifully! We highly recommend them.

They are working on the landscaping around my work parking lot. They have taken over 3/4 of the lot with their trucks, tractors and debris. I just wanted to snap a photo so my boss would know why it was so slow today with barely any parking accessibility, and their employee started yelling obscenities at me for taking a picture in a public area. Then they all grouped together and were pointing at me. Then the guy who yelled at me moved his truck to take up one of two parking spaces left in front of my workplace. I would never hire a company that made me feel so unsafe and threatened at work for a home job. Appalling, unprofessional behavior.

I have used GreenPro for the past three years and have been extremely pleased with their quality of work and service provided. Bill is the worker that cares for my yard and he takes great pride in the work he does and it shows.

We have been using GreenPro for almost two years now and really love working with them. While we use them primarily for lawn care, they have provided a range of services for us and they have consistently done a great job. They respond well to feedback and want to make sure they give the customer what they want. When I call the office they are always extremely kind and helpful. We are really impressed my the owner, the office staff, and the workers who come to our house and will continue to rely on them to make our lawn and yard look amazing!

The team at GreenPro has been great! I hired them to help with my mom's lawn. They've been diligent about the yard maintenance. I really appreciate them being willing to help with cleaning up some tree branches when the snow started this year. Austin was incredibly responsive and tried to get his guys out as soon as possible. I appreciate them going above and beyond for us!

We have used GreenPro since we moved to Spokane 3 years ago in 2021. They communicate clearly, show up on time & do an excellent job. We have had two situations with our sprinkler system this year that needed attention and they responded immediately each time & fixed the problem. We appreciate having efficient, cabable service we can trust!

Our yard was due for fresh mulch this year, so we sought out GreenPro as they were just up the street from our neighborhood. Glad we did! I initially had planned to rent a utility trailer to haul and install myself, however, after speaking with the GM, Austin, I was quickly recommended to hire them to install as well, with their material blow-in truck. Glad I did! Rate was very reasonable, and our yard looks incredible! They were here a couple of hours and DONE! This would have been a whole weekend, had I installed myself! Thanks for the quick tour of your new facility as well Austin! We’ll be back!

Austin, Zach, Troy, and the rest of the team did a great job transforming our new construction backyard into a family friendly space for us to enjoy. Did such a great job we’ve asked them to quote us additional work.

I am only the tenant of a home, but am the one who deals with them directly if services are needed. They are consistently "no-showing" when you are on the schedule and do NOT communicate at all. I am flexible but cannot just leave work. I have made it VERY clear I must be present when the crew is there as I have dogs and will not leave them locked in the house for 4-8 hours. I have communicated very clearly each time I call to coordinate a day/time that I need to be present and only require a 15-30 minute notice if the crew is heading to my house. The crew also claimed they could not access my backyard, while camera footage shows the men standing at my front door chatting for a few minutes then leaving, with absolutely no attempt to go to the yard. I have been nothing but patient but there is no excuse for their poor management, dishonesty, and lack of communication and service. Would NOT recommend.

Austin and his crew did a fantastic job. Had a very difficult install on a large, granite boulder fire pit with landscaping. Everything turned out great and will be using them in the future.

Austin and his crew did an amazing job on creating a beautiful backyard for us!!! They worked persistently and were very focused on the quality and precision of their work. They built us a solid retaining wall, a wonderful and level paver patio and walkway, fresh and green sod areas surrounded with a curbing edge, and rockery areas with landscape fabric underneath. It was a huge project! The process took a little longer than all of us anticipated, but we appreciated all of the dedication and persistence that the team put forth until the very end! We will be enjoying our new outdoor space for many years to come and would not hesitate to recommend Austin and his team at GreenPro Landscaping!

GreenPro blew in bark for our school playground and did a fantastic job! Working with Troy, Zac, and Austin was simple and pleasurable, I would recommend their services to anyone wanting a great job and working with great people!

We moved into an older home with lots of landscaping needs. We're so happy we found our professional partners in GreenPro Landscaping & Supply. Our first project was such a positive experience we're planning how Austin and Zac can help us again next year! It was important to them that we were pleased with the designs, the choice of materials, and a price that fit within budget. Their crew members were respectful, but most importantly it was clear they all wanted to create a quality outcome. They worked cleanly, happily, and left our yard safe of any debris at the end of each day. It is a daily delight to look at my new brick patio and our new "clean slate" garden beds. GreenPro and their team have been a lifesaver for my yard! I live near Nine Miles on an acre lot surrounded by pine trees! Pine needles literally covered every spot in my yard! GreenPro’s team came out and did an amazing fall clean up! They were professional and even took into consideration that I had overgrown weeds, so that took care of it too. They also winterized my sprinkler system and used them for my weekly lawn maintenance. I can’t thank GreenPro enough for taking such great care of my lawn! I highly recommend GreenPro!

Way to go Green Pro!!!!!! After much discussion we decided to have Green Pro transform our backyard. It was a great experience from estimate to completion. The project was much more complicated than we first thought, lots of huge roots that had to be removed.
Troy, Kyle and the crew didn’t blink an eye. Brought in heavy equipment and got it done. I was so impressed how the crew worked together, complimenting each other, giving advice, and always a thank you. Their work is amazing…I have another project for next spring. I will definitely be calling Green Pro…
