John is a true professional gentleman, a pleasure to have into my home. I had jammed up the garbage disposal with, of all things, dry potato flakes which turned into cement in the drain. John tried to un-cement the disposal, but my overzealous plunging had broken the seal so, though it would run, the old disposal leaked. John replaced the potato-y, leaky disposal with a sleek new one at a reasonable price. I will call him, gladly, for any further plumbing work that might be needed. He didn't even complain when his hands ended up smelling like potato. In fact, I liked him so much that I might break something just to have him back again. Kudos, John!!

John responded right away to my original inquiry, as our hot water tank stopped working after 12 years. His work, pricing, tank brand, installation, haul-away was flawless! He's very professional, efficient, experienced, caring and so far reliable! He made an unexpected situation very good and we have hot water in less than 24 hours of first contact. I would recommend him highly!

Top notch service. John installed a new electric water heater for us that has been amazing. Naturally, the next time a plumbing issue came up, I called him and he came over that day to troubleshoot and fix it. We couldn’t be happier to have his number!
