Reviews of local pros in Spokane, Washington

I got a quote, scheduled a day for them to come out and had cash ready to go. The first day they canceled day of. The next appointment they just never showed up. I took the day off of work and everything. Super unprofessional and rude.

By far the BEST price . And great work , they came and looked at the tree that was dead and the next day they took it down (with in 1 hr) super fast workers . And they reply super fast so no waiting around .

It went excellent. They were very professional, polite and on time. Very clean, they left the yard in the same shape as it started. I will definitely use them again.

They got the job done fast and cleaned up like they were never there. I asked if I could keep the tree trunk for firewood, they cut it into nice size logs and stacked it!! Awesome job!

Very clean and thorough job! My tree looks great! knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly. Will definitely hire again. Thank you so much!

Great work at a fair price. Felled and broke down both trees in under 8 hrs. Helped us load up the wood too.

From the recommendation of friends they were contacted for a small job. They were friendly and an appointment was made for the work to be done. Then they didn’t show up nor did they call me. They called my friends saying they would be late but not with me. At first they returned calls, now they don’t. It’s a small job that isn’t pressing. At first they apologized for forgetting. Now it’s obvious they don’t want the job. I’m patient, maybe they’ll show up. 3 weeks and counting.

Wonderful customer experience! These guys were great, got the job done, and kept it as clean as possible, given the nature of the work. Definitely will use them again in the future.

Tyler and Cody are truly professionals. Their knowledge of hazardous trees and procedures for safe removal is peerless. Anyone needing arborist services need look no further...Paradigm Tree Services should be their choice. Dave W.

Very efficient & professional. Definitely beats competitor's pricing for even better service. They did a very thorough job & were one of the easiest companies I've ever worked with. I would highly recommend Paradigm for any tree work needed!

Very professional and timely. They were Great in communicating how the process would work, and timely getting the job done. They left the area clean when they were done. And I was very impressed how they were able to get the job done in such a tight technical area near my home.I would definitely use them for all my future needs!

My husband and I called 5 tree companies before choosing Paradigm. They were able to schedule our project just two days after meeting with them. Their price was competitive and they did a beautiful job removing three large pine trees, one plum tree, a weak growing cherry tree and an ugly mangled bush. We were very impressed watching the tree removal but even more impressed with how nicely they cleaned up the brush. Not one pine cone was left on the ground! We would use Paradigm again for our next project.

I had a great experience with Tyler! He is a really hard worker that was on time and got the job done neat and fast! I would recommend him to anyone that needs a tree removal! I will be using him in the future for another one!

I recently had paradigm remove a large mature elm tree in a very precarious spot. I had 5 other tree removal companies come and refuse to even attempt this trees removal. Tyler promptly arrived at my house, quickly gave me a price. The job was scheduled a week out. The crew showed up and very professionally removed our giant elm tree in one day. They raked and cleaned all debris. Sometimes it’s a pleasure to pay. Excellent very professional. 👍

Tyler and his team were amazing! They arrived early in the morning and worked until the project was done. We had a large pine tree trimmed and one removed. There was a ton of debris and they cleared everything and even leaf blew my driveway. We will definitely call them again.

These folks are the best! They were prompt with a quote (great price BTW) and stuck by it even though our tree was a bit more difficult to take down because of the condition it was in. They were able to come quickly to fell our dead tree which provided me, my family, and neighbors with peace of mind that it wouldn't fall during the next wind storm. Taylor and the Tyler's worked efficiently, safely, and seamlessly. They even rounded and stacked the wood and cleared our yard of the debris. On top of that, they were such nice and cool people to talk to that I'd definitely call on them again and be proud to refer my friends and family to them!

If I could give this company more than 5 stars I would! I contacted Taylor and within 24 hours we got our estimate. Their crew did amazing work. Not only were they quick and efficient, they exceeded our standards. The entire crew was polite, clean, and very friendly. I would recommend this company to absolutely everyone time and time again!!!

I needed precise trimming on a large tree that we are trying to keep healthy and safe. Tyler and his crew did just that, while being careful not to crush my blooming irises that were planted below. They also pruned back my greatly overgrown arborvitae shrub leaving it neat without any brown patches. The crew was so nice, worked quickly and did a great cleanup! 5 stars! I will definitely call them again.

We needed significant pruning of a very overgrown walnut tree. After getting multiple estimates from other companies, Paradigm was recommended by our neighbor and we’re so glad we took the recommendation! They scheduled very fast, did an excellent job trimming enormous tree limbs, and were the most affordable option by far. We figured we’d have to spend the next day cleaning up, but they painstakingly raked our entire yard and removed every branch and stick without us even asking. Would highly recommend!

Tyler and Taylor were absolutely amazing. We had a tree fall on our house which left its twin tree bald on one side and vulnerable. They came within a week of us getting a bid and removed it down cleanly and safely. Professional but casual service, makes you feel much better when you have heavy wood falling from the sky! Lol, 10/10 recommend!

Tyler and his crew were absolutely amazing! They got the job done fast, avoided our fence, were a really reasonable price and extremely nice + humble! They also did an amazing job cleaning up after the tree was completely cut down! We were so pleased with the work they did and would definitely recommend them!
