Great company! Great customer service! Great lawn care! They are taking care of our lawn weed and feed and bush sprays. After one application on our lawn it started greening up within three days. Looking beautiful! Would highly recommend!

The Landscape crew arrived right on time and was willing to clarify what they were planning to do. After the project was done, using a mini excavator with rubber tracks going through a tight space and over sprinkler heads, the only sign they'd been there was everything was clean with new river rock, as expected. No broken sprinkler lines, no broken branches on the low overhanging trees, no torn up lawn or lawn edging.

Renew has taken excellent care of us for YEARS! They are incredibly communicative and respectful of our requests and activities around the church building. I would recommend them to anyone!

We had Divine intervention when we hired Renew to save our landscaping. Everyone we have dealt with have been wonderful! I do have to give an honorable mention to Jake and Connor. They are hardworking, respectful and the best young men I have ever met. I want to adopt them!!! If you want your landscape to look its best, this is the company to hire.

John and Breann installed our Christmas lights today and they were wonderful 10/10! They were professional, friendly and thorough. The finished product is amazing and our house looks better than ever!

A company that wants to make you happy. I have found this to be true a number of times. Most recently I thought there was a problem with their installation of our drip system, when really it was our fault for not setting the watering time to what it should have been. Both the owner and supervisor came to check it out and were very helpful in showing me what we needed to do to insure our plants were getting enough water. They were in no hurry, and even answered other questions I had for them.
They may charge a bit more than most, but their service is impeccable and products sourced to their specifications. A really good company.

So grateful to have found a group to help with yard care I can no longer do. Renew / Red Moose has been reliable and done a great job. My lawn is looking so much healthier! Last week they came out and picked up the leaves that finally fell. What a great job!

A very talented landscape company but they never finished our job. Its been 2 years and we've tried numerous times to get them to come back and finish the very expensive work we paid them for. No luck. We wish we would have taken the advice of the other dissatisfied PGD customers we talked to and found someone else.

Regarding yard maintenance division, PGD had difficulty following through with the basics of yard maintenance in spite of a contract that paid them monthly for over a year. Management was infrequently present, crews were not attentive to maintaining bushes, clearing pine needles etc. if you need someone to mow your lawn choose a cheaper alternative. Many promises, poor follow through.

Pacific Garden Design is by far the best crew I have ever had. I have worked for an apartment complex for three years now and have never had our whole sprinkler system working and we had a lot of problems getting our crews out to plow snow and de ice during the winter. Since moving over to Pacific Garden Design, my whole property is getting water and the snow removal service is immaculate. Tim Paulson goes above and beyond for us. I can call Tim with anything and he has always come through for me. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing a mow and some minor sprinkler work all the way to completely custom landscaping and design. As long as I am doing this kind of work I will not except any other crew on my property. THANK YOU TIM!!

I absolutely love using this company for two of the multifamily properties I manage. Tim always gets things done in a timely manner and never has any issues getting things done properly the first time. We have absolutely lucked out having this company handle our landscapeand snow plow needs and will continue to use them with every additional property we acquire!

Great company to work with and gave the best deal of any other design place we had previously got quotes from on our project. Everything done under one price no having to pay another company for separate services. Due to pandemic reasons they had larger projects on hold that needed to be done but the friendly/awesome work crew were able to accomplish our little job in a about 4-5 days during the hottest days of the summer, transforming the entire backyard from what was basically a dirt pit to a tightly bordered yard with sprinkler system, sod and extended custom patio. Jack was great to work with and will be calling again next year for the front. Highly recommend these guys.

I felt that Cody went above and beyond the usual with his service. Today's appointment was basically for a sprinkler startup and it ended up being more than that. He went the extra mile to get us a new timer box to replace our very OLD box on the same day of our appointment for a sprinkler startup. The service he provided took care of the many lawn irrigation issues and concerns I had and put my mind at ease about summer sprinkler issues. I was very pleased with the service Cody provided today. A very good technician and human being.

We hired Greenscape to start our sprinklers for the season. The technician arrived, and he started the process of starting up our sprinklers, but then he made a comment about how many sprinkler heads we had and told me that they could replace many other heads to oscillating sprinklers and that he could develop a quote for me to do that work. I agreed, so out of the hour that he was on our property, he spent about 25 minutes, adjusting our sprinklers and the other 35 minutes working on this quote. Our home cameras back this up. Fast forward, and a receive a bill for the entire hour. When I called customer service, they told me that we are charged for the total of amount of time they are on our property. I told them that the technician never told me that the time it would take to develop the quote would cost us. The customer service person indicated that they mention this when they talk to us on the phone prior to the appointment. I don’t ever recall this conversation, and even if it was stated to us, it should be clarified that this involves having a quote built that was encouraged by the company technician. The customer service representative would not budge on this, so I now have a bill for $140 instead of $80 because we are paying for a quote that the technician encouraged in the first place. This is a deceptive business practice, and fortunately, there are many irrigation companies in the area that would not do this. We will go elsewhere from now on, but companies that do things like this also do other practices that are ways to make a quick buck from customers. Most companies won’t send a technician out to do a job, encourage you to consider their other services, and then charge you for the time it takes to develop a quote based off of these other services. Shady.
